I went to Dr. Welch because I had an emergency for my tooth. She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. Later I went in for a teeth cleaning. The dental hygienist was Maggie Sharp and she not only cleaned my teeth comfortably but gave me lots of information on my next step in the process I’ll be going thru for my teeth. This is the 1st time in my life I have no fear of going to the dentist. Thank You Dr. Welch & Maggie. I recommend Gentle Dental on River Rd to everyone.

I love all of the treatment that I get there. From making an appointment to reminders about the appointment, to how careful they are about Covid during this pandemic time, to the efficiency and the timeliness and the friendliness. I really like the dental hygienist that I see because she makes me feel really comfortable and checks in with me during my teeth cleaning. I end up feeling like I’ve had a gum massage.

Dentist Peter Bergeson and hygienist Amanda were amazing! The care, attention and follow up was awesome. The front office is very friendly too. It is nice to find a dental office that gives you attention, options, and prices up front. The Dentist is so friendly and thorough. It’s hard enough going to the dentist but having such a caring office, makes it easier. I highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly at this office, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve been to get my cleaning and root canal, so they’ve seen a lot of me lately. Gentle Dental is amazing! They are conservative in care and will save you money. They take the time to evaluate your mouth and glands for any cancer which is beyond anything I have ever had before. Sometimes good care takes time. The Dentist have all been great. They will show you pictures of your teeth and explain what is going on if you have any questions or concerns.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but since I have to go it is nice that I can feel welcome and at ease. The office is very clean and comfortable and all of the staff have made me feel welcome and comfortable. Also if you don’t have dental insurance they do provide a special savings program which I signed up for.

I’m always shocked at how friendly and professional this team is! From the front receptionists to the dental assistants and all the way to the dentist. The environment is always welcoming, comforting and relaxing.. I know, I know, relaxing isn’t a word to usually describe a dental office but it’s true! Today I had my first appointment with Maggie, a Dental Hygienist at Gentle Dental. Because of Covid19 I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned for 18 months and was very concerned. Maggie made me feel completely at ease and when she cleaned my teeth I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I had one of the best experiences in many years and because I am a retired Dental Hygienist I am very aware of her good technique being both thorough and painless.

Amazing staff at the River Road office. Always been seen promptly, the assistants and hygienists are amazing and the dentists are top notch. I’ve had four appointments done so far and each time the trip has exceeded expectations. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and, provide real explanations to my questions. They also take great care to make sure you aren’t in pain. For whatever reason, I just couldn’t get numb today but all of my other experiences have been great.
