The two crowns were a real test of Glendale Dental’s technology, patient care, and careful, yet gentle, dentistry. Dr. Mike used X-Rays AND photos to show what was being done and why! The work was skillfully done and almost painless. Deb, in the front office, called my insurance company and worked out coverage for almost 1/3 of the costs. It is a “state of the art” dental office. Dr. Mike honed his skills on a US Navy Carrier and the office shows that influence.

The Glendale Dental staff are very welcoming! They are knowledgeable and explain everything very well. Given that this was my first appointment with them, they talked about every step before moving forward and made me feel very comfortable! Seeing their pup, Lady was also a very nice perk! Looking forward to my next appointment with them!

Glendale Dental blows any other dentist office out of the water. Every employee is not only kind but also experts in their field. They make sure you are comfortable and truly informed of the work they are doing. I will not go to another dentist. This office has made me happier with my smile and takes away the worries associated with dentists.

I just completed my first visit to Glendale Dental. Such a positive experience! Dr. Mike and Shae were fantastic, making me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. They thoroughly explained the dental plan and made sure I was on the same page. I’ve already made my next appointment in six months and am very happy I found the team at Glendale Dental.

My family and I recently relocated back to Wisconsin and needed to find a new dentist. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone answering all my questions and appointments were easy to book, even with our specifications. Dr. Mike and his staff were very thorough, professional and friendly. Honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. The location was convenient and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Glendale Dental.

I have been coming to this location for over 8 years when it was operated by the previous dentist. When he retired and Dr. Mike took over, I was apprehensive. Finding a new dentist that I like is work, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to work with a younger, less experienced doctor. Seeing that Karen and Deb decided to stay on, I decided to just give the new doctor a try – couldn’t hurt, since I’d have to start the search somewhere, right? Well, walking in to the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised to find the lobby had gotten a facelift. A much newer, welcoming interior now had cushy chairs, good coffee and tea (with cups and lids and tea and coffee that isn’t cheaped out. Which I appreciate. We can all tell a good tea bag apart, no?), and child-welcoming environment. But most importantly, the friendly Deb and Karen were still there to greet and make me feel at ease. I also got to meet new techs who are also just as nice! The actual cleaning and check up was done more thoroughly than ever before, with all the new technology. The new x-ray machine was portable and safe enough for the tech to be in the same room with me while I was getting the X-rays taken. A huge TV let me see all the X-ray pictures, along with pictures of my teeth as they worked. The new technology was definitely amazing. Dr. Mike was very gentle, and did not push unnecessary treatments. He was frank with what he saw (and I could see), but if something didn’t need to be operated on, he was cool with just keeping an eye out. I am always weary of dentists pushing treatments without really explaining the consequences (learned from past mistakes) and appreciate the thorough and detailed explanations. That came with a friendly demeanor. unfortunately, I had to have a cavity filled. But that was also a very pleasant experience! In the past, I would have lingering headaches and my tooth would be sensitive for a few days after the procedure. This time, nothing. zip. nada. Overall, just super happy with my new doctor. I hope he is here for the next 50 years or more, since I don’t know where I would find a better dentist. If you are looking for one, definitely give him a try. You will not regret it. PS. I feel like I gushed a little there. I promise I’m not getting anything for this review. This is really totally unbiased, and a personal reflection of my experience with the people here.

After moving to the area, having to leave my dentist office of 10+years, I am a new patient to Glendale Dental – I can say I’m completely satisfied with my choice for a new practice! Deb and Karen, holding down the front of house (and behind the scenes), are just fantastic! They are very friendly, help you understand insurance/billing and are more than happy to answer questions. Heather is a terrific hygienist – very thorough and couldn’t be nicer. She made sure to answer any questions I had and gave me great recommendations for keeping a healthy smile. And then there’s Dr. Mike. A dentist who takes the time to call you himself (!!) to follow up to see how you’re doing after your appointment – when’s the last time that’s happened?! Customer service at its best. Everyone on the Glendale Dental team brings something great to the table. I’m glad they all chose to work there, and I’m very happy I was referred to them. Keep up the great work – it is much appreciated!

6/5 stars. Dr. Mike is friendly, professional, and always makes sure you are comfortable and in no pain. He makes sure to answer any questions or concerns you have and explains what he is going to do very well. When I found this place I liked it so much I had my husband switch dentists and told my friends and family to go here. They have a cute little poodle dog in the office named Lady. She is cute and friendly. When I had a horrible migraine the staff asked me if they could get me anything. They offered me a warm pad to put on my neck and they turned off the main lights in addition to offering me the usual sunglasses so the light wouldn’t bother me. Dr. Mike and his staff also used a softer voice and were extra efficient in their procedure.
