Glassman Dental Care is the best! From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Each and every person in the office makes you feel like part of the Glassman family. I have been with the Glassmans for about 3 years. Every phone call, e-mail and question is answered within minutes. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful practice it is. I would recommend Dr. Steven to anyone.

I’ve been a patient of Drs. Steven and Debra Glassman since the 90’s and can’t recommend them highly enough. They take care of all my general, orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry needs. They have a very busy practice and run it so efficiently that nobody ever seems rushed or harried.   Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel calm comfortable and cared for, whether you are a celebrity or just a regular Joe like me.  This is true from the front office, managed by Judeen, who is a great scheduler, to the assistants and hygienists, who are all exceptionally knowledgeable, confident and skillful.  They listen carefully, explain clearly and make sure your concerns and questions are thoroughly addressed and answered. The office is equipped with the latest imaging and dental technology and the waiting room is comfortable and welcoming. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get started. In addition to Drs. Debra and Steven, oral surgeon Dr. Benjamin Jacobs has also been a valuable consultant on aspects of my care. He carefully discusses all the risks and benefits and puts his patients’ safety and oral health above all other concerns. To sum up, this is a place where you will feel and be cared for, as a whole person, not as just another set of chompers. If you’re not smiling on your way in, you’ll be smiling on your way out. You’ve tried the rest; now get the best at Glassman Dental Care.

I am Dr.Steven Glassman client more then 20 years and Dr. Debra Glassman few years, from the time she joints office in New York. I would never, ever change them for any other dental care except if I am forced. They, and their staff, are caring, on time and very professional. I have confidence that the treatement will be well chosen and I do not question their decision. My adult children were also their patients before they moved to other cities. Quick, efficient and friendly. Pre-appointment questionnaires emailed to me a few hours before appointment and completed by me. Temperature taken as I entered the waiting room and I went directly to a treatment room. X-rays and scans done immediately. Tooth repaired. Plans for the rest of the year discussed along with cost for several procedures. Looking forward to my appointment in a week.

I am someone that hates going to the dentist and my husband tried Glassman Dental Care and told me I might like it.  He was right.  It’s a small practice and everyone there knows me by my name.  The reception staff is amazing, and they have candles in the bathroom to make it as good of an experience as possible. They have laughing gas, and generally make what could be a terrible experience (I hate going to the dentist) as good as it can be.  I recommend this practice.

Afraid of the dentist? So was I ; until I got to Glassman Dental Group!  From the time I walked in the door and my coat was taken, my beverage order delivered (coffee for me ) , I was relaxed and filling out a five star hotel form. A few medical questions then the surprise, what channels did I prefer to watch, what music did I prefer to listen to , did I prefer a paraffin treatment during my treatment…..what magical place had I stepped into? I was called for my exam and it was all true, a massage pad on my chair TV to watch  a distraction from my dental exam by dr Debbie.  The staff great Drs professional and amazing. I have been a patient here for about 15 years and have received superb care. Dr. Stephen and Dr. Debra are highly skilled and very professional. The staff is friendly and attentive. Machinery is clean and always up to date. Great IT systems for tracking my care. Highly recommend, you’ll be very pleased.

I have been a patient of the Glassman’s for over 12 years. I have always had the most efficient, professional work done on my teeth by both Steven and Debra. Steven and Debra both have impeccable “bedside” manner.  They are warm, friendly and diligent in helping me stay on top of my dental hygiene. I have had two root canals done by them and they were virtually painless! They also have a marvelous calming effect when they sense I’m getting tense while being worked on. And believe me, I am not an easy patient!  I have recommended the Glassman’s many times over the years with pride in knowing I’m sending them to the best in the business. In addition I find their staff to be very helpful, as they always answer all my questions and are just as warm and friendly as the Glassman’s.

Dr. Steve and Dr. Debra Glassman are two of the most friendliest, experienced, and accommodating dentists I’ve ever come across. The fact that there are complaints on this website made me want to come immediately to their defense. Over the past three years, I’ve gotten routine dental cleanings, teeth whitening, Invisalign treatment, and an appliance for grinding my teeth at night. They are no ordinary dentists — they are, in my opinion, the best of the best. (You can tell that from their clientele alone — which ranges from regular folks (like myself) to many high-profile celebrities and athletes. Up until three years ago — I was traveling to my home state of Pennsylvania to get routine dental work done. A friend of mine suggested the Glassmans — and I am glad he did. I have since referred friends, co-workers, and family to them.

My tooth broke on a Sunday and emailed Glassman Dental immediately. Within minutes got a response… not an automated response…. a response from Dr. Glassman. Yes a live person. Who responds on a Sunday? These guys are simply best in the business. Modern offices…. amazing staff and even more amazing dentists! Oh and they give out free candy after your appointment. Dr Glassman and the entire staff provide a positive experience. From the gracious and accommodating administrative team, to the knowledgeable and friendly technicians and add in the compassion and expertise of Dr Glassman, which makes for a stress free experience from beginning to end. I’ve been more than satisfied patient for 6 years.

I’m not the type of person who likes to write reviews but I’d  like to write one based on my experience here at Dr. Glassman’s office.  I like everything about this place. The office is very clean, the environment made me feel at home “very private”.  When I first entered the office, I was warmly greeted by the staff members and within a very short time I was called to see the doctor. Now I have seen other dentist regarding Invisalign and none of them had ever performed the scanning procedure that would show me before and after after procedures.  But with Dr. Glassman’s practice, that was something they just naturally offered. And so I did my scans and when I got to see my results, I looked over at the Dr. and ask “is this what my teeth will look like in a few months” lol he said “yes sir”.  I was sold and that’s when I made my decision to go with them. They fully explained the procedure and the payment options. A week later I was wearing my Invisalign. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for that treatment and more. I told a few of my friends about the experience and I got them very curious to go there. This was the best investment in myself and my smile.

Came in for an iTera 3D dental imagine (not many dental offices have this machine in the city) in order to progress my Invisalign treatment. The Glassman Dental Office went out of their way to take care of me considering my Invisalign orthodontist is in Hawaii (I’m military in Hawaii temporarily assigned in New York City). We needed high quality 3D scans in order for my doctor in Hawaii to order my next set of Invisalign aligners, but it was difficult finding an office that either had a machine or us decent customer service to understand my situation. When I called the Glassman Dental Office, I was initially discouraged because they said they would call me back like the other 6 offices I had called that had the iTera 3D imaging machine (as listed on google search). Judeen kindly called me back within 10 minutes and said their office could facilitate the 3D imaging, and was willing to send it to my orthodontist in Hawaii as a courtesy since I was military. It was incredibly nice of them to go out of their way, the office was great and the staff was much more professional and courteous than any I have dealt with recently. They definitely established goodwill with me!

This is by far the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Steven Glassman did a complimentary zoom consultation before I even came in. Shy at the front desk was extremely friendly and very welcoming. Castina, who performed my cleaning, was lovely. She was precise, gentle, and very encouraging regarding the work that needed to get done. From the moment I first called them, to walking out the door tonight, they have truly been first class! I highly, HIGHLY, recommend them. I will be back for sure. A+. Kindness always wins.

I first went to Glassman dental 14 years ago after another dentist told me I needed veneers. Turns out I didn’t, but I got my teeth bonded. I was amazed at Dr Steven’s work. It was impeccable. Everyone, I mean everyone complimented my smile. Fast forward to 2020 my tooth chipped from eating pistachios, Dr. Steven bonded the chip, after Castina deep cleaned my teeth. I am very happy with the service at Glassman dental. The quality of work that they do cannot be compared. I’ve been to the rest, now I will stay with the BEST!!!

I’ve only been a patient of Dr. Glassman for about 2 months now, but so far my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the outstanding professionalism of the staff to the ambiance and cleanliness of the office, I am so honored to be his patient. I first came to him for Invisalign a little skeptical if I’m being honest. However, I am such a believer now. In just 10 weeks, I’ve already seen such improvement in my smile. Everything he promised is being proven right before my very eyes. Of course, you have to be disciplined in the treatment plan, but it really works. My once overlapping front tooth is no longer and I’m amazed every time I look in the mirror. I have been coming to Glassman Dental for years. Teeth cleaning here is great! The hygienist takes her time and does an amazing job!! I have been using Castina and she is terrific!! Dr. Debbie and Dr. Steven are wonderful and very concerned that all dental work is done just right. I have had cosmetic work done on both of my front teeth. Dr Debbie and Dr. Steven took great care of me, and my teeth look perfect! I did my invisalign with Dr. Steven – my teeth are now so straight and, I get compliments all the time. The entire staff is friendly, and always willing to help you. I totally recommend Glassman Dental – you will be glad that you came here!

BEST DENTIST IN NYC. I been going for years and could not be more happy. Jeanne is always super friendly and remembers when you need to come in next. She makes my life easier. Castina is one of my favorite hygienist cant live without her. I am addicted I go see her every 4/5 weeks she makes my mouth super clean. Dr Steven Glassman is a perfectionist in all he does. This is by far the best dental clinic I been to in years. I have more confidence now and my teeth are at their best.

I have been going to Glassman Dental Care for about 2 years now.  Was recommened by a friend who uses them.  The office is a very calm and quiet environment.  Both the staff and the doctors are very knowledgable and efficient.  Dr. Steven is great at giving injections (which I don’t particularly like getting), makes sure that you always feel comfortable, and I have never had any sensitivity or problems with the work I’ve had done.  I definitely recommend this office!

Castina Hazell is the best hygienist! I had the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Not only does she put you right at ease from the moment you meet her, but her attention to detail and meticulous work leaves you with a completely clean mouth and the motivation to keep it that way! 🙂 The whole patient process is fantastic from the reception team, the dental assistants to Dr. Glassman, we feel like we’ve found a great family-feel dental practice. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a cleaning with Castina. She is very knowledgeable with almost 22 years of experience. I’ve never had a cleaning like this. She was very thorough and actually very enjoyable as she “massaged”my gums. I’ve never had that! Plus, she explained things clearly. The office is very fitted out with PPE and felt safe. I’ll definitely be returning. I also had invisaligns done by Dr. Glassman. He was quick, efficient and incredibly skilled. I learned that as you age, your teeth crowd. That was pushing one of my front teeth forward. He fixed that beautifully in the least amt of time.
