I want to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Debbie, Jennifer and Dr. Etheridge. To preface, I was not a previous patient at Greenbrier Dental. I called today after breaking a tooth during lunch to make an emergency dental appointment, they answered immediately (I didn’t have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back) and they had an opening for me to see Dr. Etheridge all within the hour of my call. Debbie at the front desk did my intake on the phone and in person, and Jennifer took me back to the room to do the initial exam. They eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable during my entire visit. Everything was extremely professional and I will be recommending them to everyone in the future. I even made another appointment with them for my annual cleaning. Thank you all again -sincerely Paige 🙂

First-time mom here who, admittedly, skipped her own dental appointments for 7 years out of fear. I never want to pass this trait down to my own daughter, so we took the sage advice of our pediatrician and sought out a dentist at the time she turned a year old. Dear little one had only cut 2 teeth, so I was initially turned away by other providers who wouldn’t even see her unless she had at least 8 teeth. I’d like to take care of her first 7 teeth too, thank you very much! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on a first dental visit for a baby – except a lot of crying perhaps. This was pre-covid, so both my husband and I could accompany her to the treatment area. They have such a nice set up for pediatric patients – lots of engaging colorful artwork – and the sweetest hygienists. Our daughter could be held in dad’s lap while she was evaluated and treated, which was a comfort for her (maybe more so for me, but that’s another psychological endeavor altogether). Dr. Spruill was knowledgeable and friendly. We have since been back for a 6 month check up (this time with plenty more teeth to care for) and I couldn’t believe our little girl allowed the hygienist to clean AND FLOSS her teeth. We have a hard enough time at home just trying to get her to stop sucking on the tooth brush. They’re clearly doing something right (check out their 570+ Google reviews and 5 Google stars if you don’t believe me) to make us all feel so comfortable. I’m happy to recommend Greenbrier Dental to anyone!

Dr. Ethridge is amazing! He is super comforting if you are concerned about pain or any worries you may have! I always deal with him and his assistant Jennifer and they are both just an awesome team! I was having a bit of pain after a tooth extraction, I called and they got me in immediately and fixed the problem. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for a dentist.

I wish my insurance wasn’t out of network for this office because I’d really love to stay as a patient. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Every single charge and procedure was broken down to me simply and made it so easy for me to understand.  They were able to fit my daughter in for a tooth emergency almost same day and completely solved the problem. From the dentist to the dental assistant down to the hygienist who did the cleaning after all the work was done, everyone was so gentle and explained everything down to a T for my daughter and I. I’m  so thankful to this office and the staff, Thank you all so much for everything!

I had a dental emergency and I did not have a local dentist. When I called Greenbrier Dental, they were able to get me in immediately. I needed a root canal and Dr. Etheridge was able to give me a root canal that day! I was terrified of the procedure, but he was reassuring and I am grateful that he was able to give me relief. I am not a good patient and I avoid going to the dentist, so when I find a good dentist, I am more likely to keep up on my cleanings! Thank you, Dr. Etheridge and staff!

First experience going First day yesterday For my child it was excellent I like how they explain what they were going to do how they were going to do it and the plan of getting it done with confidence and eye contact The inside was clean comfortable looking and cozy the environment was calm happy staff and staff that knew what they were doing with confidence and service with a smile I like how everyone was kid friendly and able to explain to the child of everything they were going to do

I just cannot say enough about this amazing dental practice! Dr. Etheridge has been my dentist on and off for almost 30 years (the off times were when I went away to college). He and his staff are very personable and extremely knowledgeable. In all these years, I have never encountered one negative experience. My 6 year old has been a patient of Dr. Spruill’s for about 4 years now. He is awesome with the kids and his staff is wonderful! I have referred so many people to this practice over the years and the feedback has been the same. The best dental center hands down! 🙂

It was first time going here my son was a patient excellent staff from the front office to the doctor very detail one on one service very patient could tell they weren’t concerned about numbers. I wasn’t rushed in or rushed out of the office which is the usual service nowadays . All my questions were answered from the front of the office about the claim insurance from the doctor answering the questions about treatment this was the best!experience I ever had in the last 15 years from any dentist office. I’m very pleased I would definitely be switching over to this office. And everyone was so professional .To summit all up quality at a high standard.

All my experiences at Greenbrier Dental Center has always been great. From getting my teeth cleaned twice a year to my most recent procedure which was a root canal from beginning to the end. They made me feel really comfortable and before I knew it, the procedure was over and I was walking out the front door. Last but not least there front desk staff is the BEST, always friendly and courteous.

Very nice and clean environment all the staff was nice and respectful I was in so much pain when I arrived at the office they found the problem and handle the problem they make you very comfortable before they begin any type of work I walked outta there after getting my tooth pulled filling like a new person pain free I will be going back if I have any more issues

I came in with severe pain from a wisdom tooth. Having called several other offices they were the first to have an opening same day. Every member of the staff I met or spoke with was extremely kind, respectful, and most of all caring. After an adrenalin filled session for all parties involved, I was met with relief from the pain and discomfort for the first time in months. I will certainly be back for any work or preventative care in the future.a rating of 5 stars is not enough 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for helping me in a time of need.

I have so many things I could say about all the doctors here, but I want to focus on three different Dentists here and my experience in the last four weeks. First of all- Dr. Sprull: not only was my daughter given a treatment plan from another office that was so over the top, but it involved stainless steel crowns that would have given her a terrible outlook on herself and a complex. Dr. Sprull understood where I was coming from but came up with a solution for her that she left after five cavities filled, saying I want to be a dentist like Dr. Sprull. That speaks volume to me Dr. Rice- my mother in Law, was in pain, during the virus, the dentist she saw for her periodontal therapy would not even answer her call back. Called Greenbriar and ask could he please take a look at her, he took saw her two days later, then took our her tooth in 30 minutes. She had no more pain and was so scared, but he and his assistant Megan made Her feel Right at Home and Helped her To the Car. Talk About first-Class treatment! Wow Dr. Etheridge- hearing and seeing what he does for his team and leading them, while I was waiting and hearing Debbie and the rest of his office just conducting business and the way they talk to their patient, that is fantastic care that surpasses any practice I know and ever been apart of. To anyone looking for dental care, this is the place.
