I had a couple of procedures done at Gentle Dental this year. I think the service was excellent every time. Starting with the cleaning that was very thorough, the two wisdom teeth painless extraction and a new crown, every time I was impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the dental work. The name of the business really describes the gentle touch of the Dr. Tzu-Fei Chang. She really cares for her patients dental health and does all this with a very soft touch.
Sanda, the assisting RDA, is very nice and knowledgeable. Very gentle and makes you feel safe during the procedures.

I’ve been bringing my kids to this office for a little over a year . I was considering moving them since the office staff was not to pleasant but I decided to give them another chance since their close to my house . My family and I were looking for a new dentist and decided to try Gentle Dental In mission Viejo that office was the perfect one for my family DR CHANG saw me and the kids and I can say she is so gentle and great on explaining treatment needed.we met nelly I believe she is the office manager and she was so nice and made sure all our financial questions were answered. The back office staff got us in quickly that was a plus that we didn’t wait for a long time .WE LEFT THAT OFFICE WITH A GREAT SMILE AND THE KIDS CANT WAIT TO GO BACK IN 6 months .Great office great staff.

Great service. Made an appointment from bad tooth pain and got in for service on the same day. painful and I would have to have shots in each quadrant. I felt pain during and after !
Now I go to Gentle Dental and the hygienist , Melanie Krieger is wonderful ,caring person.
