Sugarhouse Orthodontics constantly goes above and beyond, exceeding my expectations with every situation and interaction. Dr. Graham and his team are so caring and considerate. They have truly made my orthodontic experience better than I thought possible. They are always honest and transparent in their direction and advice, but clearly the masters of their field. I feel cared for and respected and know without a doubt I am getting the best care possible.

We have had a great experience! Everyone is friendly and always make a point to say hello. It makes you feel like family. My daughter was 8 when she got her braces and they are great with her and answering our questions. If you want a great orthodontist experience you should be going to Graham!!

Dr. Graham is fantastic and his team are just as wonderful. Never had to wait. Everything explained in great detail. My daughter, son and I all come here. My teenage daughter is extremely nervous with doctor’s and she looks forward to seeing Dr. Graham. He is very gentle and very motivational. We travel over an hour to see him and it is so worth it. I have had the best experience at Graham Orthodontics. I initially got Invisalign to help with pain in my teeth while I chew. I have other medical conditions to where the left side of my body is numb. Come to find out this was affecting the pain in my mouth. Dr. Graham went out of his way and took the time to make multiple extra trays (3 or 4 trays after Invisalign was finished) to make sure my bite felt good. Great experience would recommend Dr. Graham and his staff to anyone.

I have and will continue to recommend everyone who needs to see an orthodontist to Dr. Graham. I checked around a little bit before getting Invisalign and I’m glad I did. Not only is Dr. Graham great but the entire staff from the front desk to the assistants create a great and trusting environment for you from the start. I’m convinced this is the best place to go in the entire Salt Lake Valley!

I could not be more pleased! I look forward to every visit with Dr. Graham and his team. They are so upbeat and professional, and it is clear to me that they are the very best at what they do. I have been wearing my braces since May, and I am amazed at the changes in my smile. Even more than that, I can actually close my mouth comfortably for the first time because my teeth actually fit together. I have traditional braces and have been wearing rubber bands. I thought it would be painful, but it’s more of a slight inconvenience. I wish I had done this years ago! I highly recommend Sugarhouse Orthodontics! They are simply the best!

Dr Graham and his staff have been wonderful and diligent in my care. They’ve ensured that even when shutdown that all my questions and concerns were addressed. They are being extremely careful with their patients and themselves with Covid-19. I appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to provide health care now. That said they were outstanding before this crazy time! The care and professionalism shown at Graham Orthodontics is only highlighted now. They are well worth the time and cost of treatment. Words cannot describe the anxiety one feels as an adult and has to look into braces due to a jaw issue. Not only did my fears go completely out of their gorgeous windows that over look the park, but they explained everything to me in such a thorough way. The doctor was so excited to tell me what was wrong with my jaw (no one has known until now) but addressed everything that was causing me stress about my smile including a remedy for my low gums. Dr. Graham had no idea that I was too embarrassed to show my teeth when I smile. I can’t wait to get the smile I have always wanted and to no longer have jaw problems. Best orthodontist around with the sweetest staff. Cher deserves props (his office manager) for making sure you understand the whole process. They have figured out how to do this right!

Sugarhouse Orthodontics has been the best. After putting braces on four kids with three different Orthodontic offices, I can honestly say that Dr. Graham and his team are the most professional, courteous, and effective. The last two kids had their gear installed for much less time and the results have been awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking.

My name is Zoe and I am 13 years old and I absolutely LOVE Sugarhouse Orthodontics! They are so gentle and everyone is so friendly! When something breaks or pops off, they try to get you an appointment to fix it as soon as possible. Dr.Graham is so nice and not like other boring orthodontists. They also have great decor and massage chairs and iPads to entertain yourself while you wait. On top of that they have a complimentary coffee brewer machine with a lot of choices (including hot cocoa) and goldfish. Sugarhouse Orthodontics is the place to go!

I had such a great experience at Graham Orthodontics. The Invisalign Express treatment straightened my teeth (that had shifted over time) quickly. I appreciate the ease in scheduling and how the receptionists will tell you how much time one should plan for each office visit. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My first experience with Graham Orthodontics did not disappoint! The office and waiting room is state of the art, modern and clean. Everything was explained to us and we left excited for my daughter to get braces. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall cost, (without insurance) and that we could do it on a monthly payment plan.

Sugarhouse Ortho is one of the leading orthodontics offices in our humble city of Salt Lake, and personally my favorite. I have gone to other orthodontists, all of which have treated their patients as patients. The first thing I saw when I walked into other offices was a bored looking receptionist who was indifferent as to how my day was going. However, at Sugarhouse Ortho, the moment you walk into the office, someone is there to greet you with a welcoming smile and a fantastic attitude. And best of all, the staff at Sugarhouse Ortho wastes no time getting you signed in. While at most other offices, the receptionist would ask for your name and your scheduled appointment, staff at Sugarhouse Ortho takes the time to get to know their patients, and its nice to know that your orthodontist actually cares about you. And, while waiting in the comfortable waiting room, where you can sit in the massage chairs, use one of the many iPads, and have a free cup of hot chocolate, you can expect a great orthodontic experience. And not to mention, Dr. Graham is THE nicest orthodontist I have ever met, and I am so glad that I can trust him to get the job done. -Chase, 13

I am writing on behalf of my daughter, a minor, who just finished treatment. (Full disclosure: I am also a patient at Graham Orthodontics, so we spend a lot of time at this office �. We are so thrilled to say her smile looks amazing and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the overall experience. The entire staff makes the process seamless, expedient and I may even venture to say, pleasurable (thank you, paraffin dip). The office is immaculate and there are nice touches like iPads (comes in handy for impatient little brothers), beverages and massage chairs that make the wait time (minimal) fly by. The staff understands and works very hard to secure optimal appointment times for a busy high schooler and we never had trouble getting a desired time. The techs are very competent, patient and kind. I’m sure they see tons and tons of mouths on a daily basis, yet it was always evident that they remembered our names and we felt personally acknowledged every visit. You can tell that there’s great communication between all the teams and everyone feels very ‘looped in’. Dr. Graham is an orthodontics wizard as far as I’m concerned. His positive, efficient, upbeat demeanor are matched by his deep knowledge and technical skills and we felt we were under the most professional, competent care every visit. My daughter also finished treatment exactly as predicted and her smile is lovely. Overall, a very wonderful experience. Thanks!

I interviewed 3 Orthodontists, a Maxillofacial surgeon and 2 cosmetic dentists before deciding to go with Dr. Graham. Being 33 years old I was so worried that I would have to get surgery to correct my bite but Dr. Graham assured me that it wouldn’t be necessary. I am amazed at the speed in which my bite and teeth are improving. I always look forward to my appointments with Sugarhouse Orthodontics. Everyone has a smile when I walk in and their professionalism is second to none. They are all awesome at what they do!

I love Dr Graham and his staff!! They are all very nice and welcoming. They have always worked with me and made things super easy. Deciding to get braces as an adult is always a little nerve-wracking but the moment I walked in Dr Grahams office I knew that’s where I would want to have it done, even when I live quite away from them, it was totally worth it! We moved from Washington State a few years ago and our orthodontist highly recommended Dr. Graham. I have been so impressed by his professionalism, extensive knowledge and ability to work on hard mouth cases. His office is very nice and his staff is helpful and very friendly. We have had such a positive experience at his office and my boys love going to his cool office. I would recommend him to anyone who has orthodontic needs.

Dr. Graham and his staff are outstanding! They are always on time and very friendly. I have complete confidence in Dr. Graham. He is very patient and kind. He has made it clear that he doesn’t want my son to suffer if he breaks a wire or feels one poking out. He has fit us in to fix broken wires and has been very understanding. The office itself is very beautiful, but more importantly, you are getting excellent care from Dr. Graham.

My jaw surgeon sent me to Dr. Graham for treatment of a complex jaw problem with Invisalign, and I am so grateful to have found him. He is incredibly talented, and his treatment is carefully and thoughtfully planned. Truly, he (and his amazing staff) have so dramatically improved and changed the quality of my life in such short order that I am at a loss as to how to properly thank them. After existing on a mostly liquid /soft food diet for so long, they had me eating more normally in less than a month! The office is beautiful, and the staff are all awesome. As for the price, it is quite reasonable, especially in consideration of the incredible, cutting edge care. All of that aside, they are all very cool and kind people who love what they do!
