Been going to this office for over a year, and it’s the best!!! I have very sensitive teeth I didn’t take care of for many years (I’ve always been terrified of the dentist!), and Dr. Halajian and Dr. Sing have always been gentle and professional without trying to push me into anything I didn’t need. I’ve had everything from crowns to cleanings here and can’t see myself going anywhere else! They’re also taking Covid precautions seriously.

I’m giving Glendale Dental Arts five stars for their customer service and the quality of work. I’ve been coming to get my dental work done here ever since I was a toddler and my family has been been coming for over 30 years. Dr Halajian is amazing and before him it was Dr Ghazarian. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Eva is the secretary/front desk lady who is very nice and always has a smile on her face. Whenever there is an urgent issue she manages to find time to get you into the office and get you taken care of. Every time I go in I feel like there isn’t a wait. The reason for that might be the way they space out their appointments, which is amazing. WORK AND DENTIST: The quality of work at Glendale Dental Arts is fantastic. I get my cleaning done here and I also get work done because I have chipped my front tooth. The chip is not even noticeable after getting it fixed. Dr. Halajian does an amazing job, always manages to put a smile on your face, and makes the process so sweet and simple. OVERALL: This is a great dental office if you want to get quality work done in a timely fashion.

I love Glendale Dental Arts. I started going here when my front chipped tooth lost its filling (free comedy). I saw Dr Ghazarian based on a recommendation. I was a bit defensive due to my financial constraints at that time and being accustomed to every dentist trying to sell me on “fixing the gap” in my two front teeth and bleaching. I made it clear I just needed to fix the chipped tooth. Dr Ghazarian was sooooo awesome. He told me I had great teeth and did not suggest I “fix the gap” since I had a great smile. I told him I loved my gap since I had it all my life. He suggested I stick to bi-annual teeth cleanings and the daily flossing and dental brushing. Everything else is optional outside from basic dental hygiene. Unfortunately he passed away and I think the Glendale community was at a loss. He was not only an excellent dentist but an amazing human. So much so- that he made sure to have another excellent dentist and amazing human at Glendale Dental Arts to take care of well established and loyal clientele. Dr Halajian has been wonderful and my co-workers who have also gone to him only have great things to day. I look forward to my annual teeth cleanings with Mary and don’t mind needing dental attention from Dr Halajian because I trust his observations and recommendations. Thank you Dr Ghazarian for your good work on all levels. May you be off to amazing adventures and your family have peace knowing you genuinely gave this life everything you could.

Full disclosure: I’m terrified of the dentist, I’ve had several bad experiences in the past. I actually look forward to my bi yearly cleanings staff is friendly. The dentist take time t explain everything that will be happening in your procedures (which makes my anxiety lower!). I have since moved, it continues traveling 1 hr to come here. Highly recommend

Dr. Halajian is a caring and honest dentist. He has a great rapport with his patients and takes the time to get to know them. I always feel at ease when I go to get my check ups. I’ve had dentists in the past who seem to try to find the smallest things with my teeth, so they can make an extra buck off me. I don’t see that at all from Dr. Halajian. He cares more about providing quality service for his patience. I also have the highest praise for his hygienist Mary. She is kind and friendly, and spectacular at her job.

I have been going here for about 14 years. My hygenist is Marie, and she is fantastic – I feel like she’s part of my family now! Eva at the front desk is responsive and helpful as is the rest of the office staff. You hear horror stories of dentists overprescribing fillings and such, but you won’t find that here. I have a lot of weird issues with my teeth (long story) and Glendale Dental Arts has expertly solved them, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental health.

Dr. Halajian is the kindest, most honest dentist you will find. A little backstory – I searched for a new dentist after switching insurance plans and our dentist didn’t take our new insurance. I went to someone else who said my daughter had multiple cavities and needed teeth pulled. She’s never had a cavity in her life and her ortho stays on top of any incoming teeth, so it all seemed suspicious to me. I went to Dr. Halajian for a second opinion and he confirmed that nothing was wrong with her teeth and seemed surprised a dentist would tell me this, but yet never said an unkind word about the other dentist, which shows what a class act he is. Not only did he save me money, but he saved my daughter unnecessary pain and discomfort. And Marco in the front office was a dream to deal with and beyond helpful in handling the insurance red tape to have us assigned to their office. My search for a new dentist is over!

During the past 8 years I’ve had a wide range of dental issues — all have been solved, and done so, beautifully, by Glendale Dental Arts. Whether it’s a scheduled appointment or an emergency visit, my issue was handled expeditiously and with very good results. When, while traveling around the country, and having to see a dentist, I consistently hear very positive comments around the quality of my dental work. The dentists at this facility are graduates of USC dental school which has reputation for excellence. They teach not only the mechanics, but a very different technique in approaching the patient’s mouth with gentleness, sensitivity, and even what might be called reverence. It also seems as if all the dental assistants are well-experienced. and share in the philosophy and gentle approach.. Every friend I’ve referred to them for care has come back with glowing reports about how well they received care. I am so happy I found this dentist! Dr. Halajian and his staff are incredible. I came in and had dental pain and unfortunately needed a root canal. They were awesome in referring me to a fantastic endodontist and the procedure was as perfect as it can be! Dr. Halajian is so nice, explains all he is doing and keeps you informed the entire way! My crown I received from Dr. Halajian fits like a glove and his dental technicians are so polite and nice! My goal in 2017 was to take care of my teeth. I definitely felt toothaches and pains throughout 2016, but due to my pregnancy, I had the perfect excuse to not go. I honestly preferred giving birth, with an epidural, than subjecting myself to the scrapes, drills, and drool that dentistry involves. Just thinking about that chair in a fluorescent room with no personal space for an hour would make me anxious. Unfortunately, the alternative of aging sans teeth, was not something I wanted to experience. Therefore, I wore my big girl pants and made an appointment with Dr. Halajian at Glendale Dental Arts based on reviews and recommendations I had heard/read throughout the past few months. The professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality(including payment options) I received from the office staff in the first 5 minutes was very impressive. Then I had the honor to meet Dr. Halajian. His honesty was palpable the minute he started explaining the results of my X-rays. He explained every action he took and made sure I wasn’t in pain throughout each filling(there were many). His ability of administering an anesthetic shot painlessly was something I had never experienced with any other dentist. He even gave me some nice light goggles to protect my eyes from saliva and fluorescent lighting. Also, Dr. Halajian was always on time, something that I truly value….I can go on and on about him and his staff but I should really get some sleep.

I recently went to Glendale Dental Arts as a “new” patient because of a dental emergency.
I was greeted like a family member and with a warm welcome. Every staff member I met had a smile on their face and were very cordial. First I was referred to Glendale dental by my insurance . I was always super satisfied by their service, specially the cleaning. But when I changed my insurance and ending up going to different offices then I notice that how great and non-comparable their job is.
You should give them a try and you will be life time patient. Specially ask for Dr./ hygienist Singh and assistant TERRY ( she is amazing). Even though they don’t take my insurance now, still I prefer to be a cash patient and make sure my teeth are well take care of.

I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work, hence I found myself avoiding going in even though I was experiencing a lot of pain. When I finally made my way to Dr. Halajian, I had a lot going on. Over the course of the next two months, I had 4 cavities filled and 3 root canals with the crown followup. Dr. Halajian and his staff were very understanding of my anxiety, and took incredible care of me. Very gentle, explaining everything to me. My insurance maxed out after the first 2 visits, and I have acquired a certain amount of debt getting everything taken care of, but I feel it was worth it. No more pain, I have confidence that the work is top quality and will last. I’ll be a patient here as long as I’m in Los Angeles, and now that I’m not afraid anymore, I won’t wait 5 years to come in!

I had my regular check-up last week and am again VERY happy with my choice of dentist. Not everyone is perfect, but Dr. Gazarian empowers his team to fix problems. I came in last week for a check-up and had some problems waiting for them to get a computer up. Unfortunately, I had to leave without getting the exam I needed and I wasn’t happy. But what’s a dentist to do? It’s not like a waiter throwing in free dessert to make you happy. I’ve never ceased to be amazed at how Dr. Gazarian and his staff come to effective solutions that leave me satisfied and frequently impressed. They made special accommodations to help me out and created a thoughtful and effective plan. I can’t recommend Glendale Dental Arts enough!

I was suffering from a horrible tooth ache. I was in unbearable pain and could sleep or eat. As soon as they opened I was able to call and make an appointment for later that day. I found out my wisdom teeth were decayed and they removed them the same day. The whole process with quick. The staff at the Glendale Dentals Arts are friendly and welcoming.

Established in 1982 by Dr. John Gazarian, this practice has been serving Glendale , its surrounding neighborhoods and the greater Los Angeles area. After practicing for 36 years Dr. Gazarian decided to retire and pass the reigns to his longtime friend and colleague Dr. Vic Halajian. Since October 2013, the practice continues to grow and humbly serve its loyal patients. Dr. Halajian grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Psychobiology. He subsequently earned his dental degree (DDS) from USC in 1990.Since then he has been practicing general , preventive,cosmetic and restorative dentistry . He is constantly updating his knowledge and skills by participating in many varied continuing education programs. He has been an active volunteer in many charitable organizations and has generously donated his time and services to render care at events sponsored by RAM (Remote Area Medical).
