There is absolutely no one better than Dr. Mangia. He is an extremely knowledgeable dentist who cares very much for his patients. He always does the right thing. He has been my dentist for over 20 years, and I would never go to anyone else. He also takes care of my 94-year old mother. He is a kind, very good man. His office staff is the BEST! Pam is on top of everything, she is extremely efficient and very caring. Carrie is a terrific dental assistant and Monica, my hygienist is amazing, the best ever!. You can’t go wrong here, this office is highly professional. One other thing, the office is beautifully decorated and you have a nice view from any dental seat. I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Mangia as my dentist.

I had always had great teeth my whole life until I hit my 50’s. I needed crowns, implants, you name it, and of course my dentist had retired and I felt lost. A friend recommended that I come in to Dr. Mangia and let him survey all of my issues and go from there. (OK so my friend is Pam who was his office manager for over 20 years! I guess its also a good place to work!) SO, Dr. Mangia’s expertise, patience, steady hands, and a great listener to my needs, well I had him make over my entire mouth! It was time being 59 now and let’s face it, I look my best if you stand me on my head- Everything goes back to where it started!! So now that I have my new mouth I have my confidence back and I’m getting compliments on my smile once again. YEAH! Oh and I must add, all of the skilled technicians in the office are also top notch with sparkling personalities. Oh one last thing, while Dr. Mangia was busy with my teeth I fell asleep! How embarrassing but thats how comfortable and confident I felt in their hands. Obviously I can’t say enough about his expertise. My mouth looks so great now that I even ended up with before and after photos hung on the office wall ! So make your appointment NOW. And while your there ask to see my photos on the wall ! I, my family and friends have been patients of Dr Mangia’s for over 20 years! He has the most up to date technology, a beautiful office, the building is located in a great area with access to parking both paid and free street availability. Now on to Dr Mangia… his professionalism, knowledge and chair-side manner is incredible, he truly cares about his patients, he is patient with the dental phobic(like me), you will never find a better place for your dental care. The hygienists, Monica,Naz and Osvanna are all amazing. The assistants Carrie and Adriana make your visit fun and enjoyable. Evelyn know her stuff and you will definately be taken care of the minute she greets you when you walk into the office!

On December 8th, 2014, a huge molar in the back of my mouth erupted with a massive infection that had been building undetected for a while. Obviously I was in tremendous pain. I called Dr. Mangia’s office to see if I could get some emergency help. When I got there, the entire staff was so kind and attentive it made a real difference in what could have been a horrible experience. Dr. Mangia spent the time with me to explain exactly what the situation was and what needed to happen. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life; this one is by far one of the best I can ever remember. He was warm and concerned and spent time with me afterward talking for a bit; he gave me as much information as he could think of and asked if I had any questions. He also personally called a few hours later – as medically prescribed – to check on my condition. This is not just mere competence and courtesy: this entire staff exhibited a level of CARE that I have not seen in a while. The work was nearly painless; Dr. Mangia is using what is obviously state of the art technology and using it with real expertise. He has also chosen his staff very well and that matters to me when in pain and in medical need. I can truly give them my highest recommendation.

Hands down, best dental experience in my 43 years!!!! I was an HMO dental person for the last 18 years…it’s all I knew! When I had a deeper issue,,,I was sent ‘out’ to even worse dentists, recommendations. Finally, I asked a friend for a referral. He had just ‘heard’ great things about Dr. M. He was right. First, I initially needed a reference to see an oral surgeon. Pam @ the office hooked me up. Because she was so nice, I decided to have them look at my teeth for a basic exam. My experience was truly and sincerely EYE opening. Yikes, I had no idea what was going on in my mouth! My teeth are not great, never hv been. I’ve been with them for about 7 months now. I’m getting everything fixed, old cavities replaced and on and on. They work with your budget. I’ve had to space it out. So comforting, reassuring. DR MANGIA gives you undivided attention, explains everything at length and is just….a nice person. Love them all. Whole office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mangia for about 15+ years by referral. Now I refer my friends and family. It is a great experience overall; from scheduling, the actual procedure(s), and review of the health of my teeth… love seeing my teeth on the monitor! They were the first to check for cancer in my mouth. I get reminders of my appointments via email and can make payments online. The staff is totally awesome! Make an appointment, you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Dr. Mangia for at least 12 years now and can strongly state that he and his staff are not only professional in every respect but also cordial and respectful of their clients. His work is stellar, as are his hygienists. This morning I called to get an appointment to fix a broken tooth from last night. They got me in by 2pm and spent two hours to do the repair. Now that is amazing that they rearranged their schedule to accommodate my immediate needs.

I came to this office with a sore tooth that was sensitive to cold and rather than suggesting an immediate extraction, Dr. Mangia quickly determined that it was caused by some small, exposed nerve ending which he quickly and painlessly treated. I was so relieved to have found a simple solution that saved my tooth. I think another dentist might have pushed for extraction so I am very grateful I came to Dr. Mangia. I returned for him to make an extra partial denture for me in case I would lose or damage my original one. He did a great job with it so I recommend him to Yelpers for dental prostheses. He later took care of two cavities by filling them and the teeth have not given me any problems since. Dr. Mangia has a unique numbing needle that really makes you feel no pain. It is attached to a thin tube connected to a bottle of anesthetic. It is an amazing device. I highly recommend Dr. Mangia for anyone like me who is avoiding having their teeth cared for because they are afraid of pain. Dr. Mangia is extremely competent and professional, as is his entire staff.

I went to Dr. Mangia for the first time earlier this year. I had a very bad situation with a bridge that had been put in last year by a Beverly Hills dentist and had become seriously infected. After examining the infected bridge, Dr. Mangia spent well over an hour with me discussing the situation, explaining my options, giving me his recommendations, providing me with information and answering any and all my questions. The end result was that Dr. Mangia installed an implant, which is just great. Dr, Mangia is very skillful, but very gentle. He also did an extensive examination of my teeth, jaw, etc. I was very impressed and recently returned for a cleaning. The hygienist was also very gentle and did a great job. The other staff members I met were also polite and considerate. I will continue to see Dr. Mangia. I noted one negative review re billing and selling practices. I have not experienced anything like that. Dr. Mangia’s fees are in line with other dentists. A patient should always ask for complete information as to why a procedure is required, and the cost of the procedure before making an appointment to have it done. The Doctor is concerned about patient welfare and proper dental care. The office staff will provide information as to cost and payment options with regard to any recommended treatment – just ask. Don’t make an appointment without obtaining all the information you need, including the cost. If you forget or have concerns after leaving the office, call them and they will be happy to explain.

My visit was impromptu as I did not have an appointment when I called in with my questions and need. Dr. Mangia was able to work me into his short week holiday schedule to see what was going on with me. His staff went up and above to accommodate as well. Not only did Dr. Mangia address my need, he performed up and beyond to make sure I was ok, and back up ready to go before I left. Additionally, Dr. Mangia and his Staff helped me to take steps to better prepare myself with an affordable back up plan so I wont find myself in the same position in the future. I feel well taken care of with support, compassion, fair affordability, and a friendly happy accommodating experience with Dr. Mangia and his staff. I am hopeful this will be shared with others so they too can have a outstanding experience as I have with Dr. Mangia and his excellent staff.
