You can imagine how few patients can say they had a positive experience at the dentist, let alone an enjoyable one. Going to the dentist isn’t exactly something we look forward to – especially when the work needed is extensive. This is my situation as I’m currently undergoing a whole mouth restoration, with Dr. Greeman. This is a process where the patient undergoes a rebuilding process for every tooth, thereby completely restoring ones dental health. I’m very pleased to say that Dr. Greeman and his staff have made me feel safe and comfortable during this entire process. The first step, in earning my trust, was in the time they took to completely explain the entire process and answer all my questions. The next thing to stand out right away is the extent Dr. Greeman has gone to insure he and his staff are the most highly educated and well trained, professionals in dentistry – using the most modern, cutting edge, equipment available. I may be old-school when it comes to hot rods and exercise, but when it comes to medical services, I want highly trained professionals, using the most sophisticated equipment available. I went to Dr. Greenman with a ton of dental issues. I really felt hopeless because of all the rot after years of neglecting my teeth. Not only did Dr. Greenman and Bethany make me feel comfortable… they gave me hope. They found a solution for me that would change my life and have helped me every step of the way. They are making sure to get everything i can from my insurance and helped me get financing for the rest of the cost. I have already recommended Dr. Greenman to my family and would highly recommend him and his office to anyone. Whether you just need a cleaning or intense dental work, this is the best dentist for any job and i will be thanking them for the rest of my life for my new smile!

I was referred to Dr. Greenman by my sleep therapist for treatment of severe sleep apnea and snoring.  After being fitted for an oral appliance and having worn it for approximately 3 weeks I have stopped snoring.  I am awaiting a new sleep study to determine if my sleep apnea has been mitigated.  The appliance is tolerable whereas the CPAP mask was not. I remain hopeful that my sleep apnea is will no longer be a risk to my health and wellbeing. My only disappointment was having to pay $1800 up front for the treatment.  I am currently awaiting payment from my insurance provider.

It was obvious to me from the start, that Dr. Greenman’s practice was the absolute state of the art technically and his approach in learning about me individually was impressive. His knowledge, talent and generosity with his time earned my trust immediately and when I walked back to my car that day, I knew I had found my dentist for life. On my visits that followed, I was welcomed into the “family” that is his practice. And today, I don’t go to the dentist. I go to visit my friends. I go to visit Dr. Greenman and his team for my care. I go to visit them for my health. I visit them for all my “first impressions” to come and I visit them for, and with, my confidence. I visit them because I know that their acumen is unmatched and that their concern is sincere. Yes, I trust Dr. Greenman and his wonderful team for all of these reasons. All I can say is I personally hate the dentist, I was in so much pain and called around and all I got was please hold everywhere. I called Dr. Greenman office and they were So helpful , i called had a couple questions to ask them and the receptionist was so nice if she was unsure she went straight back to ask for help and made me feel welcomed. Then Dr. Greenman came on the phone himself and I was shocked but it made me feel like his patients matter. I told him the pain I was in and then he goigled and said come in I’ll take care of you. I was blown away by his kindness and really made u feel welcomed and comfortable. From all the help in there Lisa , Bethany receptionist and everyone in that office thank u so much. Dr Greenman’s office has staff that is kind, considerate and looks out for your needs. They do everything possible to help you with billing as well. Dr. Greenman himself treats you like no other, his level of work is top notch, He covers all areas of questions you might have and more and sends out emails of info that gives tips on how to take care of your mouth. I would like to thank him and his staff for their continuing care with me. Follow up review: the work that I had done, which was related to snoring required a mouth piece. His staff billed it through my medical insurance and it covered the WHOLE $$$ amount. What a relief! Thank you to Dr. Greenman and the Wonderful people that work in his office.

I had a front tooth veneer fall off late at night and called 1-800 dentist to find an emergency dentist, expecting I’d have to drive to the Valley.  Within 15 minutes Dr. Greenman called me and was more than willing to fix it that night or fit me in first thing in the morning.  It wasn’t hurting too bad, so I went in the morning.  His office was really nice and soothing and his staff was very professional.  He was able to save the veneer and get me back to normal very quickly.  I was a little surprised that they have you pay up front and then they bill your insurance to reimburse you, but with all the late payments they must get, I understand why.

Dr Greenman and his staff (Hi Lisa and Allison!) are consistently knowledgeable, professional and caring . Dr Greenman takes the time to listen and addresses all questions and concerns I might have . He has worked diligently with my insurance company to obtain the insurance coverage I needed for my sleep apnea appliance .. the approval took a few months; Dr Greenman didn’t give up until we got the green light from my insurance company . His staff is efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenman in Westlake Village for any of your dental needs!

Dr. Greenman and his staff are the best. He uses new equipment and the results of his work is nothing but the best. When I broke a front tooth I called and had no problem getting in. His assistant B…… made me feel comfortable before any work was done and made sure I was ok to drive home while being an excellent assistant during all the work that was done. The staff is very caring and Dr. Greenman will get to know you and will be “in tune” with you as a patient. I called His office at 5:00 am and was able to see him when the office opened up. Big or small Dr. Greenman does it all.

Dr. Greenman and his staff are fabulous!  From veneers to crowns  Dr. Greenman has kept my smile looking terrific!  I’m never nervous about seeing Dr. Greenman – as he always keeps me comfortable during any procedure.  I see Cara for my cleanings and she is very thorough and keeps my teeth clean and happy!
