After awful experiences for both of my kids at Golnick (supposedly the best pediatric dentists downriver), I tried Dr. Reid at Great Expressions in Allen Park. We LOVE her! She is very patient and amazing with kids. They are no longer afraid of the dentist. Dr. Reid actually sits and talks to all of us before just diving in and drilling away. Everyone in the office is great, from the billing/reception staff, to hygenist and assistants. We have been several times now, and each time I’m impressed with how well the visits go. We’ve also been to GE Dearborn Heights and had the same positive experience. Highly recommend, especially for anxious kids!

I cannot express how thankful I am for this office. I never had access to dental care growing up, so coming into my first dentist appointment I was extremely nervous about everything. Nervous about how bad my teeth might be, nervous about being judged for whatever the state of my teeth were, and obviously nervous about how bad fixing it was going to hurt. From the first time calling to make an appointment through all of the appointments I’ve had so far, every single person has been welcoming, kind, supportive, and non-judgmental. Dr Reid has a very gentle hand, a calming demeanor, and is great about explaining what to expect at every step. I have been telling all of my other dentist-fearing friends to come here because I know without a doubt that the team here will take care of them. 5 stars truly doesn’t feel like enough!

My kids and I have been treated for multiple issues over several years at 4 of their Austin, TX locations and have had nothing but great experiences. We have enjoyed the staff in all of the offices and have only had gentle experiences, even during uncomfortable procedures. The front desk staff has been very helpful in dealing with insurance filing issues. I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this place. Even after I moved 35 minutes away I still come to the same st pete location! Great staff and I have never had a problem with any of the doctors no matter how many questions I ask or how upset I get about the price of fillings. They always work with me. If I could give you guys 6 stars I would, from the wait staff to the doctors and nurses everyone is very knowledgable and willing to explain everything to me.

I had great service from start to finish. The receptionist was sweet and welcoming. The dentist had excellent bedside manner. I am pregnant and there are a lot of hoops to jump through, and she was extremely patient, professional, and answered all of my questions. The dental hygienist was professional and answered all of my questions as well. I am a naturally curious person and love to learn new things so I ask questions during procedures and they were very patient and caring. I appreciate the attention to details. They recommended one service that was not covered by my insurance and before she even considered going near my mouth with it, she checked the price and made sure I wanted the procedure done. I think that is great customer service. She explained the importance of it but was in no way pushy about it. I give this place 5 stars.

Great Expressions Jonesboro location there’s a young lady named Elizabeth at the front desk she’s so very helpful she went way beyond her job duties to help me find what I needed to get dentures for my friend that had an accident and lose 3 front teeth she called around and she made suggestions of where we could go to get emergency help at a reasonable price going over and beyond her duties and she did it with a smile she handled herself very well when the patient was a little irate because they were upset about their situation and not able to get what they wanted done right away for almost nothing she was very professional even though the services would not be done at their office she did everything she could to help us. Everyday is a good day to visit the Dentist ……. I’ve had multiple experiences with Dentist over the years and some doctors who practice dentistry are exceptional over others. The Allen park location for Great Expressions sets the bar for exceptional service… It all starts with calling into the office to schedule your appointment.. The staff working there are very professional and they show a genuine interest in your well being for denist work.. They put forth extra effort to get you in ASAP based on your needs… My experience with the dentist was with Dr. Reid One of the best I’ve meet in my lifetime… The quality of her work, attention to details, understanding your needs and listens to what the patient wants as well…You can feel the passion from Dr. Reid doing what she loves and enjoys…. dentistry … I’ve had 4-5 visits and I’m looking forward to the next one as well… So I can’t say enough about Dr. Reid and her team.. Some people. Honestly, we’ve been seeing Donald Cambell since he was on Forsyth Street. Years. 15 years? 20 years? We are very comfortable with the whole procedure there, maybe because we’ve been with him through many changes. He’s done all the work in my mouth, as he re did the work that was there when I started. We love him and also all the ones who work there. We know we will get a top shelf job there.

Have never had a bad experience here! These doctors do a great job at numbing you! Went in a few years ago for a root canal, Dr. Lizzio did a phenomenal job. I cant believe there are only 2 stars. This is a 5 star office. My husband needs whole mouth rehab. Like 20k worth of work. we just left a practice that removed 13 teeth and made him a partial denture that does not fit his mouth. The experience was horrible. This practice, specifically Dr Reid, made him go back to the dentist. They only perform work that needs to be done. The prices and appointments are reasonable. And the work done is Top Knotch! The receptionist, Hillary and Nick and one more gal are always so nice and accommodating. They know us all now. My husband and myself, my brother, my sister and my mother have all now switched over because they are so great. Dr.Reid is an amazing dentist. She is gentle and knowledgable, and talks you thru the whole procedure so there are no guesses about whats going to happen. Carmen- the hygienist is great! She takes her time and does a great job. Kaitlyn and the other assistants are amazing- we always have great chats and conversations. They were even able to take my mother for an emergency appointment, and were able to remove the tooth that was bothering her and show her the reason why she was in pain. It being the first procedure my mother had ever had- Dr Reid did everything she could to calm her nerves. My mom says it didnt even hurt, and a day later it was already looking healed. I will stay here at the office as long as Dr Reid and her staff are still there.

I was desperate to get into an office before my insurance renewed and my dentist in Ann Arbor was unable to accomodate me. I called this office since my files were easily transferred. As I drove up, I was a little concerned about the area, but once I got into the examining room, there was cutting edge technology. I had to get (4) fillings and Dr. Lizzio could not have been kinder. I was expecting to cry in pain through the whole experience. Not once. My teeth and fillings came out looking like my regular teeth. I drove 45 minutes for this appointment and before I left I made another appointment specifically to see him. He put me right at ease and was not judgmental at the number of cavities that I had!

I am a patient at the West Kendall office in Miami and everyone in that office is friendly and pleasant. The hygienists are very thorough and all the dental assistants are knowledgeable in what they are doing. Dr. Goncalves the Periodontal specialist and Dr. Garcia the dentist both always make sure the service they provide is 100%. Dr. Garcia has many patients so some times he is a little rushed but that is not to say that he does not make sure he does a good job and his patients are satisfied. This office is very professional and I recommend it highly

DR. Makayla Reid (hope I spelled that correctly) is awesome, if I could give her 10 stars I would have. She has the right amount of compassion and expertise and her customer service is exceptional. I followed her from the Southfield office and was so happy the Allen Park location was not far from me. If she dont go to far I will follow her around Michigan. Also the staff at her location is very polite, pleasant, respectful and warm. Oh did I mention her work is exceptional as well and she make sure you are comfortable.

I went yesterday to get a filling repaired at the Madison Heights location. I called and got an appt within a few days. The Dentist was very nice and had a great bedside manner.
