My dentist is Dr. Whittemore and I have enjoyed meeting with him every time so far at my 6 months check ups. The two hygienists I have had have both been excellent too! And I’ve even had great experiences with the receptionists too. They’re all always friendly and professional. They also always have free water bottles and a Keurig machine. I highly recommend going to see them! One last thing to add – they regularly feature different charity drives that get clients involved and which is really great.

They were friendly, prompt and professional. If you are reluctant to go to the dentist because you’re anxious about it, these are the dentists you want to see. They aren’t judgmental. They seem genuinely glad to see me. Whether you see them for urgent care, for the health of your teeth or because you want them whitened or something else cosmetic done, they simply help you get where you’re trying to go and they do it effectively. They take care of me, my wife and my kids. We all have very different needs and we’re all completely satisfied. The waiting room is very nice but you won’t be there long anyhow.

I called them at 5:40 this afternoon as a new patient asking to be seen on emergency and barely made it before they closed.Not only did the dentist fix the problem he was so nice as all the staff was.He only charged me an office visit charge and gave me shots I know cost more.I will definitely be a return patient. To get that treatment and never seen him I am sure had he been my dentist this would not have happened.

Dr. John Whittemore and his staff are absolutely amazing. I am from out of town and I am here for my nephews graduation. I have a front implant that fell off I was calling around and his office went out of there way to accommodate me ASAP. From the moment I met him he was such an amazing surgeon and managed to calm me because I was stressing out. He was able to fix my tooth even better than before. I have wanted to get my teeth looking better for several years but have always been nervous about it from a dental and financial perspective. Braces were pretty uncommon when I was a kid, so I never got the basic straightening done. Additionally I have some unsightly damage from grinding for so many years. I just want my smile to look better. I am only part way through on a multi-part plan including braces, composite restoration of bottom teeth, raising the gum line on top teeth, and adding veneers to 4 of my top front teeth. Dr. Whittemore is not one of those guys with his hand on the doorknob, rushed to leave, when speaking with you about your situation. He spent a lot of time with me, analyzing my situation, and figuring out creative potential options for me in real time. It is easy to see the he really wants to get things right, and that he really cares about his work. Currently I’m only on stage one, which is clear braces, to straighten out my bottom teeth, prior to the composite restoration. The person doing the current braces work, Macey Davis McNail, is clearly an all-star, and makes the experience comfortable and even pleasant. I was also very impressed with how timely and attentive the whole team is. After 4 or 5 appointments, I have never felt I had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for anything. I will post more updates as I move into the next phases of the plan.

We are cordially greeted and timely seen at our appointed time. The office is always very very quiet and squeaky clean. The hygienist, the dentists are so patient and professional. Everyone treats you with great respect. The office staff does a supberg on the cleaning and care of the teeth and gum. My husband and I have had a partial and a full upper plate done at The Germantown Dental Group. The dentures are amazing, they were color coordinated and look just like the natural teeth.
