SO FAR SO GOOD!! I have not yet received the braces but the initial visit was warm, welcoming, and very informative. My questions were answered, everything was explained, including what to expect, and how how to communicate with the providers in the future. The entire staff was calm and did not rush (wow!!). I am very glad that Carolina Smiles recommended them.

Grinz has been a great experience for my child. The staff are always friendly and professional. They recognize us and check us in as soon as we walk in the door. They made us feel comfortable and I really appreciate the glass wall so I can stay in the car but watch from outside to make sure my child is ok. Through an expander to braces and soon a retainer, the whole process has been painless and Grinz is always quick to answer all questions and concerns. I could complain that the seats inside aren’t that comfortable but I’m never in there long enough for it to bother me. Even with a full waiting room, they called patients back quickly and were more efficient than most dentist offices. So glad they were recommended to us.

Just started my 2nd child at Grinz today. They were awesome as always and Amber made all the paperwork and financial discussions a breeze. The staff is always so kind and sweet and today Amber made us laugh harder than anyone else in the office! I will always recommend Grinz because they are professional, affordable, and just all around AMAZING!

I ABSOLUTELY love the staff and service provided at Grinz! My 11 year old daughter and I are both patients and we have had the most pleasant experience. I have been so pleased that I have recommended several friends and family members. I can’t wait to see how our smile looks when our treatment is completed! ☺

I read testimonials prior to my visit so I would have an idea of what to expect. As soon as I was called back I was treated with undivided attention. Brittany was amazing at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. The consultation was quick and fun! They certainly bring about a confidence for everyone that comes into their facility. I did my consultation and braces in the same day in less than 2hrs. Highly recommend this facility!

Grinz Orthodontics in Greensboro is amazing!!!! The staff here is absolutely the best! Dr. Z took great care of me. I went in for a consultation and came home with braces the same day!! The entire visit was a great experience. My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner. I advise anyone in the area interested in orthodontia care to come here first. You will not be disappointed!

We use the asheboro location and everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. We never have to wait long during visits. The office is extremely clean and you can tell everyone cares about the patients. It is cost effective considering how much other places quoted and they work with you on a payment plan. I also felt very informed during our treatment evaluation of everything that needs to be done and was even shown examples so I would know the outcome to expect and how long. I Did not feel like they just wanted my money and to charge me for unnecessary things. They also give children incentives to have good oral hygiene.

If you or someone you know needs orthodontic work this is the place and the staff to take care of it. I can not say enough good about the staff and Dr. Z. Outstanding Team, Excellent Work, I Always love to go see them. They Are Great For A Smile ! Two Years Later, from the first review. My upper teeth and smile are better than I thought they would ever be. Dr.Z has continued to work with my stubborn lower teeth and looks to have it under control with my teeth coming into position. Highly satisfied with service from the moment I requested an appointment online, I got a call within 5 minutes while all other orthodontists never answered or called me back even after a couple of weeks waiting. Financing options made it easy for me go ahead and get my braces asap. They do great making additional time to get the braces put on the same day.

I came to this same office many years ago and I see some of the same faces now as I did then. I am bringing my daughter she is seeing a different orthodontics than I did, But one thing didn’t change we are ALWAYS welcomed with a smile from the crew! Everyone there is simply awesome always eager to help they stay busy but always take time to explain each procedure and upcoming steps. I know my daughter is getting the finest orthodontic care possible because Grinz Orthodontics and staff are the BEST.

I have been going to Grinz for 3 months now and I love it. Staff is friendly and great. There’s never a wait when I arrive to my appointment..Affordable payment plans as well as with insurance. I wish I would have known about them years ago. I’m 27 now and I’ve finally found the perfect orthodontist!!!! Highly recommended for any age.

I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service that is provided, Kendra is amazing she is always there to help me when different situations accrue with my braces, the whole staff is friendly and polite, making sure that I am comfortable and well taken care of. We go to their Greensboro office and we love them! They are super patient with my daughter in answering any questions she or myself may have, she’s been in braces for almost a year and everything has gone great so far! We look forward to our visits there and I’ll know where to send people if they are in need of an orthodontist! Thank you all for what you do!

I was amazed with the appearance of my teeth, due to I had a lot going on. Grinz has been right by myside all the way and with their team work I have came a long way with my braces. I got my braces off today and I really love the way my teeth look when I smile and talk to others. It has been a joy to be an patient with Grinz in Greensboro, NC and I just want to thank you all for taking me on as an patient back April of 2018.

This was the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had with an orthodontist from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out! &’ I’ve been to a couple trying to get the one best fit for me. Of course I was nervous but AMBER &’ Dr.Mills is literally the BEST. Amber made me very comfortable before my procedure. I love it here! 10/10 highly recommend!

All of the staff is so friendly and they make my son feel so comfortable being there. I now have braces due to watching them take exceptional care of my 10 year old when he was very nervous. I’ve had braces before but Dr. Z surpasses everyone that I ever did a consult with. Thanks Grinz!

I visited the Asheboro office with my daughter for a consultation. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. We did not wait more than five minutes before being called back. We were NOT put in a room and left to wait. Instead, the staff was working on my daughter’s consult every moment we were there. Once all the prep work was complete, we waited maybe two minutes before Dr. Zeihmer came in to go over everything. My daughter was very anxious and the staff all did their very best to put her at ease. It’s a bit early for her to begin treatment, yet Dr. Ziehmer spent time to discuss what is ahead. We will be going back for a follow up so he can reassess to see if she is ready to begin treatment. I was impressed with every aspect of our experience at this office!

I love this place. I have been taking two of my children here for a year. They have always been very helpful and kind. I never had braces so I was a little lost on what needs to happen and when but they have made this process easy. They accommodate me by seeing my kids at one appointment. I just yesterday was telling a friend about them while I was in the waiting room. She liked how clean it looked. I highly recommend this place.

I was nervous about getting braces as an adult. However, the staff at Grinz made me feel very comfortable about the process and helped me select the right option for orthodontia. Amber is amazing and made me feel at ease from the minute I walked in the door. I am excited about this process and am lucky to have a supportive doctor and staff who make me feel like family.

My Experience here has been more than AWESOME! The Staffing here is amazing, every visit im always treated with such care and I am always greeted with a smile. They stick to appointment times and they will not rush or treat patients like a number. I truly feel apart of the Grinz family.
