BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I had heard many good things about Grand Dental in general (almost all from this location). We had moved here from Chicago so I had talked many new friends and acquaintances. I am pleased to say I (and my entire family) am extremely happy with my/our experience. The staff are super nice, helpful, and organized. The inside is very nice, comfortable, clean, and has a great energy.

6/2021 update….I broke a molar and they were able to see me quickly. Same great staff and service! This was my first visit. Great experience. Took me back right away. Office is very nice and state of the art. Everything is digital. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and I am glad I chose Grand. (Even though I have insurance, I am not good about regular dental visits and it had been a couple of years since I had seen a dentist.)

We have been patients @ Grand Family Dentistry for over 17 years. Just recently my husband had a temporary crown crack over the weekend & left a message on their service. Dr. Grand called us back & had us come into his office that day. Dr. Grand prepared a new temporary crown and made sure it was fitting perfectly. He is the consummate professional who excels in all that he does. He also ensures that all of his staff adhere to his high standards in the practice of dentistry and the complete satisfaction of his patients. I definitely highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry!

The entire staff is very professional and friendly! Needed to find a new dentist so for convenience of being close to my house I choose them. My very first visit was for a cracked filling and Dr Paige got me fixed up in no time. Today was my second visit and my first time for a cleaning. Courtney was my hygienist. She was very thorough and cleaned off all the little stains I had that I’ve hated but seems to have never gotten taken care of by my old dentist office. If you’re looking for a new dentist office I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

Awesome experience with Grand Family Dentistry. I was enjoying breakfast one morning when a molar just fell apart . Grand was able to take me on immediately, I was given a temporary crown and made an appt for a cleaning when my new crown came. Grand Family dentistry was extremely friendly and all around just a great experience. I called them at 4:00 on Friday and told them I was having wisdom teeth pain and within 10 minutes of calling I was in a chair being taken care of just so I wouldn’t have to wait all weekend for them to open again with the pain I was experiencing. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

When I was a child I had bad experiences with dentist. Some of the procedures were very painful and horrific. So when I was of age to decide for myself, I distance myself from the dentist. I want nothing else to do with them although it was hurting me because I was not taking care of my teeth. Now I’m 39 years old and this has been a great experience for me. I can’t express enough how wonderful this has been. I had a root canal and my teeth clean again by far the greatest experience I have ever had. The results of the work done to my teeth, I am not disappointed. They are very friendly, helpful, informative, professional, and make you feel it’s all about you as a patient. As a whole, they are great people! If you have ever had any type of a phobia with dentist, I would strongly recommend you go see Grand Family Dentistry. Tell them your concerns and problems in the past, and they come up with a plan for you. If I can get through it with their help and experience, anyone can! Now I can’t wait until my next appointment. Everyone at Grand Family Dentist -Arbor Center is so helpful and friendly! I have never had a bad experience at Grand Dentistry. I called for an appt on a Friday at 9:00 because of a tooth pain, they got me in at 11:00 and I had a root canal that same day… all on a Friday when I’m sure they were ready to start their weekend! Very patient, caring and genuinely friendly.

Arbor Family Dentistry is the best dentist office I have visited. They treat you like family and always get you right in the office if you have an emergency!! On my last visit the dentist and the assistant Brittany was awesome!! You always walk in and they see you right away. They make you feel comfortable at first before they start working on anything. They get to know you at a high level and its not just going in there getting your teeth worked on and leaving. They want you leaving there with a smile on your face even if its hard to smile because you just had dental work done. They take their time doing the work and not rushing the procedure for the next patient. Its awesome how they call you the next day to see how you are doing. Everyone should try this place at least once and I bet you will return with all your dental needs.

I’ll be the first to admit that I suffer from poor oral health, from hereditary issues to my years of tobacco use. I made the choice to quit that and chose GFD to help me get back on track. Never in my life have I been treated better than at this office. Everyone from the office staff, to the ladies in the back that helped me out. I had my first apt at Grand today and let me tell you I walked out one happy camper. I had been in pain for about 5 years so my appointment was for a consult to see if I could afford to do the necessary work. As I said I walked out happy the people are fantastic, the service was great and one of the most important is the prices are very reasonable. Dr. Grand is so friendly he talked just like a regular person and his office assistant was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I walked out of that office pain free and I can’t thank them enough. Y’all got 5 stars from me and I will recommend all my friends and family to see y’all first I really have never been so happy with a dentist and his staff thank you thank you thank you. I had an abscess. I called and they got me in a few hours later. The staff was kind and promptly treated to what ailed me. The same night, this night, the swelling is down the abscess came out on its own after a warm salt water rinse and I am relieved I’m very grateful.. Beth at the front desk has always been sweet, very helpful and has helped with all my insurance questions. I never wait long for my dental services and they were amazing with my four year old. They are always up-to-date with any type of dental technology and the dentists are wonderful! I am extremely happy with the decision I made three years ago to attend Grand Family Dentistry for myself and my family.
