I have nothing but awesome things to say about Dr. G and everyone at the office. They are helpful, friendly and kind – and even my kiddos love it here! Just recently I had had some issues with my gums and had to go through gum therapy( – I never even knew I had a problem!) Alexis was amazing, and walked me through everything so I knew what was happening and what to expect. She was gentle and accommodating to my poor jaw (I have tmj and require lots of little breaks). Now I’m back on track and things look great. It’s really just a nice place to go. They’re genuinely honest, good people and that alone is worth the trip.

As somebody with a LOT of anxiety when it comes to dental work (due to previous bad experiences at different places) I have fallen in love with Gustafson Morningstar Dentistry. From the very first time I called to make my appointment until the time I left their office after my appointment today, every experience was pleasant. You leave there feeling very cared for, everybody takes their time, really considers your personal needs and makes you feel like family on day 1. Dr. Gustafson made me feel right at home. He was very careful and meticulous about getting the job done and he did it with ease. The thorough explanations he gives for the procedure is very helpful and doesn’t leave you with any uncertainties or worries. His assistant Robert put my anxiety at ease in the first five minutes with his super calm and attentive demeanor. The front desk experience was just as pleasant and accommodating. I seriously will not go anywhere else as long as I possibly can, and I cannot recommend this place enough! Best experience yet!

I first met Dr. Gustafson 20 years ago when he was caring for an elderly neighbor of mine. I was so impressed with his caring and compassion that I felt he would be a great dentist for me. I’ve had more dental work done than I care to admit over the years but I have always left his office overwhelmed by the professional, compassionate and friendly atmosphere Dr. Gustafson & Dr. Morningstar have created in their practice. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They have always worked with me when it came to paying off some of the more major procedures and are very reasonably priced. If there is an emergency after hours, Dr. Gustafson never hesitates to make sure things are taken care of. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind and comfort you feel after leaving his office. I am so grateful to have them right in my neighborhood but I would certainly travel as many miles as necessary to have them take care of any of my dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for since moving and absolutely love Dr. Gustafson and Dr. Morningstar! They definitely go out of their way to take care of patients. They do their best to fit you in when needed and they’re just super pleasant and gentle. I’ve been to some pretty bad offices where they tell you that you need a bunch of work done and end up have to get a second opinion. Also another bonus is they had the screwdriver or some part needed to tighten my implant that I got in Florida!

Took my toddler in for his first visit. It was, admittedly, a disaster, but not on the staff’s part. Everyone was very calm and kind even while he screamed and shouted and went into complete meltdown-mode. But the doctor was very patient and we were able to get through everything as easily as was possible with the rabid badger that had replaced my child.

If it were possible I’d give Dr.Gustafson a plethora of stars. Five stars doesn’t do him just. I’m very happy with his work. It took a few different dentist and a few different times to fix one of my molars. Finally Dr. Gustafson fixed it in ONE try. I was terrified to go to the dentist… and he changed my mindset completely. I rarely leave reviews but I thought it would help out another individual that experienced terrible dental situations and is in search of a SUPERB dentist. I am more than glad that I chose his dentistry and I can assure that you will as well 🙂 & the list goes on !!!… even the staff are phenomenal! Met Dr. Gustafson at Church and mentioned he was a dentist. My dentist had moved and the new dentist just wanted to drill and drill my teeth. My experience has been great, they did a comprehensive review of my dental health, showed me the root causes were for my decay and put me on a comprehensive plan to turn my teeth around. The new dentist at my old place never did the up-front work however wanted more out of pocket dollars than Dr. Gustafson. If the whole program is too expensive they will work with you on payments and your budget. The team he works with are good people who enjoy their work and seem to be having fun. Since I grew up in the 80’s the background music is a nice distraction too. Keep up the good work Dr. G.

I honestly don’t know why anyone would go somewhere else. Dr. Gustafson and the whole team is ultra focused on patient care and it shows. scheduling is easy and appointment times are convenient.I even left a message on a Friday when the office was closed and got a call back from the Dr on the weekend to schedule for Monday. Covid protocols are in place and followed. the Dr. is very concerned about your comfort and understanding , and that’s very important to me. always explains what’s going on , what to expect and what’s next. I highly recommend them!

I just went here for my first cleaning. All of the staff was incredibly nice. I was actually surprised at how friendly and welcoming they are. My communications with them were very comprehensive. Paperwork is available online to fill out before you get there. The website is easy to navigate. They remembered what I told them on the phone. They seem to have all up to date equipment. My cleaning went well. It was not painful, unlike some cleanings I have had. They also offer fluoride and in-between cleanings if you would like them for a reasonable price. I cannot really comment on the dentist, because I did not have any work done on my teeth.

I’m always a little nervous when going to the dentist. (Probably like a lot of people.) From the moment I made an appointment with Gustafson & Morningstar Denistry, I felt taken care off. They texted forms to complete, as well as reminders about the upcoming appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received the standard Covid questions, as well as instructions of what to do when I arrived. I was greeted by a welcoming nurse who took my temp and used a pulse oximeter on my finger. Every where I looked, the spotlessly clean office was using all the protocols for distancing and protection. The best part (and most important for me!) was the gentleness of the dental assistant and Dr. G. The numbing before a procedure was timely, and the moment I felt pain once the procedure started, I was given a shot (and even additional shots) that made the procedure almost painless! Dr. G told me I would feel a pinch when the shot was given, but I didn’t even feel that! I don’t have a high pain tolerance. The friendly and professional staff made my visit enjoyable, and they will be my dentists for life!!!

I chose this dentist because of the convenient location in relation to my house but I remain a patient here because they are GREAT! The office (especially during Covid) is very organized and clean. The employees at the front desk are so nice and helpful with checking in and checking out on the day of the appointment. And Dr. G is the best. I needed to find a dentist as I hadn’t been to one in a couple of years after moving away from home. Searching Yelp, Gustafson and Morningstar Dentistry were the highest rated one, and after reading a couple of reviews, I scheduled an appointment. I mainly spoke with Jill on the phone beforehand, and she was extremely helpful in carving out an appointment time that fit my schedule. They had to move that appointment eventually, however, they let me know more than a week in advance and re-scheduled to a time that still agreed with me. Miko was my dental hygienist and she was amazing. She goes above and beyond to make you actually feel welcome and really wants to get to know you. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and was insanely nice and well-prepared. I was surprised with how much a filling costs, however, after discussing with my insurance and Dr. Gustafson, it appears that my company’s delta dental plan does not cover normal fillings up to the 80% that they claim. I had multiple conversations with Jill and the doctor, and they worked with me to really explain why it costs what it costs, without getting upset with me asking so many questions. Everyone I’ve met at the office seems friendly and they do actually care if all of your needs are being met. I’m going to continue going to them every 6 months and I’d absolutely recommend them.

What a wonderful experience! It is not often that you find a dental practice that you enjoying going to. But Gustafson and Morningstar Dentistry is one of them! In fact I truly enjoy going to the dentist, I know weird but once you go there you will want to visit all the time! The staff is very professional and courteous. The dentists are wonderful, know their stuff, polite, and just fun to be around. I can’t imagine going to another office! I came to Dr. G’s because of a negative experience with another dentist. I had a filling replaced, and my previous dentist did not do a good job. I was frustrated and in constant pain. Dr. G’s staff was extremely friendly and informative. Everyone took my concerns seriously and told me exactly what my options were. When I saw Dr. G, he clearly explained what had happened at the previous dentist, and what he was going to do to solve the issue. After carefully correcting my bite, he also walked me through other options that could be taken if this treatment wasn’t a lasting solution. (It was.) Then he talked about Star Wars, and I thought that was cool. Needless to say, I’ve found a new dentist. Big thanks to Dr. G. and his staff.

I found Gustafson Morningstar dentistry after doing a google search for laser treatment for cold sores/canker sores. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and they were able to fit me in the next day. The staff are lovely, care about your dental health and take the time to explain the different procedures. Since moving countries, Id had a bad experience with a dentist in Farmington and I was worried about what would happen with this place. But as recommended by a friend, Gustafson and Morningstar took great care of me and made the experience a good one. My mother is a dental assistant and I know what to look for in a dentist, and these guys do it right. I will be taking my family there for sure. My only recommendation is to make sure you tell them what you want and don’t want. For example: my insurance didn’t cover the fluoride which they told me upfront so I had the choice to get it or not.
