My retainer recently broke and the staff was extremely helpful at helping me schedule an appointment that could accommodate my busy life. They even had it ready for me the same day! Got my braces here about 9 years ago. Service was always the best here and staff was very nice as well. Teeth still look the same as they were when I got my braces off all those years ago. I was very happy with the quick and quality service provided and especially the precautions taken during the Covid-19 pandemic. I’ve never felt safer to take off my mask in a public setting. All of the dentists had full scrubs on with masks, face shields, and gloves. All patients also had to wash their hands before receiving service. I’m very glad to say that Glen Orthodontics cares about your overall health, and not just your dental health.

Making an appointment was super easy, with text message verification. Social distancing and mask wearing in place by all patients and staff members. Personally speaking, I wouldn’t trust any other doctor with my teeth for orthodontic treatments besides Dr. Renata Rzazewska-Johnson. It’s been a few years since I’ve last been to the office and when my retainer needed repair, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Rzazewska-Johnson personally returned my voicemail to check on me and offer I come in on short notice at my convenience even though their schedule was very busy. To my surprise majority of the team was still working there and they remembered me from when I was much younger which made me much more comfortable since they have already worked on my teeth before.
