I am a busy mom obsessed with beautiful smiles. Having delayed the tinsel teeth journey for way to lpng, I took the advice of my great dentist and scheduled an appointment at Grand Orthodontics. First, they called me (at the referral from my dentist). What?! The nice man on the other end scheduled my appointment and called again to remind me. When I walked into the office, I felt like I was in a spa. The smiling staff welcomed me and ushered me into the consultation room. A few snap shots later, I met with Dr . Woolridge. What a sweetheart! Friendly yet professional and a winning smile. I walked out of the door with a estimate of my treatment knowing I’d be back. I’ve been a patient for a bit more than a year and look forward to my adjustments. Now my daughter is looking forward to braces. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I’ve had to bring my kids along to a few appointments and they were entertained with the i pods in the waiting area. The office is located in an upscale strip mall is cute El Segundo. Parking is not a problem. Get to Grand Orthodontics if a winning smile and healthy teeth will be within reach

Best orthodontist in town. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and always on top of things. Dr.Kendall is amazing and I can literally talk to her for hours. She really makes it a point to get to know her patients on a personal level and it shows she really cares and loves her job. Love this place. Even after I am done I’ll always keep in contact with my amazing orthodontist.

The bomb, professional, expeditious, diligent, caring, safe & clean services that are rendered with every appointment at Grand Orthodontics is truly GRAND!!!! I am extremely grateful for Dr. Woolridge. She is kind, informative, helpful, meticulous, patient, pretty, aware, transparent, swift, personable, authentic & very understanding. I truly believe that, she cares about her clients like her own; treating others the way that she would want to be treated. Dr. Woolridge’s staff is great! My goldfish braces come off today I would like to thank my daughters orthodontist kendall for working with my daughters mom and I, for giving our daughter the confidence to smile without hiding behind her hands, and for all the wonderful conversations we have had . I am so grateful for God Placing us here at grand orthodontist. Each and every staff member is very welcoming and Professionally orientated. Gold Star Service! I am adult in need of braces, Invsalign and a jaw surgery. Over the past six months, I gave given Dr. Woolridge and her team a run for the money. I had metal braces on for three days before I asked her remove them. I changed my mind about wanting tighter Invsalign and in the midst of all of my chaos, she AND her team did it with a smile!!! I have since referred her to a few family members and I could not be happier. My teeth are getting closer to the goal and Dr. Woolridge really knows her stuff. After seeing a surgeon at Kaiser for my jaw, he was incredibly complimentary of Dr. Woolridge’s approach to getting my teeth prepped for surgery. You can’t go wrong with Grand Orthodonitcs!

I have waited so long to find a good orthodontist for my daughter Lyric, well to my surprise i found a great one . From the first phone call i was impressed, friendly, caring, and very informational. To reveal some background information I am a 26 year old who had braces (from a different orthodontist) when I was around 14-17 years old. I got them off my junior summer in high school. After a few years went by and my teeth had shifted to an end to end bite. This type of bite was ruining my teeth – IE: chipping and wear and tear on these bad boys that are supposed to last a lifetime – why can’t we have teeth like sharks?! Anyways, so after being told by multiple dentists (was searching for a new one – found one) that I need braces to save my teeth from extra wear and tear and continued chipping. After researching and visiting many orthodontic offices I came to the conclusion that Dr. Woolridge was the best professional for the job! During the initial examination we went over my concerns, her conclusion, and I was given options and a price. If I remember correctly there were metal braces, hidden braces, clear(ceramic) braces, invisalign – etc. I went with ceramic braces. I have had them on for almost one year (May 17) and the results are awesome!! Dr. Woolridge and her staff are very gentle and they address every concern that you have. They never judge and are very friendly, warm, and good hearted people! After I get my braces off ill still drop by and say hi – they are that awesome! Her office is very clean, modern, and has a welcoming feel to it too! Their tech is definitely up to date – her x-ray machines – best tech that I’ve seen compared to other offices – they give off less radiation too!!! When I have kids I’ll definitely be bringing them here if I still live in the LA area. There is also plenty of parking in the underground garage.

First, I want to say that this review is long overdue. Surprisingly my desire to give a 5star review has been consistent throughout treatment and that says a lot. This place is “that place” that you will recommend to all your friends because the service is so amazing. I was recommended by a friend and have since recommended another friend who received services for(metal) braces. My review is based off my experience of receiving services for Invisalign (since 04/16). The cost of Invisalign is pretty pricy (especially if you are paying out of pocket like myself) luckily, Dr. Woolridge offers monthly payment plans and financing options. The facility is clean and has a cute stylish ambiance. Dr. Woolridge and her staff are so sweet, funny, accommodating, and professional. From the initial consultation, scheduling, appointments, and refitting of my trays; Dr. Woolrigde has really made this process fun and stress free. I trust Dr. Woolrigde and the process and will continuously recommend this place. Oh, and as soon as I’m done with my last tray, Im gonna inundate this yelp page with my beautiful smile that she made possible! lol Can’t wait!

Dr. Woolridge and her staff are absolutely amazing. She has a genuine concern for her patients and is very personable. I have always had a great fear of the dentist which is why I have put off getting braces for so long. (20 years) She and her staff are so welcoming and I never felt more at ease walking into a dentist/ortho office. The office is spotless and equipment is pretty high tech. The doctor as well as the entire staff is always available to answer any questions and make sure you are comfortable. I cannot recommend this office enough. 10 stars

Wow! I am impressed with this office and here’s why: First, as an older adult I was undecided – but then thought ‘why not?’ since I’m still young enough to care how I look and feel. Second, I remained hesitant but was quickly reassured once I contacted the office, Jessica is the first one I speak with, and she worked hard to make my first appointment timely and efficient. The staff was professional and courteous; answering all of my questions about getting started. I was very surprised to find there are several device choices and payment plans; all being very affordable. Jose explained everything in great detail, and assisted with the red tape of insurance. And, then I met and spoke with Dr. Woolridge. She really impressed me. She has this big, bright smile that’s both comforting and confident. That was my initial assessment and it remains! I’ve tested Grand Ortho’s fortitude with questions and broken brackets. (Vicky is the most sweet and gentle dental assistant ever!) Finally, the office décor is great: modern and comfortable. I chose an enclosed room for treatment, just for a bit of privacy. Through it all Dr. Woolridge and her staff remain pleasant, accommodating and very professional. It is a real joy to go to see the doctor, because even though I have a ways to go, my smile looks fantastic already. Thanks Dr. Woolridge! Love, love, love Grand Ortho.

I cannot say enough good things about Grand Orthodontics! I had braces as a teenager but never wore my retainer so I needed additional ortho work as an adult. I returned to my pediatric orthodontist in Wisconsin and he talked me into a knock-off Invisalign System (Simpli-Five) that was absolutely horrible. I had consultations at many different ortho offices and after one visit at Grand Orthodontics it was a clear choice. Service: Dr. Woolridge is so nice & accommodating. She listened to exactly what I wanted (top braces only; keep my permanent retainer bar on the bottom) and said it wasn’t a problem to complete in 6-9 months. Other orthodontists said it would take 12-24 months; that they wouldn’t do top braces without bottom ones; and that it was necessary to shave down the edges of my teeth – whatever that means! All of the staff at Grand Orthodontics are professional, courteous, and competent! Also, I wanted gold braces which isn’t standard, but Dr. Woolridge ordered them for me from another office for a small fee! Totally worth it! Pricing: Grand Orthodontics was open & honest about their pricing model, and sooooo affordable! The out-of-pocket cost I paid for everything was less than $1500 (which was ¼ of what I was quoted at most places in Wisconsin). They let me pay in installments. Scheduling: The office was so flexible when it came to scheduling appointments. They had lots of availability and were willing to work around my crazy schedule when needed! They even mailed me my retainers because I was unable to come to the office when I needed them. Logistics: The office is in a mini mall in El Segundo, easy to get to from Lincoln/PCH or Vista Del Mar. There are always open parking spots right out front! Office: The office is spacious & everything is super clean. Each chair has a flatscreen TV to watch while you’re waiting. Make this your first choice for Orthodontics and it will be your last!

Decided to change Orthodontist recently and since I have braces I needed service done ASAP,I searched high and low for a Ortho that was very personable, friendly and attentive to my needs. As soon I walked in this office the front desk staff was so warm and welcoming, and to put the icing on the cake the office is complete and total ICANDY. The office is very neat and clean and I need that, a clean office tells alot about the staff and the Dr there, especially if they are working on the inside of your mouth!! 🙂 Dr. Kendall Woolridge is absolutely amazing, so very friendly and nice, easy going and easy to approach. She greeted me with a huge smile and shook my hand, I loved that about her! I also brought my best friend along with me so that she can receive retainers, she also was very impressed with the attitude and clean environment of Grand Orthodontics. I would encourage anyone looking for a new orthodontics to check Dr. Woolridge out she is awesome. P.S. The location of the office is also amazing, many places to eat and chill after or before your appointment, ex: Starbucks, Pizza Parlor etc. Also since I am a mother of 2 I just walked directly across the street after my appointment and played with my kids in a beautiful park! I brought my 20 year old to see Dr. Woolridge. He had gaps between all his teeth, and because of the cost, we waited a few years longer to see the Orthodonist. I did my research and decided to interview Dr. Woolridge. I have nothing but admiration for this wonderful Doctor. Her office is beyond clean. You can eat off the floor. The staff is friendly, and we were able to work out a payment plan! The equipment is state of the art, but most importantly, she is personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to see every few weeks. She said it would take a year. Guess what? It took a year. My now 21 year old son just went to see our regular hygienist, and our regular Dentist said his teeth were straight, all of the gaps were gone, and his gums were in good health. Yay!! Thanks Dr. Woolridge you saved my son from a lifetime of embarassing gappy teeth, and more than that, got him on the right path to keeping his teeth in his mouth forever.
