Staff is very attentive and friendly. I was undergoing severe tooth pain in the middle of the night and a staff member picked up at about 3 am in the morning to schedule an appointment on the same day, despite how busy they were. I can really appreciate that. I went in for a consultation which was almost free considering I had my panoramic x-ray readily available from my dentist out of this country. The consultation was reasonable and catered towards my budget. There’s really nothing more I could ask for. I think I may have finally found my primary dental clinic in Seattle.

I’m not afraid to admit that I have had teeth problems my entire adult life. I have spent more time in dental chairs then most being poked and prodded. I expected more of the same when I went to Dr. Chang at Greenlake Dental. Wow, was I surprised when he put me on a comprehensive plan that limited my time in said chair. He explained to me in detail the proper way to brush and floss, and the many ways I can improve the health of my teeth. He explained to me in a fun and friendly manner, not in Dentist speak. Since my first day 3 years ago, I have had some gum issues, but nothing like I had prior to coming to his office. I am always greeted by his smiling staff, who are friendly and knowledgeable too. They always worked around my schedule, and understood if i couldn’t make it certain days. I enjoyed my time going to Greenlake Dental (as much as you can going to the dentist). I think you will too.

Everyone working here is kind, competent, and on-time (no waiting at all). The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and address any concerns promptly. I had a laser frenectomy here and the entire process took about 20 minutes (5 minute exam, 10 minutes to get numb, and then 5 minutes of lasing). I think the worst part was the needle, but Dr. Chang even made that quick and easy. He warned that I might be sore for a few days, but it was nothing that ibuprofen couldn’t handle.

I have come to Dr. Chang at Greenlake Dental for 9 years, ever since my last dentist put a filling on the wrong tooth. Dr. Chang has been awesome each time I visit. At ny last dentist, an appointment would take over an hour. I was anazed at my first visit than I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This is the case each time I come. Instead of spending long stretches of time in the dental chair w a i t i n g for the dentist, there us an efficient flow from hygentist to dentist back to hygenist. I am very thankful for that because i am so busy. The exams are thorough and gentle. He has done several fillings for me too and that has also gone very well. Nothing could make me go elsewhere.

I really like this dental office. Doctors and staffs are very nice, courteous, and patient. I am afraid of shots, but Dr. Chang shot doesn’t hurt. The office is warm and clean. I had implant work done and I am quite satisfy with it. While waiting for the gum to heal, I had a partial made which fit very well, much better than the one I had before. Thanks to your staffs for being so nice and friendly, and thank you for your good work, Dr. Chang.

I went to Greenlake Dental for the first time the other day. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I ended up needing two fillings which was going to take longer than expected, so they asked me if I could wait for a bit so they could finish up with other clients then have time to do both of my fillings. It was a long wait but they were super friendly about it, thanking me and bringing me tea. She did a great job with the fillings, spent her time with me to make sure the mouth guard fit after, and the best part – she constantly was thanking her assistant. They all appreciate each other. Very impressed, I highly recommend.

This office is great because Dr. Chang is passionate about dentistry. He is constantly upgrading in the office. I like this office because he is trained for many procedures, from fillings and crowns to orthodontics. Because he is so able and willing, I can stay comfortable and not be referred out to other professionals. He seems to especially enjoy implant cases! They accept many forms of insurance and are willing to see emergency patients even with a busy schedule.

Nothing but positive things to say about this office. I’ve been going to them since I moved to Seattle a few years ago. I hadn’t gone for a while and I had a discolored tooth that I had been very down about for months. I just went in for a routine cleaning and the ladies let me know that it was just a surface stain. I did t get my hopes up but when they finished, I looked in the mirror and saw a perfectly white smile. I couldn’t believe how well they removed the stain and they were so kind and friendly the whole time. I was very comfortable and enjoyed chatting with everyone at the office. I love this dental team!  They not only had immense experience, they were able to correct prior dental work I had done at another place.  Really like that they have a woman Dentist and that she is so knowledgeable.  I had a pain free experience as opposed to a VERY painful experience elsewhere.  I highly recommend them for level of experience, price and location. Plus the front desk reception is excellent: very warm and friendly and she knew how to schedule around my work hours.

Wife and I have been patients here since June 2017. The entire staff has been extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly for our routine visits and some fillings needed. They work with you when life happens and have been gracious to reschedule without a fee when a cancellation is out of your control. The office is efficient and effective, providing top notch care and follow through. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist or someone brand new to the area!
