Thank you Dr Russell, April, and your entire team. Your not just doing a job – you actually care about the people and the quality of the job you are doing. Everything positive you read on here is so true. April is a fantastic person who really cares about you before and after your surgery. Dr. Russell is a caring, fantastic, great doctor. He explains everything to you before the surgery. He lets you ask questions and never rushed me. And you can pick the music you want to listen to and it didn’t hurt. In fact I felt better after the surgery then when I went in. You leave with clear written instructions. He even calls you the next day to see how you are doing. My experience has been such a positive one with Dr. Russell, April, and his team. Thank you

Dr. Russell and his staff were an absolute pleasure! Dr. Russell went above and beyond, he took time to answer any questions and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood everything about the root canal. He also called to follow up personally to make sure I wasn’t in pain, I have never had a Dr. do that. He cares about his patients and his staff. The rest of the staff in Dr. Russell’s office was amazing as well. Every one I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Russell to anyone and everyone. Practices like this are few and far between, thank you!!

I was referred to Dr Russell’s office for a root canal. I was uneasy,this was to be my first root canal. When I arrived the staff was warm and friendly. The patient ahead of me came out of the back after her root canal,smiling and laughed saying, he didn’t hurt me at all. I told her that’s what I needed to hear. Dr Russell and his team were excellent. The office was neat and clean. They ace music I like to relax me. He explained everything to me. And He didn’t even hurt.

When I went to the office, I was a bit nervous because it had been a long time before I had a root canal, but Dr. Russell made sure that I was comfortable. He was very friendly and made sure my procedure was painless. Ms. April and the staff were also great in making it an easy process before my procedure. Thanks to everyone in the office for making the entire process very positive!

Today was the first major procedure on my teeth. I had a root canal and from the very first day I realized I needed it, I became nervous. Dr Russell got me relaxed. I laughed so hard and forgot about my pain. He was professional and he talked me through the entire procedure with options and honest advice. I left the office feeling better. His staff starting from Ms April at the front desk, to the lady that took my X-ray (am sorry I forgot your name), they were so good. I changed the endodontist I was referred to, and drove a long distance to Dr Russell’s office and I am so glad I did that. I will recommend anyone to Dr Gregory Russell for a root canal anytime, any day.

My Primary Dentist referred me to Dr Russell for an evaluation of a potential problem. The Staff was so accommodating, professional, and friendly. With my slight emergency I was given an appointment quickly. Dr Russell’s evaluation was very thorough. He explained the situation to me in a clear and understandable manner. He suggested some logical next steps. I would definitely recommend him and go back to him for treatment if ever necessary.

Dr. Russell is an outstanding endodontist and I recommend him for all endodontic procedures. I did not have a regular endodontist and needed an emergency root canal. Understanding the pain I was in, he made time to see me the same day I called. Dr. Russell’s level of care is excellent from before the procedure starts to even after its over. He provided me with an additional phone number to reach him after hours should I have any questions or concerns. His office staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, and his office is clean and comfortable.
