Great practice! Office staff are very friendly! I was called back at the time of my appointment. The hygienist, Tiffany, did a very thorough prophy. She was also very friendly, which made the visit very relaxing. Dr. Gibson is very personable and took time to answer any questions. Very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice!

Everyone hates going to the dentist but Gibson Dental makes it SO enjoyable!! Not only are the Dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and front desk managers, ALL well knowledgeable, well educated, professional and GREAT at their jobs, everyone, within the entire building is sooo nice!!! They make my cleaning experience (and times of cavity fillings ) so much more enjoyable, than it would be without their wonderful personalities! Everyone is so personable, kind and helpful! The environment is clean and professional. Everything you would want in a Dental office is found here! Gibson Dental is superior at Dentistry! This Dental office is 10/10 and I highly recommend, if you are searching for a Dentist Office! I’m already excited for my next appointment!

I had my first appointment today with Gibson Dental. I was very impressed. It’s super clean, it smells good and everyone is so nice! They explain everything thoroughly and if you need extensive dental work they do a wonderful job explaining the treatment options. Jennifer S. did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my teeth today. She had a bubbly personality, was very friendly and explained each step she was doing. She also has a very gentle and calming personality. The dentists at this office are top of the line. So glad I have finally found an excellent dentist in Madison!

After searching for a good dentist since moving here 17 years ago, I feel very happy to have found Doctor Gibson’s office.  His hygienist, Britney, did such a good job, not only cleaning my teeth but explaining everything to me and she was very nice!  Doctor Gibson told me what I need to have done but also told me there wasn’t a hurry and I was under no pressure to have anything done right away.  What a difference from every other dentist I’ve been too.  Very knowledgeable and honest.  Can’t say enough good things about him and his whole staff.  I live in Athens but it was worth the drive to Madison!

This dentist office is very professional. With newly added COVID changes they make the process of checking in easy. Everyone on the staff is very courteous and has a smile throughout the entire appointment. The Dental Hygienist were gentle and made sure you were comfortable during the teeth cleaning process. Dr. Gibson was very personable and easy to talk with while she helped to layout a plan for potential fillings and a possible crown. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist in the area.

Dr. Gibson is a fantastic clinician who is dedicated in giving you his best. I had a tooth that chipped, and he restored it to better than it was. He and his whole staff are very easy to talk to and personable. He wants you to be happy with the outcome of treatment and provides you every opportunity to give your opinion. A+ job. Highly recommend.

I had my first appointment at Gibson Dental yesterday. Britney was wonderful! She did a fantastic job and didn’t cause me any discomfort. Dr. Gibson gave me different options for a treatment plan. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel pressured to choose one option over another. I highly recommend Gibson Dental

I want to start off by saying. I just regret not coming here sooner then I did. Mrs. Gibson is amazing. She helped me with my fear of dentist. Everytime I go I am met with a very friendly smile and a very compassionate crew. They help with dental fright and the dental hygienist is amazing as well. I am so glad I found such a wonder dentist. If your needing a dentist I would highly recommend Gibson Dental. They are the bomb. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are the best.

From the welcoming smile at the front desk, to Crystal the hygienist, and Dr. McKenna Gibson, my first visit to Gibson Dental could not have been more perfect. Everyone was friendly and professional. Crystal was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable at every stage of my cleaning and Dr. McKenna was as thorough with my exam afterwards. I was glad to know they offer appointments as early as 7:00 a.m. If you are new to the Huntsville/Madison area or just looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Gibson Dental.

Dr. Gibson and his whole team are amazing, and always super friendly and helpful. We travel a lot, so I have had my teeth done in the past by at least 3 different dentists in 3 different states, and looking/ comparing my experiences with each one of them, I can confidently say Dr. Gibson has been the best so far no Dentist prior did such a great job with my teeth, and he always shares great advice and knowledge. He is absolutely fantastic with matching colors and restoring teeth especially in my case my front teeth. It’s the first thing people see when you talk, smile,… so thank you Dental Gibson Team for my beautiful smile!

I have moved around alot with the military and been to many different dentist offices throughout the country. Gibson Dental is, by far, the best I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. I had a crown done and it feels like a natural tooth that has always been there. The work was pain free. Thank you Gibson Dental for a great experience. I will continue to recommend you to others.

Gibson dental truly treats you like a family. They truly have the best client experience of any dentist office I’ve been to. I am so comfortable with them that even when I switched jobs and they were no longer covered I preferred to use their plan and pay out of pocket then switch dentist offices. I would absolutely recommend for anyone nervous and easily stressed about dentists or just looking for an office where they feel genuinely appreciated and cared for.

I needed to find a new dentist for me and my husband and my best friend highly recommended Gibson Dental after she had had great experiences there. I looked up other reviews and their website and was very impressed with everything I read! The customer service is fantastic and I love my regular dental hygienist at Gibson. She always remembers me and my family and is so kind and considerate. The office is clean and seems to be very well run. I love the reminder texts and instructions regarding covid practices have been very clear. We have had no complaints, only good things to say about Gibson Dental!

What an awesome experience! I moved here about three months ago and was in search for a dental office. I don’t have a very flexible schedule and they were able to squeeze me in within a matter of a few weeks! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the dental hygienist I had was fabulous! Dr. Gibson was very friendly also! I would highly recommend this place and its warming atmosphere!

Dr Gibson and staff are amazing!! It’s an easy going and relaxed atmosphere and you’re at ease the entire time you’re there. Just the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! Dr Gibson is great! He takes time to make sure you understand your options, what’s taking place with the procedure, and helps you make informed decisions.

Excellent work and, more importantly, care. I am a dental hysteric. As a child my mother took me to the dentist who didn’t numb my teeth, He also was mining for ‘gold’, I suspect. Always 4-5 cavities. Always the pain and gad! So, I have a particularly sensitive concern about dentists in general. Gibson Dental is terrific, if you HAVE to go to a dentist. Personally, I’d rather not, but I still have a few teeth..

I was very scared of going to the dentist and put it off for a long while. I did a lot of research of different offices and saw good reviews for Gibson Dental. I took a chance and was not disappointed. The people are amazing and friendly. They took the time to explain to me what was going on. I do not regret choosing Gibson Dental at all.

The dental visit went better than expected. The office staff was courteous and professional. The paperwork process did not take long. I was called back within minutes of completing the paperwork. The rooms were clean and equipment was sterile. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in easing the usual anxiety that one would experience when attending the dentist. Dr. Gibson was knowledgeable and very personable.
If, you are looking for a dentist then stop by and give them a try! You want be disappointed!

I am on extended work travel and recently had several recent dental issues arise (getting older does have it’s drawbacks, ha).  Anyway, I chanced coming here based on the reviews of others here on Yelp and I have to say, I am extremely happy with the folks here (especially Dr. Gibson and Kimberly).  They are nothing but top notch, very caring, and professional all the way.  Their support staff are also very friendly and helpful.  I now consider Dr. Gibson my “guy” for dental work – I just worry about when my work assignment is up and have to move back away from his services!.  Definitely recommend!

I had my first appointment today at Dr Gibson’s for a six month cleaning and checkup.  Not only did my hygienist do a great job, I was very impressed with Dr Gibson!  My teeth got a better cleaning than I have gotten at a dentist office in a LONG, LONG time.  Then Dr Gibson came in and examined me.  He said everything looked good except one minor thing he said we could ‘watch’ which I was glad to hear.  One of my big gripes about dentists is how they try to sell their services that are really not needed.  Dr Gibson earned my respect today as well as my business for the long haul.  I highly recommend!!

Had the best dental visit I’ve ever had. Very nice staff at the desk welcomed me in and got my paperwork quickly. Kim was my dental hygienist and she was awesome! Friendly, extremely pleasant and professional. She made sure I was comfortable thru out the entire procedure. Dr. Gibson was just as pleasant and professional as the rest of his staff. My teeth feel amazing! I’ll definitely make this my new dentist and I would recommend them to everyone.
