I went in to get a cleaning done and I believe the woman who did it was named Clara. She was great! I am quite familiar with the dentist being that I had braces before and usually go on a regular basis to get cleanings, but I can never seem to feel comfortable sitting in the chair. Clara was actually the first person to make me feel very comfortable and take my mind off of what she was doing by carrying a conversation with me. Not only that, but she took her time on every tooth and had such delicate hands that I didn’t feel any discomfort while getting the cleaning. This was by far the best part because the last dentist I had gone to was very rough, made my gums hurt, and was done faster than I had ever gotten a cleaning done which left me scarred not wanting to get another cleaning done. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how reasonably priced it was with a special they offered me. Definitely going back!

The team at Genuine Smile was AMAZING. My 12 yr old daughter and I experienced such great customer service! X-rays, cleaning and cavity filled and my daughter experienced no pain and they communicated every step of the way with her so she knew what to expect. I am so glad we went there I don’t see us ever leaving them!! Would recommend a hundred times over!

Friendly, professional, able to accommodate my hectic schedule for my appointment. Gave great dental advice and reasonably priced for my first root canal (though I do have good insurance coverage). Definitely recommend.

My family and I moved from NYC a year ago and have visited Genuine Smiles 3x since we moved here. I am impressed with their office vibe and cleanliness as well as their teams professionalism, and ability to fuse in some warmth into details that sometimes go overlooked. After getting tow fillings this morning I am even that much more excited and fortunate to have found a dentist who I can trust with the more challenging work I needed done.

The office staff, technicians and doctors here are amazing. They are thorough and explain every step of the procedures. They also inform you of the price of every procedure to give you time to make your decision. The office is clean, welcoming and have proper covid procedures in place to make you feel safe. I had the good fortune of having Dr. Elfar as my dentist in Kearny, NJ. His staff was able to a good cleanup. when i mentioned I needed to get a wisdom tooth extracted. They were able to schedule me within the next day. The Genuine smile team is best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone

Good office location and very welcoming and helpful team. The dentist and the support staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They explained to me fully all the steps and procedures needed to be done which made me feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for good dentist.

Wow. They’re so kind and considerate. They took their time with me. Made me feel like I mattered. They are super clean, always changing gloves which means a lot in a pandemic. CLEANLINESS! . They took care of me and talk to me like a human being! I am so grateful. I trust them already. I HIGHLY recommend going here. They practice social distancing in their waiting room. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. They will do you right. I’m terrified of the dentist and I didn’t shake once! Thank you for being kind and professional.

Today was my first visit to Kearny Dental Arts. It was an excellent experience. I had a 9am appointment, I was in the room by 9:05. The hygienist , Clara was amazing , she put on a topical numbing gel before my cleaning. It was painless. She explained everything as she was doing the x-rays and examination. The dentist was also very nice. I highly recommend this dental group. The office was very clean and comfortable. Great first experience!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Elfar, and it was a much more pleasant experience than I expected. The entire process was quick, convenient, and well organized. From the moment I realized I had pain and gave them a call, I was in a chair in less than two hours for my first consultation. The procedure followed a few days later. By the end of the week, I was pain-free. This kind of care is rare, and I was blown away. This establishment is top-grade, professional, and genuinely friendly. Dr. Elfar really listened to my concerns, and Terry was also delightful in guiding me through the procedure. Absolutely impressed.

I went there after checking up with many doctors about my pain. My sister referred Doctor Nabil to me. We checked with him and he helped us with all the paper work and information to get to this clinic. The first time I visited, they welcomed me like a regular patient not as new! All the doctors and staff there are very nice and helpful. Finally after being in pain for more than 10 months, only them could know what was wrong with my teeth!

Always have a great experience at this dentist. My whole family comes here. And myself who I am scared to come to dentist I had a work done on my tooth that needed to be fixed since 1996 and Dr Jonhnny is not only friendly to talk to but did an awesome job. I recommend to come here all staff are friendly and helpful.

Doctor Elfar is a very caring, informative. I hate the dentist because it often hurts during appointments; however, because of Dr. Elfar , I was able to relax and have an almost pain-free appointment. He told me exactly what he was going to do and also only recommended what he felt was necessary. The office is clean, comfortable, the staff are nice. Yes I recomeded this Doctor to anyone looking for excellent work!

The staff is super sweet. I talked to them about my anxiety and how some days are worse than others. Terry and Dr. Eshak really did their best to put me at easy. After taking my x-ray’s I asked to leave the vest on me as the weight made me feel less anxious. Instantly felt relief. They are so kind and caring and really strive to get to know you. They went through payment options and worked out a great deal for me. Glad I switch to this practice. My son loves Dr. Elfar as well. He was cracking jokes and my son thought it was a great place. Will be switching both kids to this practice. They also have parking so that’s a big plus. In the reception area you can have free coffee or a bottle of water from the mini fridge. That’s for me is amazingly welcoming. Seems like this place really cares for their patients. Thanks you to the staff of Genuine Smiles in Kearny!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Elfar’s since January of this year during which time I have had: a root canal, a crown, multiple teeth extractions, a new upper denture, a partial lower plate, and a cleaning. In each case, Dr. Elfar and his team accorded me first rate care, empathy for my phobic condition (I am afraid of oral hypodermic injections), and painless experiences, especially with injections. There needs to be more such as Dr. Elfar. His talent within his profession is matched by his consideration for each of us who is attended by him. Before I became his patient, I couldn’t find a dentist who I trusted, given the amount of dental work I knew was required to provide me with stellar oral hygiene. Since I have been under Dr. Elfar’s care, I have been 100% pleased with the results of his work. Without any reservation, I recommend Dr. Mina Elfar for any person who needs expert dental care and who might be anxiety ridden by the thought of having varying dental procedures performed…

Excellent customer service! The office scheduled my appointment at the last minute for a dental cleaning on the same day, and I really appreciated that. They were friendly and courteous. The staff is also very conscious about adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. I was the only patient in the waiting area and there were bottles of sanitizer in several places.

I was skeptical of going to the dentist due to horror stories of family and friends. My wife who is petrified of the dentist, found this Gem and started getting her mouth back in order. She always raved about how nice everyone is and how much it doesn’t hurt. So I went in. I was far from disappointed. This place is very clean. The staff is nice and very accommodating. They make you feel like you’ve known them for years! This is the only dentist I will see going forward. Please leave your prior reservations at the door and prepare to be woo’d. Tell your friends to tell their friends. This is the place to go.

It was a great place and 100% so happy with their Dental service. I was struggling with tooth pain for past 3 days and trying to get an appointment in all near by dental services end up in failure attempt, finally got the immediate appointment in genuine smile called them by 9.00 am and they asked me to come by 11.00 am after consultation immediately they have done root canal relieved my pain completely, (Thanks to my Dr. Ezak & Terry) who had done a excellent work…..Thanks again
