Dr. A and her staff at this location are amazing. It’s rare to find a staff as friendly as theirs. I’ve been with them for 6 years and I can honestly say that they take time to develop a relationship with their patients, which makes the conversations meaningful and not just small talk for the sake of passing time. Dr. A and the staff are always flexible, accommodating and understanding when it comes to the needs of the patients (in both time and dental procedures). They are very transparent with procedures and ensure you understand their concerns, procedures and recommendations.

My kids and I have been treated for multiple issues over several years at 4 of their Austin, TX locations and have had nothing but great experiences. We have enjoyed the staff in all of the offices and have only had gentle experiences, even during uncomfortable procedures. The front desk staff has been very helpful in dealing with insurance filing issues. I highly recommend them!

Love Dr A! She was able to get me all fixed after a dental emergency first thing on a Monday morning. My entire family sees Dr A. She is gentle and super sweet. Treatment plans are always reviewed so no surprises when it comes time to oay. Also no nickle and diming u. Love this office. Marcy is super as a receptionist as well!

The best experience! Clean office, exceptional customer service, and the wait was not long. The dentist thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and the necesssary treatment. I was numbed 2x and made to feel comfortable. The doctor gave a follow-up call making sure my gums felt ok, as they were sensitive. I was given a special toothpaste & mouthwash for further treatment. Oh and a few discounts.

I had a filling today and was a little nervous since it was my first ever. The dentist and her assistant (didn’t catch names… both women) were very reassuring and explained the whole process, making sure that I was comfortable the entire time. It was a pleasant experience, which is definitely not what I expected! The staff is always sweet.
