Dr. Yu and his staff are AWESOME!!! They are talented and friendly to the MAX! I have had numerous issues that Dr. Yu and staff took care of pain free and after every treatment, Dr. Yu calls me to see how I am doing! That tells me that he cares and is there for you. And the staff are just amazing with their courtesy and helpful attitudes. The office is immaculate and appointments are kept on time. Try them and you will see what I mean. I gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them 50. And yes, I am a real patient with years of experience with them. Dr. Yu and the ladies ROCK.

My mother has been going to see Dr. Yu for almost 2 years. He and his staff are extremely professional and truly care for his patients. My mother had extractions, crowns, and dentures done in his office. It was a very long process and Dr. Yu and his assistant Carrie were wonderful and extremely patient, addressing my mother’s needs. Dr. Yu is a highly skilled dentist with a great sense of humor. Both Dr. Yu and Carrie made my mother feel at ease. Dr. Yu and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my mother was satisfied. I highly recommend him and his office to everyone!!!

Before I found Glendale Aesthetic dentistry, I had been shopping around for a new dentist and didn’t know where to turn. I needed lots of work done and just wanted to get started. After calling Glendale Aesthetic dentistry, I found myself excited to go back to the dentist. Karen in the front office is outstanding and works with you to make sure you can get your bill taken care of without breaking the bank. Dr. Yu and the other staff I’ve encountered is excellent. They care about their patients and it shows. 2 weeks ago, I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns done and Dr. Yu gave me a call later in the day and week to make sure I was feeling okay. This place doesn’t run like a business but more like a family. You WON’T REGRET coming in, but YOU WILL regret it if you don’t.

Where do I start!? I love this office and it’s staff! Karen is the BEST! She’s so nice and welcoming and warming and she treats you like your a BFF that she hasn’t seen in several years and she’s just the best and so professional! I was nervous coming back after a few years and as soon as I came in I felt at home and all my worry went away and I was only in the lobby! Seeing the same faces as I have for years makes me happy too because I know they are happy hear because every time I come it’s not a new set of workers so it makes it more fun!

Great dentist, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff. I have finally found a dentist office that I really like. The doc doesn’t pressure you to do unnecessary procedures like most corporate/franchise type offices. He is honest about the treatment actually needed. For several years I was going to a new dentist every time I was due for a cleaning. Only to feel like a dollar sign instead of a patient. The entire staff is always pleasant and friendly. The girls at the front always greet with a smile. And they are accommodating with appointments. All around a great office with a wonderful dentist.

Ok so the last Time i was at a dentist office was over 8 years ago, horrible experience so i was not looking forward to going this time, first off they got me in the very next day i called, the office was nice cozy quite and peaceful, front desk receptionists were polite,friendly and easy to talk to, i was called back pretty fast , they took xrays and ran me over all my options, explaining everything clearly, i needed a wisdom tooth pulled and i was not happy but they took they’re time talking to me and even threw in a couple jokes and made me feel at ease, Dr.Yu came in and let me know what the best approach was and we went for it, i was prepared for a long battle like my last time but nope, Dr.Yu said it’ll only take a couple minutes and well i dont think it even took that , i was literally in shock, i had to shake his hand, weeks of pain gone in under 2 minutes, hands down the best dentist ever, this guy is crazy good trust me, the team they got on staff is an all-star team , if they were football players on the cardinals we would have nothing but championships, greatest dental experience in my life, already telling friends and family to go there, Do yourself a favor. Been going to Dr. Yu and Nicole for roughly 10 years. They are amazing at what they do from the moment I stepped in the office. Truly engaged beyond just my teeth. They constantly ask about my family along with myself. It truly feels like a family. The staff is polite, great and enjoy what they do. By far the best dentist office in the valley.

I have been going to this office for quite a while now and I am very pleased with the service I receive. Dr. Yu is the friendliest dentist I’ve ever met and he is very easy to talk to. Their hygienist is also very nice and is always very thorough in my cleanings. I highly recommend this office. I was considering going into hygiene school, and the hygienist was very supportive and offered to answer any questions I had. They are willing to help you in any way they can.

I was at the dentist today got 6 caps for my implants, dr yu did a great job putting my implants in a few years ago, l have a small mouth and dr yu had to make the smallest teeth ever, they look amazing, pick up the phone and see what he can do for you, great staff ready to help you as soon as you arrive.

I have been a patient of Dr Yu’s for over 10yrs and within that time frame we moved approx 35 miles from Dr Yu’s office, but my family and I make that drive because I can’t trust our dental health to anyone else. Their office is clean the staff is friendly and the hygienist are excellent.

We moved to Arizona in 2005 and didn’t know of a good dentist who would be patient with our children. We tried other dentistry offices and they didn’t work for us, until we found Dr. Henry Yu who treated us with professionalism in a welcoming environment, and excellent costumer service. He always follows up calling personally to our house to check after a treatment has been done. Therefore I definitely recommend Dr. Yu to anyone who is in need of dental services.

I seriously walked out of here feeling like I had just hung out with good friends! Karen and the other receptionist at the front desk are the sweetest, kindest, professional and attentive front staff I’ve ever come across, and you definitely continue to feel the love, professionalism and attentiveness in the back! Going to the dentist has always made my nerves be shot and meds are needed just to get through an exam. But not here, not with Dr Yu!!! I was comfortable the whole time, and have been reminded what confidence in your healthcare looks and feels like! My Mom raved about the staff here and now I can’t stop!

This is an amazing dental office. I have never been a fan on the dentist but Dr. Yu and his staff are wonderful. I’ve had some challenging issues and Dr. Yu has never given up and said I can’t help you. He always is able to provide what I need and he does beautiful work! His staff, especially Janet and Carrie, are kind and very nice and Karen in the front office is always helpful. I highly recommend Dr Yu to anyone looking for a great dentist.

This is the best dentist in AZ. If I ever relocate out of AZ I will return for all my dental visits as there is no other dentist I trust than Dr. Henry Yu. Not to mention the amazi g staff and worlds best office manager Karen. This place rocks and tou even get a check up call after services…. now that’s an added bonus to all the perks this place has to offer.

Been going here for 3 years now and absolutely love the people there. Dr Henry Yu knows exactly what he is doing and even calls you back the next day to check on you. The girls in the front desk are so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes down to finding out what your insurance covers and they come up with solutions to get you the help you may need. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a Dentistry home!

I just got a tooth pulled/extracted exactly a wk ago. I actually came in for a routine exam with my bad tooth. They fit me in to extract the tooth that day! The whole staff is so compassionate & understanding. I reccomend them highly. Thank you Dr Henry Yu & staff! Im gonna post this review to my Facebook as well like i usually do. Just wish there was the movie ticket referral bonus you used to do. Maybe pick that program up again lol.

I LOVE Dr. Yu and his staff, especially Erica!! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in YEARS due to dental fears. When I walked into Dr. Yu’s office, I was immediately at ease. The front office staff (Karen) is wonderful. My teeth were cleaned by Erica and she took her time and was very thorough! Dr. Yu was gentle and kind and funny!! I love to talk politics when I get to see him – we have a blast just commenting and laughing! The visits after my first have been amazing as well – I won’t see anyone else in the office except for Erica and Dr. Yu. Erica is very thorough and personable. I no longer have dental fears and make sure I am back in the office when I’m scheduled. I always recommend Dr. Yu when my co-workers are in need of a new dentist – which is often. So glad I found Glendale Aesthetic Dentistry, Erica & Dr. Yu – thank you!!

I am very happy to have found this dentist. Dr. Yu is direct and honest about treatment plans. He does not pressure you into doing anything. He allows you to decide when or if you are ready. I’ve had to have several extractions, by my own decision. He’s the best dentist that I’ve ever been to for pulling teeth. He was very quick and it was pulled before I knew, without any pain. There was nothing more done than what I specifically requested. There was no additional fees when checking out. I truly appreciate that, living on a budget,

Went in for my six month exam and discovered that I had one cavity. They looked at their schedule and found out that I could fill it that day. It saved me lots of time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this Dentist and staff for all your dental needs. You leave their office knowing you had the best treatment.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The office is relaxing. The office staff Karen and Norma are very helpful at making you feel comfortable, and answering any questions you may have. Dr. Yu and his team of assistants and hygienists are AMAZING. They take the time to care for, and get to know their patients. This place is NOT a cooperate dental office where they just want your money. This is the place you want to come instead. This is MY dentist and I appreciate how much they care. After a procedure I had a few weeks ago, Dr. Yu called me to make sure everything was going okay. This is the BEST dentist office!!

Amazing! I have been terrified of the dentist for my entire life (36 years) I came to Dr. Yu’s office last Wednesday for an emergency extraction, they started me on antibiotics and scheduled me for today (5/23). I was scared and nervous but knew it had to be done. Let me tell you, this was the BEST experience I have ever had with a dentist! Dr. Yu and Carrie were friendly and warm, they cared how I was feeling through the whole thing! They were so quick and efficient!! Also the front office girls are the best! They make you feel like family and truly care! I will always return for future dental needs! Maybe I won’t wait so long between visits either. Thank you all at Dr. Yu’s office! I can’t say it enough!

Dr. Yu was referred to me by my family here. I moved from Texas last year and needed a good dentist. My dad and sister said he was good. They were right. I had a cleaning and a crown. No problems with either. I did not have to wait at all. Went from the crown to the cleaning appointment right away. Give them a try. I think you will be pleased.
