This team deserves 5 stars! Not only do they offer early morning appointments (Wednesdays), they greet me with big smiles everytime. My dental hygienist always takes care of me. The dentist isnt always a place people like going to but I feel at home here. I would like to personally thank Dr Maddox ( and his wife). I broke my front tooth off at work and was in x tremendous pain. I didn’t know what to do- I called my insurance- no call back- I called a private dental place who I won’t mention name I called their emergency line and nobody called me back there either. Had someone of a friend who new doctor Maddox , she made the call and within 30 minutes I was in his office- in his shorts and all. It was an amazing experience. He got me out of pain- got my tooth fixed all within about 2 hours. Let me say this is at 9:30 pm in a dentist office. He did everything finding tools, x rays u name it he did it! His professionalism was exceptional and his compassion is unbeatable and un rate able !! I appreciate now what a real, true- nuts and bolts dentist and he put me back together so customer for life Thank you for taking time out of your life , your evening- to realty take an emergency call. If your looking for a real dentist, ( by the way- he only had to numb me 1 time full on root canal drilling the hole thing) don’t know what he did- but here Thank you again

I was referred to Dr. Maddox by a complete stranger who saw my 2 front chipped teeth and asked when I was going to fix them. I had talked with various dentists who didn’t give me a good outlook on my teeth. I had an initial consultation with him where he explained what he thought he could do, which is basically rebuild my entire mouth over a few appointments. My 2nd appointment (first was a cleaning) I was in the dentist chair for a little over 5 hours…and the results are honestly night & day. The best part is, my teeth look completely natural. I was bummed when Katie left because I really loved her, but fortunately he hired another amazing hygienist to replace her- Marina. Dr. Maddox and his team are the greatest dental care providers in SoCal! I have been going to this office for about 12 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Dr. Maddox has been able to help me with all of my random dentistry needs, including everything from a crown to removing white enamel stains to repairing my permanent retainer. All of the staff in the office are friendly and they make you feel welcome and at ease. At one point I went to another dentist due to changes in my insurance but that dentist ended up cracking one of my molars by drilling too much! I was in pain and devastated so I went to Dr. Maddox for help. He saved me by perfectly putting in a crown and I have never looked back! No matter where I live in SoCal I will drive to this office for the professionalism, family feel and amazing service.

There is something to be said about a dentist who puts in a mouth full of veneers and when one tooth cracked and broke he was able to replace that crown some 10 or 12 years later without any trouble.
