I have been a patient of Graber orthodontics since 1992. I had a lot of issues with my jaw along with braces. The entire staff at their office was amazing and made me feel so comfortable every time I came in. Fast forward and I am now bringing all of my kids there. Dr. Katie takes her time with each and every one of my kids. Everyone in the office is so friendly, professional and caring. They have a game plan and stick to it. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. They also opened up another office!

Graber Orthodontics has been a life-saver for us! After wasting tons of time and money and painful visits on another orthodontist who was closer to our home (we live in Grayslake), our family dentist strongly encouraged us to see Dr. Graber. Best advice we’ve ever received. Our previous orthodontist, after over a year of no progress with our daughter’s teeth, was recommending we have some of her permanent teeth pulled and resign ourselves to implants. She was only 14 at the time! Dr. Graber did a full evaluation and showed us exactly how he would approach treatment for our daughter. We ended up switching to his practice and could not be more pleased with the progress thus far. Of the two teeth the “other guy” said would not move, one is happily in place and the other is coming in slowly but surely. Not only that, but she leaves her appointments at Graber with a smile on her face instead of with tears of pain streaming down her cheeks like she did after her visits with “the other guy”. The office staff at Graber are always friendly, welcoming and professional and the doctors are all very approachable, positive and KNOWLEDGEABLE! There is no substitute for their combined level of experience and expertise. My only regret is that we did not start with Graber Orthodontics to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about our positive experiences there. HIGHLY recommended!

I am an adult patient who just finished a 20 month process to address several bite issues. This was done with Invisalign (vs metal braces). I primarily worked with Dr Kelley Gyllenhaal & Dr Katie Graber — both are fantastic. Every time I had a final tweak, they did not get impatient, they double checked my concerns and worked to get the tweaks done to my satisfaction. They have state-of-the-art equipment and a comfortable, super clean (even before COVID-19) facility. I can’t say enough positive things about the work they did and the miracle of Invisalign.

Facility and instruments are state of the art. Dr. Katie is knowledgeable, direct, and caring. She is great at communicating expectations directly to the kids, and makes sure everyone understands the plan. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Both of my teenage boys went to Graber Orthodontics for their orthodontia treatment. My oldest has a craniofacial syndrome, so he is a challenge to say the least. Dr. Graber and his Staff did an amazing job communicating with Peter’s surgical team, organizing his treatment, and providing the highest-quality care. My younger son is about halfway through his treatment and is receiving the same excellent care and attention. We couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend Graber Orthodontics to all of our friends.

I love coming here, they are truly the best orthodontists around! The whole entire staff are so friendly and professional. I have to bring my 2 year every appointment and they always have something to entertain her, either coloring books and crayons or movies while she sits in the chair right next to me. My daughter asks to go to the orthodontist all the time now. I’m just blown away about how amazing the customer service is from each and every person you encounter there. I see Dr. Katie Graber and she is very knowledgeable and explains every step along the way with my Invisalign’s. I’m very happy with the progress and I can’t wait to see my new smile! Graber Orthodontics is the place to go for all things Orthodontia. They’ve got it all! Orthodontics is a L-O-N-G process, and you can end up going for years, depending on what’s needed, so it’s really important that you find someone you can trust – well Graber’s is it! From the moment you walk in the door, you can see that everything is first class. You can check yourself in via the computer on the wall, and then have a seat in the nice, bright, waiting area. Help yourself to some coffee and magazines and hang out. The doctors themselves are very friendly. We absolutely adore Katie as she’s just SO sweet, and very personable (we usually end up seeing her, so are more familiar with her). The doctors are great at keeping you informed of your status, and what needs to happen next, and when you need to come back and why. They are both VERY well educated and smart. This is key, because knowing that you have a doctor who knows what they’re doing makes you feel comfortable, and like you can trust what they’re doing without question. I have this feeling with these doctors. They’ve got a wonderful billing lady who sits down with you and goes over your payment options, and how they break out a payment plan if needed, etc. They’re really helpful with figuring out the cost up front so you know what to expect. The location itself is very nicely appointed and comfortable. They’ve got a cute little game area for kids who have to wait with some type of gaming system (Wii?? PS3? Something of the sort). The ladies at the front desk are usually pretty kind and helpful. There”s a little area to clean your teeth if you forgot to before-hand. There’s also a few private rooms to go into and talk to the doctors. They’ve also got an online “experience” that you can utilize once your’e setup. I can’t express enough my satisfaction with the Grabers. They’re a father/daughter team and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them. Between their expert use of the most up-to-date technology (for both teeth and for administration), and their fabulous bedside manner – I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Graber, you haven’t seen me in 25 years. I was 14 at your office at the Hollister building in Libertyville when we first started. I had full braces and you and your staff were so memorable, especially Cheryl. Every dentist I have ever seen gives me so many compliments for “perfect teeth”! I have you to thank and I am so glad to see you are doing well. So many great memories!

Our son has been a patient of Graber Orthodontics. He had a very challenging situation with a lower eye tooth that was completely out of position. Dr Graber explained our choices, made a recommendation and we couldn’t be happier with the results!! They are highly skilled professionals who care for you as if you were family. The office is very efficient and the staff is wonderful as well. If you are looking for quality care at a fair price, I don’t think you can find better!

After the other guy extracted my teeth, I decided to go for a second opinion. Had I known Mr. Graber previously, I would have gone to him right off the bat. He had x-rays and pics taken, then sat me down for an hour and had a long talk with me. He and his staff were very professional. He told he had I come to him first, he would have used an expansion method on me instead of extractions. He told me it was possible in my case. His office was just the right size, and the atmosphere was cozy. It didn’t seem like a gymnasium filled with people. State of the art orthodontist.

I knew I was going to have a positive experience at Graber Orthodontics as soon as I walked in the door and saw a personalized sign welcoming myself and other new patients to the office! The entire staff was very friendly and professional and made a point to introduce themselves no matter how busy they were during my tour of their facility. The office itself is quite impressive with several nice features such as an area to brush your teeth should you have forgotten to beforehand and a game room to keep the kids entertained during your visit. Dr. Katie spent a considerable time with me going over possible treatment plans and together we came up with one that I was very pleased with. Overall, I was blown away by the wonderful experience I had there and would recommend Team Graber to anyone seeking orthodontic care. They are the industry’s best and brightest.

Both of their offices have always been so clean. I completely trust their hygienic practices before COVID and after. Their office staff is so helpful and patient. And every doctor is awesome….you can tell they’re experts in the field by the way they explain treatment plans and options. We have two kids and have never felt pressured to select one treatment over another. (It took me longer to decide about one of my children, and they didn’t rush me.) Their business is run with honesty and care.
