Dr. Kopicki and the staff at Germantown Orthodontics are friendly, attentive, professional and courteous. I personally felt as though there was somewhat of a stigma attached to adult orthodontic care, but any ill-perceived embarrassment on my part was squashed upon my first visit. My bottom teeth were quite crowded and I was hoping that I wouldn’t require braces for work-related reasons. Dr. Kopicki explained my options in great detail and I was relieved that, combined with her care, Invisalign was a viable option. My experience with Invisalign was positive throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to my last appointment. With each visit in between, they made my progress and subsequent care their priority. Some teeth moved as expected while others were more stubborn. Dr. Kopicki intervened to prevent setbacks and kept my teeth moving fluidly and on schedule. After over a year wearing retainers, I couldn’t be more pleased with their wonderful care and my great results. I’m so grateful for my (now) straight teeth and highly recommend Dr. Kopicki and her staff for anyone’s orthodontic needs!
