Having lived in Los Gatos for 30 years, I have tried most of the dentists in this area. Yvonne Yang is one of the best dentists in Los Gatos and surrounding areas, if not THE best. Highly recommended for people of all ages and families. The facilities of Greenview Dental are very clean and modern, with up to date equipment. Dr. Yang is very knowledgable and competent. She pays close attention to detail and stays on top of real and potential issues that can be prevented – nothing escapes her! Her assistants are friendly and show high energy – from the moment you step in to the moment you step out, they are fully engaged, and work at a high pace to get a lot of work done. They provide a lot of useful tips to keep your teeth healthy and clean in between sessions. And Fred Lo runs an efficient, patient-friendly and kids-friendly front office that actually makes you want to go to the dentist! The one sentence summary: these people care, and you will feel cared for.

We moved from Chicago 5 years ago and have never been happy with the two dental offices that we tried. I searched for nearby dentists in yelp and found Dr. Yang. This is my first visit to Greenview Dental Care. I requested an online appointment at 7 am and they had an opening T 4 pm the same day. Fred, their Business Manager, called me right when they opened and let me know that they carry my insurance (before I even asked), confirmed my appointment, and accommodated my request for an appointment for my 11 year old daughter at the same time as mine. He made it so easy… thank you, Fred!!! Dr. Yang examined me and right away saw that I have a lot of build up and discoloration. After I mentioned that I do everything I can… brush twice a day, floss the right way at least once a day, and use the Waterpik at least every other day, she said that I have “ridges / small pores” on my teeth, that my enamels are not smooth, and that make my test susceptible to build up. That’s the first time ever that someone explained this to me, and I’m so relieved and happy that someone knows and believes that it’s not due to lack of proper care / hygiene on my part. LOL. My daughter was sitting on an adjacent chair and I could hear her conversations with Sara. She was having a good time… while sitting on a dental chair! How awesome is that? I definitely recommend Dr. Yang and all the staff at Greenview Dental Care. I’m so glad that I found my family’s “Dental Home”!

I have always had a phobia about going to the dentist however, going to Greenview Dental I was put right as ease. Fred the office manager is extremely friendly, warm, and inviting. He explains all details regarding insurance,patient financial responsibility, and upcoming visit information. He’s very efficient. Dr. Yvonne Yang is amazing. She is so sweet and personable. I really like how she explains exactly what she is doing before she does it so I know what to expect. She asks me if I’m okay every so often in case I need a break or have any pain. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great dentist.

I’ve been coming here for over a year.  It’s such a great feeling when you check-in for your appt. and I don’t even get a chance to sit in the lobby because they’re already calling my name to be seen.  I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes or more at other dental offices.  Never here.  If I’ve had to wait, it was NEVER more than 5 minutes.  That, to me, is the best feeling. And of course, there’s the other pros for coming to this office.  It’s very clean/tidy.  Fred (the front desk person) is amazing when it comes to answering all your questions, making appointments, appt. reminders etc.  Dr. Yang is very engaging, friendly, skilled and very comforting.  For someone who hates going to the dentist, coming here is relaxing.  And did I mention, you’re out of there in 30 minutes or less.  If you’re contemplating going here, don’t.  You won’t regret it!

Just had my teeth cleaned for the first time in way too long and absolutely loved the experience. It was my first visit to Greenview Dental and I will definitely be going back. The entire staff is very friendly and easy to talk with. They walked me through all the X-rays and showed me exactly what was going on throughout the whole process. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while, or just need to make a switch from your current one, I would highly recommend giving them a shot!

Greenview Dental care is excellent. Before coming here, my teeth were stained badly, so I thought it would take several weeks to clean up. However, Dr. Yang of Greenview Dental care cleaned everything within half an hour ! The staff is also professional and friendly. They changed my life. I would like to show my best appreciation to them for bringing me a smile:)

Dr. Yang and her staff are incredibly wonderful! So kind and caring and they all have a great sense of humor too. The professionalism displayed by the entire office is also great and they all make sure you are comfortable and relaxed the entire time of your visit. I spoke with Dr. Yang about my desire to whiten my teeth and she did a quick consultation and told me that I didn’t need to pay the $100 for the whitening strips they offer at the office because my teeth were already pretty white and I wouldn’t see a huge difference. She said that my Crest white strips would be the best bet since they’ve been working so well for me already. I love that she didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. I also needed a referral to a maxillofacial surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed and she gave me a voucher for free panoramic x-rays and consultation which saved me from having to use my insurance coverage and co-pay. This is an amazing dental practice and I am so glad I found them!

If you have a child with special needs, or a child that has high anxiety at dental offices, I strongly recommend that you try Dr. Yang for your loved ones. Dr. Yang also takes adult patients, but i just wanted to comment more on my son’s experience. Every time we visit Dr. Yang’s, we are always first greeted by either Beverly or Frank, the most cheerful staff. RIght away you feel that their intention is warm and comfort. My son, with autism, feels very at home in their waiting area because there are toys, a TV with choices of shows, and the sweet people there even let my son plug in his electronics to play while we wait. I’ve had appointments myself and am able to leave my son in the waiting area for as long as an hour because it is comfortable for him! As for Dr. Yang, she is HIGHLY aware of situations (eg. oral sensory sensitivity) and is intuitive in that she won’t proceed until she feels you’re ok with it. She is the first doctor that my son hasn’t had a meltdown with!! Dr. Yang talks a tad slower and to his level of understanding, something all his doctors have never afforded him. …just the MOST COMPASSIONATE dentist ever!! I have to say all of the above in reference to her lovely assistant Beverly too. Dr. Yang has a very skilled and gentle team member! I’ve had several appointments myself (fillings and Invisalign), and my expectations are different than for my son. For me, I appreciate the high-level of skill (no pain). During wait times, sometimes we joke around or talk about our kids, but overall, her professionalism is what i appreciate. She was very honest with me in that she didn’t recommend something unnatural (for my situation) such as my wisdom teeth being pulled out. Also her computerized Invisalign progression of my teeth were the BEST. …very modern! I’m looking forward to the improvements!!!

The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly! Felt comfortable right away thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. Very apparent the level of organization and expertise. Did not feel rushed but instead felt like I was well informed on procedures of the office/checking in, what was happening during the appointment, and what would happen after during check out and scheduling the next appointment. Everyone was so kind and I would highly recommend this practice to other families!
