I have been a patient of George for literally my entire life. I love his care and Marianna is the best!! I pay extra at work to maintain PPO dental insurance just so that I can see him. I’m not a great patient especially when it comes to my mouth but he makes it so much better and his work lasts. He has cared for my family since he started his practice and we will be there until he retires!

Everything said so far about Pacal is right on!  He’s a great dentist and makes you feel very comfortable.  He answers all of your questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and is very patient. When I was getting my fillings done he hit a sore spot that wasn’t fully numb and it hurt like a bastard!  He immediately stopped there and gave me some more local anesthesia and then went to work elsewhere until it I didn’t feel anymore pain there.  After that the whole process was great. He even gave me some headphones to use during the session which was a great distraction. After my first few visits I got a welcome card in the mail with a personal message and he even called after I got the new fillings to see how I was doing.If you live in/near Burbank, I highly recommend him!

I have always hated going to the dentist.. but these 2 Dentists , Dr. Pacal, Burbank, Calif. and Dr. Okada , Burbank, Calif. have taken the fear out of going to the dentist!! Dr. Pacal and his excellent staff did phenomenal bridge work and Dr. Okada and his equally accommodating staff did a Root Canal with Absolutely No Pain at all.. and No after effects.. I’m not sure if I’ve ever been to a dentist who, in recommending dental work, considered the cost to his patient – a nice surprise, after spending $thousands on root canals and crowns at other dentists, which I’m pretty sure were unnecessary. That, and what everyone else says – caring and competent.

Dr. Pacal is insanely amazing, talented, and such a sweet caring man! His staff is honorable too! I had such a great experience going to his office today that I will be ditching my old dentist and become dr. Pacal’s lifetime patient! As I waited today, he friendly staff would periodically check up on me and even dr. Pacal himself. Dr. Pacal educated me on my dental issues and his dental hygienist was friendly and patient and showed me how to properly brush my back teeth since I was having trouble back there! MetLife usually covers 100% of a lot of their preventative care. GO TO DR. PACAL! You won’t regret it!

After some extremely bad experiences I was referred to Dr. Pacal by a friend. Now I’ve been a patient of Pacal’s for probably close to 15 years and I won’t go to anyone else for general dentistry (even though I live on the West Side now). This is an excellent practice, very trustworthy, and genuinely concerned with patient well-being. I highly recommend them.

Dr Pacal and staff are fabulous! I have been going to him for more then 10 years and have never experienced a bad visit. They are always punctual, considerate and have taken excellent care of my dental needs. I highly recommend Dr Pacal to anyone looking for a reliable dentist, that will be honest and caring.

I have been going to Dr. George Pacal for all of my dental care for over 15 years.  Dr. Pacal is truly the best dentist in Burbank.  From the front office, six month standard cleanings to the dreaded cavity work the whole team is super professional and amazing. The small details that make the biggest difference are things like the walkman and headset they give you so you can zone out listening to music while they do their work to the follow-up phone call from the Doctor to make sure you are feeling alright the night after any major appointment.  Doctor Pacal is one of the only dentists that I have ever heard of that gives out his own personal after hour’s phone number in case a patient has an urgent issue. I just had an appointment for a cleaning at his brand new office on Magnolia Boulevard which is very nice and much better than the location of the old office as getting into the old parking lot was very hard and the Burbank overpass and freeway off-ramps are going to be messed up for the next few years due to major construction.   The new office has lots of parking and everything in the office is new.  Again, Doctor Pacal is the best.

Dr. Pacal is the best dentist ever! He and his team got me in for a filling before the weekend. They gave me a nice blanket and made me super comfortable. I nearly fell asleep! Dr. Pacal always calls to follow up and make sure you’re doing good post-visit. He truly cares about his patients, and has the best team!

I have been going to Dr. Pacal for over 5 years. He is the very best dentist that I have ever had in my entire life. He calls you post visit after he does great work. His staff is first rate and very accommodating when you visit their offices in Burbank. I would highly recommend Dr. George Pacal for all your dental needs.

The team at Dr. Pacal’s has changed my life for the better.  Dr. Pacal always does an amazing job. His work has changed my smile dramatically.  His Assistant Melissa and Front Office/billing Julie are also excellent.  MaryAnn cleans my teeth and does a great job!  I’ve been going here for 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about everyone.  Also, I have referred a friend here and they really appreciated Dr. Pacal and his team too.

This guy and his staff are top notch.  Julie the main assistant who does billing appts etc is great!  Everything is wonderful and efficient.  Office is clean.   I came to Dr. Pacal as a referral from a friend when I needed dental treatment but my dental plan sucked (delta care) and the dentists on that plan were awful.  I paid out of pocket for months until I got on MetLife to see Dr. Pacal.  Even paying out of pocket it was reasonably priced and he only does what is necessary.  He did not try to get me to do all kinds of ridiculous cosmetic procedures. Overall, Dr. Pacal’s office is the best dental experience I have ever had. Make an appt early as he fills up!
