Dr. Sue and his welcoming, friendly staff consistently provide me with the best quality in services and individual attention in accommodating my dental needs. I essentially divide my time between two countries and Myrna, Dr. Sue’s office manager and billing specialist, always goes the extra mile to help me set up appointments that fit my rather mercurial schedule. The dental technicians and hygienists are sweethearts who never fail to make sure that whatever procedure I am undergoing, I am always made comfortable and receiving the best of care. And of course, Dr. Sue’s affable “chairside” manner and professional expertise always allow me to leave his office having had the best experience over a lifetime of dental care. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is looking for excellence in professional services.

I came to Dr. Sue after my dentist office closes down and he was very kind, very inquisitive about my condition and almost immediately willing to help me with getting my braces off when almost every other orthodontist turned me down to take off my braces. I really appreciated him getting to know me not only as a patient, but as a person as well. I look forward to him being my dental doctor in the future 🙂

I went to Dr. Sue’s office for a consultation. This was my first time going to the dentist in many years since I’m a bit phobic in terms of doctors in general. This was the first time I actually sat in the office with ANY doctor to discuss my options and history. You know that feeling where doctors seem so busy they rush you through? Dr. Sue took time to really discuss things with me, and sought to understand my fears before he even led me to the dental chair. His staff is as caring as he was to me. I’ve never laughed in a dental office. His entire staff was all about putting me at ease and discussing frankly what needed to be done to fix my issue. Would I recommend his office? IN A HEARTBEAT. Everything they did for me during this initial visit was really appreciated.

Dr Sue and his team made for the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. Like much of America I have a slight phobia of dental work, partly due to past negative experiences and Dr Sue was very understanding. Everyone in the office was extremely courteous, patient, professional and pleasant and that makes all the difference in the world! By the time it was ready to actually get to work on my teeth I was completely at ease and confident in Dr Sue to the fullest. The results were fantastic and I was pleased but not completely surprised to receive a follow up call from the Dr himself later that week. For as long as I’m in the Los Angeles area I’ll be returning to this office, I can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you all! -Tyler

What a wonderful way to treat people!I had the experience of a life time!I was overwhelmed by strange noises and sensations although heavily sedated and on the laughing gas…so I was probably looking worried during an implant that Dr is sooo wonderful to improve my health with. And Doctor Sue goes”You are overreacting”…What is he talking about I was wandering I am just laying here like a bag…When I looked up feeling refreshed and very cozy the team asked with big eyes “How are you feeling?” I feel like I am coming from another planet”I said asking with my eyes why they were now smiling at me what did I do?”You felt asleep” the assistant say-That’s right this appt felt really short I thought…”You were cooperating!”The team looked at me with caring looks all smiles and I felt so much gratitude for their superb work and their approval felt dear to my heart although I thought this was really funny because I didn.t remember what they did just feeling wonderful.Maximum of efficiency in the work-they are dancing around in a perfectly coordinated manner like they are computerized all smiling and caring and they use all of these sophisticated machines that you can watch what happens when they treat you and no pain!This is a dentist like a dream become alive and I highly reccomend him to anyone who likes to be treated royally.Great Christian!
