I only give it four stars because they didn’t actually do anything for me because the dentist said they only handle simply cases but they did give me a good orthodontist and dentist closer to me. lol Everyone there is very nice and I love how homey it is and I don’t mean because it’s in an actually home. xD

I have been a patient for quite a while now and have never had anything but a pleasant experience. Every staff member is personable while doing a great job and keeping things running efficiently. I’ve had minor cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign in addition to my regular visits and it was all done well and with transparency. I would happily see any of the providers in the practice. It’s overall a very clean, welcoming place as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I was looking to start REALLY taking care of my teeth fresh out of college with a job that provided dental insurance. So I did what anyone does my age when they want to research something and Googled it. I found this place was literally right down the road from me and had raving reviews. My Experience so far: Very friendly and personable staff including the docs (I know! Sounds too good to be true right?) I am new to the whole insurance thing and how it exactly works, so I told them that, and they had someone help me through all of it which made the whole experience better actually knowing what was going on and what to expect. I was also impressed by the amount of technology integrated into their system to make visits more efficient, appointment reminder emails, confirmation texts, x-ray technique, 3-D mapping of your teeth, etc. I’m not going to sit here and say they had a new way to make getting your teeth worked on pain-free, but I will say they do ask about sensitive areas and try to get a full understanding of the situation before entering your mouth, which was really nice. I simply cannot say enough good things about this dental practice! First of all, the exterior is beautiful and inviting. The parking lot is a bit small and tricky to navigate, though. The beautiful and inviting theme continues inside where you find a comfortable waiting room that feels like a living room. The entire practice is spotless, and the place looks brand new. The interior is quite large with numerous exam rooms that seem to all have windows so you don’t feel all closed in. The staff are just about the friendliest I have ever met in a dental practice(or anywhere for that matter). Everyone is smiling (appropriate for a dental practice – lol). I have seen both of the dentists here at different checkups, and they both seem knowledgeable and professional. The office is outfitted with the latest technology (digital x-rays for less radiation, intra-oral cameras, etc.). New patients get a free electric toothbrush! What a nice bonus. Overall, this is easily the best dental practice I have ever been to!

Grandview Dental Care and their staffs are the best!!! As a person from a different country, it means a lot when you are cared for just for who you are. I have been to so many dentists and non ever referred me to a periodontist for my problem but when I walked into Grandview Dental Care, they refused to do any cleaning until I follow up with a periodontist which they referred me to. My experience with the periodontist was also amazing. I realized Grandview Dental is not about the money but the quality of care they provide. I will choose them over any other dentist. They will forever be my daughter and I dentists.The environment is also welcoming and everyone no matter how shortcoming you are never seemed to judge you. I have been looking all over Columbus for a reputable dentist who will do a great job and not stick you for extra things. I couldn’t be more pleased with Grandview Dental Care. They were efficient and professional and straight to the point. Their pricing is great and I didn’t feel taken advantage of in the slightest. They allowed me to bring my young son and although he wasn’t on his best behavior, everyone was so kind and welcoming to him. I look forward to bringing him back for his first appointment.

No one likes to go to the dentist, but I have gone here for about 15 years and they have always given me cheerful and gentle service. The whole team here is great and my regular hygienist Julie is fantastic. I would highly recommend these folks for dental care needs. Everyone I have ever encountered in the office was easy to work with and very helpful.

The customer service here is excellent, unlike any medical office experience I’ve had before! Absolutely love this place and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Going to the dentist can feel stressful but I always feel very comfortable and put at ease because of everyone’s friendliness. I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid and still go here even since I moved away for college.

I stopped in to have a cavity taken care of by Dr. H. The numbing process was incredibly quick and literally painless. Both Dr.H and the hygienist consistently made sure I was comfortable during the appointment, although I had literally no pain. The whole ordeal was incredibly pleasant and I felt very at ease. Each person I’ve encountered that works here has been more friendly than the last. Amazing customer service; virtually painless and very efficient.

I’ve had consistently good service for the several years I’ve been a patient. I had a surprisingly great experience getting a filling, my first at this practice. I asked for nitrous and the hygienist asked which part of the procedure made me nervous. She said her mission that day was to change my mind about the dental experience, and she did. She was a great listener and communicator. She explained everything that was going to happen including how it would feel. The dentist was quick and gentle. When I went to pay I asked if my insurance covered the nitrous. The reception staff told me they don’t charge for it.
