I went to Dr. Carr yesterday and even though the procedure (wisdom teeth removal)  was not the most pleasant experience, Dr. Carr was outstanding. He made me feel completely at ease, and was able to keep me laughing and kept my mind off the actual procedure. He is extremely personable and friendly. Would not think about going anywhere else now!

My wonderful wife found George Carr DDS office, needed to be seen ASAP , was fortunate to be seen on same day, all the staff was very attentive & friendly. Dr Carr, is very informative, caring about you the patient. Got a molar removed & implant in one emergency visit. Definitely recommending G. Carr DDS & assoc. office , my family will be future patients to seek their yearly dental check up. Thnx to my wife for finding me Dr Carr, and Dr Carr & staff for seeing me at the end of the the day.

Dr. Carr and his whole staff is great! I have absolutely nothing negative to say. They are all professional, friendly, caring and knowledgable – his office is up to date with the latest technology, which I found impressive. I discovered him through Yelp a few years back after not having been to any dentist for about 15 years. Since then I’ve had many procedures: cleanings, cavities filled, long overdue wisdom teeth extractions, a root canal and a crown, to name a few. I’ve always been made to be very comfortable when in the chair and any nervousness has gone away quickly as his staff really cares and listens. After each major procedure, I received a call from his office a few days later to check to see how I was doing. I’ve not had any issues and pain has always been minimal. After many of the procedures, I’ve actually been surprised at how easy it went and recovery was a breeze! I have only had great experiences at Dr. Carr’s office – they get 2 thumbs up in my book!

Went in for my bi-annual checkup and dental cleaning today. Dr Carr is great! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a straight honest talker that gives you the facts with options and lets you decide which course a help you want to take. I’ve been going to him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! He’s that good!!

New patient that has been traumatized by dentists in the past. Dr. Carr’s team – The most wonderful experience. Quick at responding and willing to work with your schedule. I was expecting to cry or have body shakes from anxiety just from the consultation. Nope, I remained calm the entire process. From entering the office to paperwork /payment, they thought of everything and are extremely patient, kind and helpful. Thank you.

Dr. Carr was great in treating my 4 year old son’s dental injury.  We had just moved to Arizona and had not yet found a dentist, and my sister recommended Dr. Carr. Though he is not a pediatric dentist, he took our appointment immediately and checked out the tooth, which was severely broken, and recommended it come out.  We asked if he could do it, since we were already there, and he did it right then and there, keeping his cool through my son’s crying (screaming lol).  He was quick and efficient and spoke to us and my son through the whole process.  He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and we found our new dentist for Arizona!

Dr. Carr was my dentist while I lived in AZ. Besides me thinking he was a fantastic dentist back then I am reaffirmed each and every time I visit my new dentist here in Newport Beach, Ca. Besides the routine cleaning and teeth maintenance, Dr. Carr put veneers on 8 on my top teeth. And they were beautiful then. And almost 12 years later, they are just as beautiful. My current dentist and hygienist tell me each and every time I am visiting them (today for example and I moved here 8 years ago) that I have beautiful teeth and that whoever did my veneers did the most beautiful job they have ever seen! The shape, color, margins, and quality are superior. And coming from a dentist who does veneers himself, I would consider that one of the highest compliments another dentist could receive! Thank you Dr. Carr! You are fantastic at what you do!!!

I was referred to Dr. Carr’s office via my girlfriend. Not only is he cool and down to earth, you can tell he genuinely cares about his clientele. I had an appointment to have a tooth extracted, a procedure I had not yet had to experience. After consultation we decided we actually needed to remove 2 teeth! Not only was he quick but I felt zero pain. I mean even the novocaine shots were painless and that includes a shot in the roof of my mouth which royally sucks. His staff: Betty is warm and knowledgeable, goes out of her way to help and explain anything. She even called my insurance company on my behalf to work out coverage etc. His assistants are all very friendly and welcoming as well. His office looks and smells nice, and everything felt very comforting. Highly recommended!!!

The short of it is I loved this place. When I was a kid I had a dentist I loved and always had great experiences with (he was a family friend), I moved out of state and since then couldn’t find a dentist I liked, until Doctor Carr. I had a few really bad experiences with the other dentists I had tried, so it had been a while and on top of the regular cleaning I ended up needed a cleaning and a filling replaced with a crown. I went left the office around 5PM yesterday and woke up this morning in no pain at all. I’ve never been happier to waste ten dollars on painkillers. I didn’t even have to get a temporary crown, so it was all done in one session (they make a crown on site, apparently?). That’s nice, because I’ve never heard someone go “You know, I sure am glad I had to go to the dentist TWICE to get this one tooth fixed.” The staff is very nice, they managed to fix a “tricky tooth” (the dentist who messed it up’s words, not theirs) without pain, and they managed to do it all in one visit. I could not be happier.

Dr. Carr and his staff are the best!!! I’ve been a patient for nearly 10 years and I was a problematic patient because I hadn’t been to a dentist for nearly 15 years. He and his staff put me at ease and I’m so glad that my friend told me about Dr. Carr because I really never wanted to see a dentist again in my life. Now, I look forward to seeing him and his stellar staff. Through him my teeth have been straightened with Invisalign and he also fitted me with an oral appliance for my sleep apnea. He and his staff have truly made a huge difference in my health and life in general. I will be his patient as long as I live and he’s still in business!!!

Dr Carr is the best dentist out there! His staff is very professional and thorough and he definitely sets himself apart from other dentists out there. My husband needed a lot of dental work and unfortunately went to someone who did not know what they were doing. Dr Carr was able to fix his teeth and made the process as painless as possible! Even if you have to drive a bit to see him It is with It. Trust me!
