Dr. Lutins and his staff are amazing!! It is so stressful and anxiety-ridden to have your gums worked on but he and his staff make the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. While Dr. Lutins was working on numbing me, his assistant continued to pat me on the shoulder to make sure I was ok. And not to mention when I went in for my initial consultation and visit, they didn’t just rush me back to the chair and look in my mouth right away…Dr. Lutins took me to a separate room to talk about ME! I can’t praise the staff and Dr. Lutins enough!! They are the most hands-on, friendly and compassionate doctor/dentist office I’ve ever been to. Having your teeth and gums worked on is not a pleasant experience but they make you feel so comfortable and at ease. When Dr. Lutins was working on my gums, his assistant was patting me on the shoulder to help my anxiousness and continued asking me if I was ok. They really go above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible. Also, when I went in for my consultation of the work that needed to be done, they didn’t just take me back, sit me in the chair, open my mouth and rush me out. Dr. Lutins sat down with me in a room to talk about ME. He actually makes it a point to get to know his patients. Wow! What a concept!!
