New patient, coming in for a consult on adult braces. I was taken to the back for preliminary pics almost immediately by a super friendly assistant. She explained what she was doing very clearly and simply. A five minute wait after that to speak with Dr. Gottsegen. He was very personable and friendly and had a positive attitude about my case. We looked at and discussed my photos and xray together and he was clear about our goals and the best way to make them happen. Finally I talked with the person about cost and payment options. She, too, was very friendly and clear about everything I will need to expect. Overall great first impression, and I look forward to being their patient!

Not only have all of my children obtained an outstanding result, they have all enjoyed being treated by “Dr. Brad.” Neither Dr. Brad nor his staff could be more personal and professional. Doctor Brad is always prompt and friendly and puts my daughter at ease while he works on her orthodontia. His staff are just as pleasant and comforting as he is. My daughter was only eight years old where she started having ortho work done and she has never been scared or had any real pain from the work that Gottsegen has done. Braces can certainly be uncomfortable but she has never been afraid because they did such a good job of explaining everything and preparing her for the experience. Her smile is so much straighter than when we started and their treatment plan has been exactly what we needed! Can’t say enough!
