My hygienist has consistently been the same, Beth. She is awesome and very knowledgeable, always sharing tips and tricks! Also helping with flossing technique! The front desk staff always has everything ready and are very efficient! My appointment has always started on time and never have to wait long for the doctor exam!

This is the first medical clinic where my initial blood pressure isn’t high! The environment is very relaxing and the staff are extremely kind. In addition to excellent technique, they were able to flexibly add some dental work at my appt so I would be ready for an upcoming surgery! And, the composite filings are beautiful! From reception to payment for services rendered, I highly recommend Dr Jeff and his staff❤️

Just had my first dental apt. in 10 years. Have significant anxiety about dental care, but had a great experience here. All staff were very friendly, providers were gentle, thorough, took time to educate me, and didn’t make me feel guilty for avoiding dental care for so long. Would highly recommend to others.

Gentle Dental is always a good experience for me. Unlike most people I do not have any fear of dentists. It’s a place where I can relax and allow the hygienist to comfortably do their best. The Gentle Dental team is well trained and the front desk staff is polite and courteous. I appreciate all of the professional people working hard to take great care of me and my daughter at Gentle Dental Coburg Station. My experience has been that all of the staff is  friendly and the hygentists are excellent.  My experience here has far surpassed my previous ortho and dental experiences at other offices nearby. I definitely recommend Gentle Dental for all your ortho and dentistry needs.

I’ve put off going to the dentist for long enough that I had some significant cavities that needed attention. From the beginning the dental assistant Jenne and Dr. Thayer were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made me feel very relaxed throughout the entire process and I appreciated Dr. Thayer explained each step and took the time to make sure I was completely numb before starting. Very personable and professional throughout. I feel very confident and assured going back to this team to get the rest of my cavities squared away.

First off, my daughter had a terrible experience with another dental office that left her afraid of all dentists. Knowing that my child needed care, we decided to try another place that accepted our insurance. Boy was I glad we did! We called for an appointment for my child and were pleasantly surprised to receive one for the very next day. The receptionist over the phone was super nice and even called back with an alternative time if it would work better for us. We arrived for our appointment early for paperwork and were greeted with a smile. We were upfront with her fear and met with not only gentle care but compassion as well. When my daughter sat in the dental chair she was so afraid she was shaking. The dentist came in right away and patiently walked her through the process of each step in her appointment. Right away she started to relax. Half way through the x-rays my daughter was so relaxed she was joking with the assistant. The dentist was very careful to ask of any sensitivity before approaching her and make sure that his exam was painless. Without poking around with sharp instruments he was able to order appropriate care. The staff treated us like valued customers from the minute we walked in to the time we left. Their appearance was nothing but professional and we will be returning!
