I haven’t been to a dentist in 8 years due to a previous bad experience & as well as not having proper coverage. I knew that coming in to face my reality of the attention that my teeth needed, was going to be not just a one time visit. I heard about Dr Smith from my boyfriend who has been seeing him for over 2 decades. The commitment I saw in the relationship that my boyfriend and his children had with this particular dentist and his staff was very comforting in knowing that I can trust their experiences. I took the plunge and started my treatment with Dr Smith and his staff. I can’t be more than grateful in their extended kind gesture in treating me with empathy to my fear of finally taking care of my teeth. His assistant Veronica really took her time in lowering any anxiety that I may have had before walking in. She definitely had an important role in making this experience by far my best experience with a dentist. I can’t stress how much I appreciate the full staff overall. I highly recommend this business to the community that it serves. Ironically, although I’m not from the local community, I travel all the way from Minnesota just to see Dr Smith and his team for more than one reason, but the main reason is that they have all helped me overcome my fear. Dr Smith corrected all my dental problems that were created by other dentists. And I was trouble free for years following his directions on keeping my teeth healthy. After switching to Medicare, I had the opposite experience, and now even without insurance, I go to Dr. Smith who has now finished correcting all my dental crises caused by that brief interlude that he was not my dentist. But it is also really important to remember that his office personnel are far superior to anywhere that you will find. They are caring, patient, and empathetic, especially to a dental-phobic like myself!

If I could give more stars, I would. My wife and I just recently moved to the area and I was in a dire need of getting some dental work done asap. My wife, bless her heart, took the initiative and did some thorough research for me on some local dentists. After reading numerous reviews and comments, she came across Dr. Smith and his indescribable staff. I’ve had a slight “fear” of going to the dentist due to a horrible and traumatic experience when I was a child. This is the why I had my wife find a dentist for me because I know I wouldn’t have done so myself. My wife informed the staff about my fears and anxieties that I have/get when its time for my dentist appt. After my first, and shortly-there-after, my second visit to Dr. Smith, I received a phone call as well as a hand written “welcome” card from the team just a few days later. WOW!!! In all my years of going to different dentists across the country, I’ve never received so much care and concern for my well being like I did from Dr. Smith and his exceptionally warm, caring, and thoughtful staff. Cleaning and old crown removal/temporary crown procedures on same day. Dental hygienist Susan, is outstanding, very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith is very nice and extremely skillful. He explained each step of my gold crown removal and the entire procedure was painless without general anesthesia per my request. Topical used. Temporary crown was expertly placed and post procedural directions were given. I highly recommend Dr. Glenn Smith and his great staff. Thank you for keeping my teeth and gums in great shape.

Dr Glenn Smith has been my dentist for about 17 years. I chose him as my dentist those many years ago because my girlfriend (now wife) worked in a dental lab and recommend him to me. I was looking for a dentist and she told me to go to him. She said his facility was very clean and modern and both he and his staff are very professional. To this day, many of those staff members are still working with him. Dr Smith, his hygienist, and staff have all done an excellent job with my dental care. Everything they do is top of the line treatment and care. I absolutely 100% recommend him.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!I have been going to Dr. Smith for over 20 years and must say he and is staff are phenomenal. Dr. Smith is by far one of the best around!!! Dr Smith is one of the top dentists in the entire Los Angeles area. I have a severe phobia and he went out of his way to be kind and understanding. He is not only technically the best, but his wonderful manner with patients is above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a top-notch person and a very superior dentist. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Glenn O Smith. After years of oral hygiene neglect, stepping afoot into a dental office can instill some white-knuckle fear into even the most courageous soul. Smith explains every procedure to you thoroughly so you not only get a superb service but also understand what and why you got the procedure done. He even gives you a follow-up call the next day for certain procedures (or if it’s your first visit) just to ensure everything is A-OK. My dental hygienist is Carol and I’ve learned a lot from her. Veronica makes the X-Ray process smooth and easy. I am now making it a habit to visit the office for a quarterly check up. I believe his office accepts all PPOs. Will be sending my dad there soon.

I am so thankful my friend recommended this dentist to me! I was a bit nervous about going the first time because it had been a while since I had a cleaning. I have had some not so great experiences at other dentists in the past, so I was definitely worried. But I have gone back a few times since and have had great visits each time. During the initial visit my gums were not looking too great but they didn’t make me feel bad about that, they just came up with a plan and helped get me healthy again. I had to go back for a deep cleaning and a few months later, my gums have already improved. The people who work in the office are very kind and accommodating. I’ve had to change a couple appointments and have never had a problem and they haven’t seemed frustrated at all. The dental hygienist is extremely knowledgeable and very personable as well. Dr. Smith is very experienced and friendly, and made sure I was comfortable before doing my filling. He also calls in the evening or the next day to check in on me, even after the deep cleaning. The office staff explains the charges and insurance coverage and doesn’t seem bothered if I ask them more details. I really recommend this dental practice! I even asked for extra business cards to give to people in case someone is looking for a dentist.

Great dentist. Dr. Smith took the time and explained my options for the procedures I needed done on my teeth. A previous dentist messed up my crowns causing tooth decay under the crown. Dr. Smith had to go back and re-due the crowns. During the procedure, Dr. Smith took the old crown off and then gave me a mirror so I could “see” the decay and problems that were caused by the bad crown, then went and fixed the tooth. Dr. Smith also doesn’t try to up sale you on procedures you do not need. He also has a great staff. The hygienist is also terrific. She explained why I was having so much trouble with my gums and teeth and what techniques would work for me and why it would work. She also told me I was a bad candidate for Cerac restoration and the previous dentist should have NEVER recommended the treatment. I finally found a dentist I could trust again, the last dentist I trusted was in the mid 1990s.

This is the best dental staff around! Dr. Smith and his whole team always do a great job and treat me well. I stayed away from dentists for over 25 years based on former experiences and now the only thing keeping me from being in this office more is the fact I live in Vegas and so I try to get 3 trips in per year. My mouth hurts a little from my work that was done today and the numbing went away. But temp pain is worth a life long relationship with my teeth. The pain will be gone in another hour or so and my teeth will be ready for the next 3 or 4 months until i can get back.

Dr. Smith and his team are top notch. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. They are experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and are proactive with dental health versus reactive. This means that they work on treatment plans to maintain a healthy mouth and teeth before problems begin. Unfortunately many patients wait until there is a problem before going to the dentist, hence the reason many people don’t like the dentist. Don’t wait or delay, it only causes pain in your mouth and potentially your wallet. It’s cheaper and easier to maintain your teeth when there are no issues or potential issues are identified and treated before they get out of hand. In my case Dr. Smith had to correct another dentists shaugty work. I don’t trust my dental health to anyone other than Dr. Smith and his team.

I have been going to see Dr. Smith and his staff since the 1980’s and have sent many friends and relatives to see him. We all agree that Dr. Smith and his staff are the best team we have ever had to take care of our teeth. Dr. Smith is a “perfectionist” and your teeth will show that is true. Their other focus is on the customer and assuring that you’re 100% comfortable. They know how to do all the procedures professionally and without pain. They are always up-to-date with all the latest dental gadgets and have taken training on how to use them. He explains all your dental options very well and provides good referrals for “extreme” cases and doesn’t try the “big sales pitch” on costly procedures and items that you don’t need. Dr. Smith also has a pleasant and professional staff along with an excellent, friendly and Very Knowledgeable hygienist named Susan. The most important thing is that I am always happy when I leave their offices with “my dental goodie bag” wearing a big white glistening smile that they helped create. Thank you Dr. Smith!
