I wrote a review about Dr. Roberts about 9 months ago and I don’t remember the doctor’s name, but he was great. I thought Dr. Roberts was the name of a doctor who is never in the office because he is too busy to be there. Well, the last few times I went to get dental work done guess who performed the procedure? Dr. Roberts. It was great to meet him. Not only that, he is really good at what he does. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentist’s but I’ll tell you. He is really good at what he does. He’s is very nice and professional. He makes me feel comfortable and I trust him. His Dental assistant ” Mel” knows my situation. She assured me a long time ago that I would be ok. I’m not scared any more because of the confidence Mel gives me and the really good work Dr. Roberts does. To be honest, I was still a little shy about having to go to the dentist again today but seeing Mel there made me feel more comfortable. She is an awesome person. She cares. That makes a difference with me. I know this is a long review but it has to be told. I saw an old friend as he was leaving and I was coming in. Long time no see. He said he has been coming to Dr. Roberts office for 20 years. Says he’s a really good person. He’ll work with you. I don’t care where I am. I will always trust Dr. Roberts from now on. Take it from a guy who was scared to death about going to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. The atmosphere is really nice. The place is clean and organized and the people who work there are really good people. Good music in the background . I love it!!! I got to see Fallon this visit. She is the Dental Hygienist there at Dr. Robert’s office. She’s very upbeat and down to earth. That means honesty to me. Been lied to in the past. She is the most. Lol. Can I tell you the truth? I couldn’t make an appointment with my regular dentist “The dentist from hell” and it was an emergency. Long story short. Dr. Roberts was available. I made an appointment with him and I never looked back. My friend has been going to see Dr. Roberts for 20 years. You’ll see my smileing face walking through the door from now on. I know reviews are ment to be short and sweet. There is a story to be told about my experience with Dr. Roberts and his professional Dental team. His dental assistant Mel gave me the confidence and Dr. Roberts did the rest. Thank you all for making my experience a good one. There’s a story to be told about the Dental Hygienist Fallon. I’ll do that at a different time. I guess in too old to be scared to got to the dentist but the work Fallon, Mel, and Dr. Roberts do, ( In My Arnold Schwarzenegger Voice ) “I’ll be back” For sure.

After visiting this office for a cleaning, I honestly feel like every dentist I’ve ever been to before was ripping me off. Usually after a cleaning, the back of my lower front teeth have this rough feeling, but now it’s like touching my tongue to marble. I cant believe it. And, it was one of his assistant dentists, Ivy I think her name was, so however he’s training these people, they do the best job above and beyond what I even expected. Extremely professional setting, and they gave me a lot of information I never knew. I definitely learned a lot, not the usual end of cleaning speech but real information about my specific teeth and what the images they take actually tell them about my gum health and enamel. It was really cool stuff to learn. They raise the bar to a whole new le

Ive been going to Dr. Roberts for almost 20 years. He does a great job, he is honest, and he always does all he can do to save a tooth. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Rhonda and Mel and all the other employees always make me feel welcome. Also, they have been very willing to work with me regarding payments over the years. I still don’t really enjoy dental visits, but Dr. Roberts is the best dentist I have ever encountered. Oh yeah, the free parking is very convenient.

I took Yelp reviews seriously, narrowed down my choice of dentists and then picked Dr. Guy Roberts. I am very happy with my decision. I wanted a warm, professional, down to earth place where I didn’t have 5 x-rays taken every time I walked in the door. I found it! I’m in total agreement with other yelpers who say that it’s a professional office with a nice aesthetic that isn’t super fancy. I had a friend tell me that her dentist gives a paraffin hand wax when she visits. Wow. Makes me want to get a manicure, but I (personal preference) don’t want that from my dentist. I’d rather have the money spent on great dental assistants – which they have at this office! On my first visit (I had broken a tooth), they took a look at the tooth and took ONE x-ray. Did I need it filed down before I left? Did I have any other issues I wanted to ask about? It was great. I felt like the focus was on what I wanted to address. Yay! Also, I’ve been at offices where I was waiting for long periods while I sat in the chair. That hasn’t been my experience here at all. I don’t feel rushed, but I don’t feel forgotten, either. Unfortunately, I don’t have dental insurance. Money can be an uncomfortable topic, but Rhonda was lovely and we setup a payment plan that works for me. I’m so glad I took my time reading Yelp reviews. I found just the right dentist for me. [Extra points for free customer parking!]

Dr. Roberts has not only put in three gold crowns, two front caps that look and feel great, and a nightguard. He is a very gentle and reassuring, has a great sense of humor. His staff have always been right on insurance issues. All this dental work in three months, a git ‘er done dentistry practice! I am a very satisfied patient!

Okay, I registered for Yelp just to add my 5 star review for Dr. Roberts and his staff. I moved to Seattle a year and a half ago and had been putting off finding a new dentist because I’m a complete wuss when it comes to pain. A tooth started bothering me so I made an appointment. Sure enough, I needed a good cleaning and had 3 deep cavities, one tooth that seemed destined for a root canal and two that were pretty iffy. I informed the receptionist (Rhonda–a lifesaver) that I was moving back to the northeast at the end of the month and needed appointments as soon as possible. Everyone in the office found the time to take care of my dental work within a couple of weeks. Dr. Roberts was committed to avoiding root canals if possible and managed to see me through with just fillings. (I am a particular wuss when it comes to needles and the technique they use is painless. Topical, followed by very gentle use of a small gauge needle, and then because my cavities were deep, a larger gauge only when I was fully numb–at least I think this is what happened, I had my eyes shut most of the time.) My cleaning and my fillings were painless and as stress free as possible. These guys are great. Friendly, professional, accommodating. (I should also mention I don’t have dental insurance and they offered nice discounts on their fees because I was self-pay). Don’t put off seeing the dentist, see these guys. I sure am going to miss them when I move back to NY.

A friend referred me to Dr. Roberts after my former dentist (who worked on my teeth for 25 years!) retired. First of all, the office is very peaceful and soothing. While you’re waiting for the lidocaine to kick in you can lie back and gaze at trees and shrubs in a beatifully landscaped area outside. On my first visit I was thrilled to be briefly reunited with the incomparable Zoe, who had cleaned my teeth way back in ancient times when she worked for my old dentist. Although she has since retired, it was very nice to see her again. Rhonda at the front desk keeps everything running on a even keel, and the entire staff is equally welcoming and kind. As for Dr. Roberts, he is only dentist I have ever known who apologizes for causing even the tiniest bit of discomfort. As a dental wimp, I need my dentist to be willing to do what it takes to spare me even a twinge of pain. I recently experienced the sudden onset of tooth pain so intense it woke me up from my sleep. I called Rhonda the next day, and to my astonishment she said, “Can you get over here in 15 minutes?” Think about it–when have you ever been able to have a doc or a dentist see you in 15 minutes????? I have waited in various ERs much longer than that! Dr. Roberts is very good at what he does, laughs at my rather bad jokes and hangs cool art on the walls. He is quite arguably the best dentist in Seattle.
★★★★★
I went for my first cleaning at his practice today. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in three years (shame on me), but luckily everything was fine. Dr. Roberts and his staff were very positive and encouraged me to improve my habits without even the slightest bit of judgement or shame. I will definitely be going back.
★★★★★
Dr. Roberts has a top notch practice! He makes going to the dentist much less traumatic. From the desensitization rinse prior to my cleaning to the Bose noise reducing headphones connected to HIS iPod that he had me wear while he filled a couple cavities, he has every detail thought out. He truly cares about patient comfort.

I was in town, traveling through and broke off a tooth. I was referred by a work buddy and he told Me he was the man to see. Can I tell you something. He is AMAZING!!! I wasn’t even able to finish explain my emergence on the phone and the lady on the phone replied; oh, just come in right now. I arrived and was taken care of in minutes while there was 2 more patients in the waiting room. The doctor was nice, very informative and caring, I felt in Very Good hands the whole time. This Doctor ROCKS! He’s THE Rock-doctor Dentist. Thank you for everything.

I use to be very nervous about going to the dentist. After a few visits I found that Dr. Guy is committed to doing an outstanding job. First of all he cares about you as a person. He makes you feel comfortable with a hand shake and a huge smile. After a nice conversation he gets down to business. He explains to you step by step whats going to happen. The next thing you know you’re all done. “No Pain” He takes his time and does a wonderful job. His assistant Rhonda is awesome too. They make you feel like family. I have been going there for a couple of years now and I’m more than happy with the service and the way they treat you. The receptionist are very nice and polite. Thank you Dr. Guy and Rhonda. I appreciate you’re service.

I’ve been going to Dr. Roberts for over 10 years and wouldn’t trust my teeth to anyone else. He’s personable, has a great deal of integrity and won’t sell you on work you absolutely don’t need done. I used to live in the neighborhood and have since moved much farther afield, but still come back to Dr. Roberts for my dental care. I know I am in great, trustworthy hands. To top it off: His staff is friendly and helpful with minimal turnover. Highly recommended!

So I will start out by saying that I have a big fear of the dentist. I went in a couple weekend ago for a cleaning that was long over due… I googled dentist in the Seattle area that work well with people who have a fear of the dentist. I honestly didn’t care if I had to drive a little ways from Burien as long as they would help with my fear. I ended up going to Dr. Guy F. Roberts in downtown Seattle and I was so impressed with his staff and Dr. Roberts. When I left my cleaning I planned on seeing him in the future! This morning I walked out to get the mail and open a little envelope from his office. Inside I found a small note welcoming me to his office along with a Starbucks gift card. This put a smile on my face and it let me know I made the right choice for my future dentist. Something as small as the hand written note would have done but adding the Starbucks card just made it that much sweeter.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Roberts for several years after an awful experience with our first Seattle dentist (Jonathan Su at Ballard Family Dentistry). The difference is like night and day, to use a tired cliche. They send us Coffee Gift Cards for being new customers, and a little rose plant was even delivered to our house for referring others to his practice. Very sweet and unexpected! Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the dentist. is effortlessly professional. Appointments are handled via email (easy and efficient!), Dr. Roberts is charming (without being gushy or phony) and very competent. I just feel completely at ease, like I’m in good hands, with this office, whether it’s billing, making appointments, cleanings, or dental work. I was once almost half an hour late because of unusually horrible traffic and they were very nice and forgiving. Many practices would have charged me and rescheduled. Another plus; Dr. Roberts, unlike our previous dentist, doesn’t appear to look in your mouth with dollar signs glistening in his eyes. He does not recommend any procedures or devices that are unnecessary. Quite the opposite, he “keeps an eye” on potential problem areas until work is needed. Highly recommend – wish I could give more than 5 stars!
★★★★★
So I actually decided to go see Dr Roberts in spite of the fact that they’re not in network with my dental insurance, based off of Yelp reviews alone. That, and I figured a dental cleaning wouldn’t be too expensive anyway, so it was worth a shot in order to find a great dentist here. And I have to echo the sentiments of many others here: friendly doctor and staff, inexpensive (the cleaning only went about $9 over the limit my insurance covered for out of network dentists), and one of the gentlest cleanings I’ve had to date. The Starbucks gift card that I got a week later in the mail was also a nice thank you gift. For those in wheelchairs, the office is a bit of a hassle to get into if you’re driving and want to park in their garage. Just give them a call though and one of those friendly nurses will come down and lead the way up through the elevators into their office.
★★★★★
Dr. Roberts and his staff have provided me with the best dental experience ever. Not only do they have decent magazines (not that I’ve ever had to wait for long) but they are dead quick and Dr. Roberts has some special method of numbing my mouth that allows me to leave without that horrible, swollen, slack-face that I used to have when leaving the dentist after a filling. You can totally go shopping afterwords without feeling like an alien. Dr. Roberts is just a really nice guy. He actually cares, and could sense that I had the dental jitters, so he gave me an ipod to listen to so I wouldn’t have to hear the drill. Better yet, the man has great and varied musical taste. He has mastered the gentle balance of funny kind guy, fused with the utmost level of professionalism. After avoiding the dentist for several years, I was up for a root canal. He decided to try to save my tooth even though it was a much less expensive procedure, and he was successful. As odd as it may sound, I don’t think he’s in it for the money, he’s in it for your dental health. The rest of the staff gets kudos as well. They remember you and are kind and patient. They are like friends I never knew I had. To make matters better, they have a parking garage so there is no parking anxiety. If I could give Dr. Roberts 50 stars, I would. Good people. Good experience.

Five stars? For a dentist?? Hell yes for a dentist. Dr. Roberts and his staff provide what can only be described as a utopian dental ideal in which tuskular work is no longer a thing of dread and the butt of cruel jokes. I’ve been slow about getting a dentist since moving here, but after a year and a half I figured my pearly not-so-whites needed a quick glance. Dr. Roberts was the first dentist I called and they slotted me in four days later! So I show up to their exceedingly comfortable office, get taken care of by the super-friendly receptionist, and within a few minutes I’m in getting x-rays and then a full on cleaning. By far the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever been given. Ever had a dentist that actually explained what they were doing just because, hey, you were curious? It’s a good thing I went when I did. I must have been lazy once and today I needed a filling. But hey, no problem! Instead of making another appointment they just laid me back down and popped that sucker in. Consider my mind blown. Dr. Roberts himself is very warm but comes across as nicely professional as well. The same can be said for all the staff I interacted with. So my search for dental satisfaction is over, I’m sticking with these guys.

Dr. Roberts is a great dentist with a great personality, and it is unfortunate that a woman who answers his phone does not represent him as the man he is. Her ability is limited to making an appointment, canceling an appointment, and accepting payment for a bill. However, if you pose a problem for her to solve, she becomes anxious and her voice takes on a hard edge. If you restate the question to give her time to reconsider, she barks to emphasize that she is challenged beyond her pay grade and that she wants the conversation to end. I first experienced this lack of professionalism two or three months ago. I thought perhaps I called on an off day. However, having had an identical experience yesterday, I now know this is typical of her behavior. On the first occasion when I asked to speak to Rhonda, she told me that Rhonda now comes to the office seldom. When I asked to speak with Dr. Roberts, she told me he was unavailable and her voice took on an edge indicating that if I didn’t bring the conversation to a quick end, she would. For many years I looked forward to calling Dr. Roberts’ office and speaking to Rhonda who dealt professionally and resourcefully with any problem you threw at her. Now, if I call his office I run the risk having to deal with the emotional breakdown his employee has because of her ability is limited to making an appointment, canceling an appointment, and accepting payment for a bill and who doesn’t want to make a referral to somebody else in the office because it would disclose her limitations.

Recently moved to Seattle and so glad we found Dr. Roberts’ practice. My husband had a dental emergency over the weekend and I called a few offices nearby to try to get him an appointment. Dr. Roberts’ office called us back early Monday morning and was able to see him immediately. They have been professional, caring and very informational when communicating and treating us. We both now have gone in for cleanings which were very thorough as well as gentle. The Dentists, Hygienists & staff have all been exceptional. Glad we have found a wonderful practice.

I have only been in Seattle for 1 year. Moved from Los Angeles. I had the same dentist for more than 15 years. A total of 2 my whole life and I’m so impressed with Dr. Roberts. I was so worried to go to a new dentist and my good friend referred Dr. Roberts to me. I feel very good about him and the professionalism of this office. I think I have found someone I can feel safe with in the Northwest. What a relief.

Hands down amazing! We were in Seattle, ready to depart on an Alaskan cruise. On 6/17/19, during breakfast, my husband broke his molar and clearly needed immediate help. We were BLESSED to have found Dr. Roberts. WOW….I don’t know that there are words to describe this dentist office. Kind, compassionate, sense of urgency and understanding – overall outstanding. Dr. Roberts and all of the staff there are the nicest you will meet. When I called in and started to explain what had happened, I had asked for a time to come in. They immediately said “head on over, we will get you in” and they weren’t kidding. We walked in, spent a short time on basic paperwork and BOOM, he was back getting an xray and talking with Doc. I could write on and on but I think you get it. If you need someone urgently or need someone for you or your family’s dental needs – this is the office to go too. THANK YOU

Simply the best! I’ve been going to Dr. Roberts for over 20 years (his office is right across the street from my apartment!), and I pray that he never retires; I don’t know what I’d do without him. I am now 74 years old, and Dr. Roberts ‘understands’ my concern that I don’t want to have to get dentures. He has (so far) been able to work miracles with what’s left of my teeth, thus staving off the ‘inevitable’ for several more years! I am grateful! His bedside manner is delightful: upbeat and friendly, making a sometimes ‘scary’ visit almost FUN! They even have a process to ‘dull’ your gums while doing a routine cleaning, lowering the stress level considerably. The office staff are all friendly and efficient. Free parking underneath his office. Ed H. Capitol Hill, Seattle

Dr. Roberts and his staff are wonderful. He has been my dentist for about seven years. I return to him year after year because he treats me with respect, explains each procedure, and does a great and thorough job every time. He and his staff are straightforward and honest about my dental needs, and (this sounds dramatic, but it is true) changed the course of my life. About six years ago one of the dental hygienists (Zoe, perhaps) told me that I would always need a job with good dental benefits since due to the condition of my teeth I would need lots of dental work over the course of my life. Was she right? Absolutely! Did I have that kind of a job? Nope–not even close! This realistic piece of advice stuck in my head and was the impetus I needed to return to school and finish my Bachelor’s Degree. Next Spring I will graduate with a Masters Degree in accounting, I mention this story because I believe it showcases what other reviewers have brought up: that Dr. Roberts and his staff really care about your personal well being and health. I can’t say enough good things about the people in this office.

I called Dr. Roberts’ office in a panic because I needed a cleaning and x-rays for my Peace Corps application. Unfortunately, I had no insurance coverage, had just graduated from college, and was only employed part-time. The women in the office were really understanding. They got me in right away, completed all of the necessary paperwork, and were very friendly. I had the most thorough cleaning of my life, and it was pain free! Dr. Roberts was nice, calm, patient, and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I actually visited Dr. Guy’s office several months ago, but I am still basking in how wonderful of a dentist experience it was!!! I was new to the area and selected his office on a whim because it was in my neighborhood, but I was so impressed by how friendly the hygenists and the dentists were, and the experience was so efficient and painless! This is hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had, and I must admit . . . . I am looking forward to my next cleaning!!

I was never really satisfied with the experiences I had had with dentists and dentistry before I moved to Seattle, but fortunately I lucked out when I scheduled a first-time appointment at the closest place to my home. When I was younger I didn’t take care of my teeth, so in the past I’ve always been a little bit nervous about checkups and appointments at dentists — but not so much anymore. Doctor Roberts is friendly and speaking with him puts me at ease about whatever problems I have going on, rather than feeling embarrassed or something. I feel like I always have a good understanding of what the problem (or lack of a problem) is, and what the options for dealing with it are. I’ve never felt at all like I was being sold on procedures that aren’t strictly necessary — I think he is pleasantly conservative about procedures. I am always able to schedule appointments and follow ups easily, and occasionally something that might take multiple visits can get condensed into one longer appointment if they have the time and ability to do so. The hygienists and office staff are also helpful and nice for interact with. Going to the dentist doesn’t fill me with dread anymore

Was looking for a dentist in the Capitol Hill area and found Dr. Roberts. I decided to visit his office for a cleaning because it was close by and the hours worked for me. My first visit was a cleaning. The dental hygienest Ivy was very thorough and gentle. It was the longest dental cleaning that I have recieved but I didn’t mind because I felt that Ivy was very precise. Dr. Ko was the one who examined the X-ray and was the first dentist to pick up a cavity between a problem area that I have had for years. In the past, my other dentists would say that there was nothing wrong, however, my floss would catch in the area and I was suspicious that there was a cavity. Since the image quality at the office is pretty good and they take the time to align the X-ray, Dr. Ko was able to see the interproximal regions well and was able to diagnose the cavity accurately. On my second visit, I had my fillings done by Dr. Roberts. Dr. Roberts took the time to go over the films before deciding if fillings were needed. I ended up having only two cavities filled and a few watch and wait areas. I really appreciate his time and honesty. The reason Dr. Roberts gets 5 stars is because of his technique for the filling. First off his lidocaine block was gentle and targeted the nerve needed to numb the lower jaw. The solution did not burn because he properly added the topical gel first and he advanced the needle slowly unlike other dentist that often scrape the bone with the tip of the needle. Secondly, after noticing that one of the cavities was deep, he added glass ionomer and layered the resin to prevent sensitivity later on. The layering of the resin is greatly appreciated and prevents bulk expansion during thermocycling (drinking hot and cold fluids) which can increase temperature sensitivity. In addition, he gently placed the metal matrices between my teeth instead of jamming them in like other dentists have done. He made sure the resin was properly cured and that the surface was dry before placing the filling. Theses tiny details were not unnoticed. I went home and flossed my teeth where the fillings are and there are no overhangs and he left the perfect amount of space. Why did I spend the time to write a long review? Because many people do not know what they should expect when they go to a dentist for a procedure. To be honest, while being friendly and warm is important for many people, I just want dental work that can stand the test of time since a cracked tooth or a failed filling is a total bummer (its an added bonus that everyone in the office is super nice!). We’ll see how the filling holds up but I am pretty optimistic. Just went home and drank a cold beverage. No teeth sensitivity for now!
★★★★★
I’m so picky about dentists that I used to fly 2000 miles once a year to visit the dentist I used growing up just to make sure he approved of whatever my other local dentist was telling me. Clearly I have trust issues here with my teeth. And I am very happy to say that I don’t need to fly anymore. Guy is, well…a great guy. His staff is great, efficient, and friendly. They are good at what they do and have a good time doing it. I had my first crown done last week and couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve been going to Dr. Roberts for a few years now, and couldn’t be happier. The folks who work there are helpful and pleasant, the practice is ethical, the office is cheery and bright and the rooms have big windows, there’s parking (tough to find on Capitol Hill!), and Dr. Roberts himself is an excellent dentist. The other dentist I’ve met there is great too. I trust them and plan to stay a patient as long as I live here!

I was interested in finding a dentist who appeared to have a practice sensitive to patients’ fears and concerns. His website looked promising and so I made an appointment for a consultation. While doing a brief inspection of my teeth, he identified a concern and took an x-ray. He found Immediate work to avoid an inevitable root canal to be necessary. He communicated the situation very clearly and offered the opportunity for doing the work right then. It was a success. I was very impressed with both his and his assistant’s communication and their quick action in the midst of their schedule. A first class operation for sure.
★★★★★
I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, made an appointment for a cleaning. They found a couple little cavities, but also were concerned about my gum health and the buildup under them so they suggested a deep clean. They pushed down some of the tissue to show me and even as a layman I agreed. Deep cleans are not a pleasant experience; they’re split into 2 sessions (one for each side of your mouth) spanning about 2 hours each. I had a vagal response to one of the shots each time I was in — one of the shots needs to hit a nerve tree — and the hygienist was very helpful in getting me through it. Both of my cavity fillings were super quick since my mouth was already numb. I had to wait about 10 minutes between the second half of my deep clean and a cavity filling and they gave me a Starbucks gift card for being patient.

Let’s be honest. No one likes going to the dentist. I am especially nervous and creeped out by anything having to do with teeth so the dentist can be a terrifying experience for me. Here, although it’s still hard for me, it is better than most places. I have been to this office a couple times. I’ve had a cleaning, a filling and a crown here. Everyone in this office from the administrative front desk person to the dental hygienists and the dentists are all super friendly. They are not into up-selling you like so many other dental offices are. I don’t have dental insurance so I pay out of pocket for everything and they have been so kind to me about that. They have done everything they could to make me as whole as possible without bankrupting me. I found them on Yelp and I agree with all the reviews. Dr. Roberts office is the best dental office I’ve been to since my pediatric dentist.

Yes. Go here. I’ve been having some mysterious tooth pain, and when I couldn’t take it anymore, I called Dr. Roberts’ office to see if I could get an appointment. When I explained that the pain was bad enough to wake me up at night, the receptionist insisted that I had to come in that day. When I informed them that I didn’t have dental insurance, they said they’d do everything as inexpensively as possible. Well, they x-rayed the tooth, filed it, and talked to me about my future options. $26. They could have easily charged several hundred dollars for my visit. The staff was amazingly friendly… really, it couldn’t have been more pleasant. The office can be kind of difficult to find. It’s right next to 506 Howell — you have to go up the concrete steps to get to their office.

I went to this place because it was the highest ranked dentist in Seattle on yelp. I was not disappointed. I’ve had an ugly crown on a canine since I had a root canal at 18 and decided it was time to fix up my smile. I had 2 crowns done and a bridge for a total of like 5 crowns. I randomly hit a lot of off days where other doctors come in to work so coincidently I had all 3 doctors who work at this establishment work on my teeth. (one comes once or twice a week and the other comes a couple times a month?) They were all fantastic dentists who worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted. Around Christmas time I got a delivery at my apt, someone had delivered me a house plant! Of all people it was my new f’n dentist office who sent it to me! I was stoked, what other dentist just sends you flowers?! As soon as they saw I was a MS employee they basically dropped all questioned and sat me down in the chair, they know the softie insurance is good for it so they don’t hassle you at all. It was pretty awesome! They allowed me to break up my payments with them over 4 months which helped out a lot since I had such expensive work done (5 crowns!) Highly recommended.
