Dr. Kerr and her staff are as good as it gets! They are kind, caring and very gentle! They make us feel like we are apart of their own family. The treatment coordinator took her time explaining the process and made sure we understood before we left. The assistants in the back always go above and beyond for their patients. The front desk coordinator is always nice and engages very well with the kids, making them feel more comfortable. Dr. Kerr is very nice and pays attention to every detail! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! 

I have thoroughly enjoyed Grace Kerr Orthodontics. I personally had Invisalign, as did my Mother-in-law. Both my children have had full orthodontic work. We have all loved the experience. Grace is thorough, detail oriented and motivated to create a perfect smile in the most effective and gentle way possible. Each of my children enjoyed going to their appointments as the staff, including Grace, were always kind and professional. After many years her hard work still shows in each of our smiles. We are each so pleased with the outcome and recommend her to anyone and everyone!

We love Grace Kerr Orthodontics and everything about them. Grace is lovely, so knowledgeable and great at what she does and is so caring to her patients. She really focuses in on each individual she is working with and you feel very cared for and heard. She does a great job of explaining what the options are and makes sure you understand each step in the process. Her staff are all wonderful, well trained, kind and so good at interacting with kids and parents. The office is very clean and comfortable. She also has great incentive programs for the patients to keep them focused on what they are there for…a beautiful smile. My son got his braces off about a year ago and continues to get compliments on his smile. Thank you Grace and staff!

People are great here and they do a nice job—all three of my kids have gotten their teeth done and Dr Kerr is wonderful! My only issue is that they are really busy (probably bc they are popular bc they are so good) and it was sometimes difficult to get an appointment when they wanted to see my kids back but this seems to be improving.

We love the Dr. Kerr family! Both my children have dramatically different smiles…..and we’re only halfway through treatment. The staff is always so friendly and puts the kids at ease. As a parent I appreciate the convenience of appointment times and the willingness to see my kids if they have an issue with an appliance. I’d recommend Dr. Kerr to anyone!

There are just not enough words to describe how absolutely wonderful this Dr. and her entire staff are. My daughter needed extensive work done to correct her teeth. I interviewed 4 doctors. Dr. Kerr was more than 30 minutes away, the other doctors were fairly close. Dr. Kerr took her time to look at my daughter and set up a treatment plan. She talked with me and showed me exactly what her plan was, step by step and truly made us feel like we weren’t just a number or that she was trying to herd patients in and out the door. Dr. Kerr is professional and pays close attention to every single detail. From the first day we walked into this office we have been treated like family. Literally! Our family dentist has even made several comments as to how impressed she is with the work Dr. Kerr has done with my daughters teeth. My daughter has been a patient for around 4 years and never once have we been met with anything less than happy smiles from every singe one of the staff members and Dr. Kerr herself. This office is ALWAYS on time. We have never once had to sit and wait because they were over booked or unprepared. We have never had a problem getting an appt. at the time we want. I wish ALL doctors and their staff was like this office. Other doctors could learn a lot from Dr. Kerr and her great staff! Thank you for all you have done for us. My daughter’s beautiful smile reminds me daily, that we chose the perfect Dr. and perfect staff. You guys are all really top notch!

Dr. Kerr and her staff are wonderful! They are always pleasant and welcoming. One summer morning we totally overslept and missed our appointment (even after confirming). When they called they were so gracious and forgiving. Their tone is always understanding and appreciative. You can tell that they love their job, their boss and want to be there.
