My fiance and I have been going to herald square dental practice for about 4 years and have received excellent dental care. My fiance always gets her 6 month cleaning and me with my bad teeth i always get my six month cavity filled 🙂 We really appreciate that this practice consists of several dental specialties so we don’t have to obtain dental services outside of this practice. I have been going to Hadley family dentistry for several years and would not want to go anywhere else. Dr. Hadley does excellent work and I trust him to do what needs to be done without running up my bill for things that are not absolutely necessary. My fist time going here and it was a pleasant experience. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming. The hygienists was very welcoming and nice easy to talk to. She explain everything very well. They have small screens in front of the chair so u can watch TV while you get work done also so they can show you the x-rays. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The dentist came in after my cleaning and did a check up and explained my x-rays and recommendations for work that needs to be done. I love dentist that explain to you what they see and suggestions on how to take care of your teeth correctly. I’ve had dentist in the past that didn’t explain my x-rays and didn’t address the issue I would bring up. I am so glad to have found this place I’m happy with their service and will continue to go there and recomend this place.

I was in town for business when a dental emergency occurred. I found Hadley Family Dental via Yelp, and had positive reviews. I called early in the morning, and they were able to fit me in that same morning. Receptionists were friendly, called several times with different question, and they were glad to answer them all. I met with the dentist prior to work being done, and he was friendly and easy to talk to. The process went smoothly and no pain. I was provided a recommendation to follow up with my personal dentist. Overall, I was pleased with the service, friendliness, professionalism shown before and during my visit, and most importantly they were able to see me the same day. This dentistry has great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and prices that are comparable to other local dentists. I had a root canal done recently and they did a great job. Their customer service and professionalism was second to none. Taking a quick tour of the place I thought they may be an expensive place since they had a decent size staff, everything appeared new, and they had amenities such as little cable televisions for each patient chair. I compared their price to another dentist that did not have as nice a practice and they were the same. I am not looking forward to having any more teeth issues, but if I do, I’m glad to have this practice to go to.

Been going to Dr. Hadley for over 11 years and have always had a good experience. Know it is hard to have a GOOD experience at the Dentist but Dr. Hadley and his staff do everything they can to make it as painless as possible. Dr. Hadley is very personable and seems very interested and concerned about my needs. I see and have received all of the advertising of the corporate chains that have popped up but Dr. Hadley seems like my friend that I can trust and rely on. Today I was having some tooth difficultly so I called his office. He got me in that afternoon and fixed my problem.

I have been going to Hadley Family Dentistry for a number of years. I have never had my blood pressure checked at any Dentist Office before , or had any Health issue’s in the past. However on my last Appt. in Dec.of 2020 the staff checked my blood pressure before any work had begun.My blood pressure was higher then normal and was rechecked a few minutes later. My thoughts were, could I have been stressed or rushed to get the appointment? Why was it higher then normal? I decided to track my blood pressure the next few days. I continued to have higher readings then normal and called my Doctor. After scheduling an appointment with my Doctor and wearing a heart monitor , it was determined that I had high blood pressure and was diagnosed with A Fib. If left untreated would of put me at a high risk for a stroke. I can’t thank Dr. Hadley’s Office enough. I doubt I would of tracked my blood pressure had they not alerted me on my visit. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT HADLEY!!!! I would highly recommend Hadley Family Dentistry…

Very friendly staff, thorough cleanings and evaluations, but every time I am here, I wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room after arriving on time for my appointment. Sometimes more. Not great when you have to head to work after a cleaning. Other than the wait time, great dental office.

This place is absolutely amazing! My 5 year old started going here a year or two ago and they were so gentle with her and made her feel so comfortable with the dentist so I decided to bring my 11 and 13 year old here as well. My older kids loved them too so I decided well, its my time to finally over come my anxiety of dentist because every experience I’ve had with one was horrible… Well my first initial appointment was xrays to see where I was with my oral hygeine, Madison was my hygienist, she was so patient with me and answered all my questions in a “dummy” form because lets face it we all didn’t go to dental school… We set up another appointment to get a deep cleaning done and I left with high anxiety about this appointment and had it everyday leading up to it. Fast forward to the day of, I contemplated canceling the appointment many times but thought of al things Madison told me and went anyways, sat in my car having panic attacks went in with cold sweats and freaking out. Then Madison assured me everything was going to be okay and in lighter terms that i was being a 32 year old baby. (Haha) let me tell you the love and passion Madison has for her profession that she has choosen is above anything i have seen… She is so honest and nurturing without even knowing. I felt like she was my bestfriend, sister, family…. When she got done with half of my cleaning we took a break and I was literally almost in tears because it had been years since I felt my teeth as they are now, all because of my fears that Madison took away… Also, I absolutely refused to do injection numbing which she supported either way but was on board with my plan even though it seemed I was being a pain in the behind. Here is the most amazing part, I DIDNT NEED THE NUMBING AGENT!!!! Madison is so amazing at what she does, i felt very little to no pain during a deep clean for 13 years of build up and staining… Mind blown! If you’re still reading this review, is there really any uncertainties left? They are amazing with all ages get you an appointment and find out for yourself, heck Im anxiously waiting for my next appointment in April!!! Thank you Hadley Family Dentistry, and even more Thank You Madison for an amazing visit and more to come …

From the hygienist to the dentist, this place is top notch!!! Excellent bedside manner, very efficient and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and were very patient. I normally need to have nitrous oxide for anxiety when I go to a dentist, but not this time. I am not able to say enough good things about the experience I had and I went with a horrible toothache and had the tooth extracted and a bone graph done. If I lived in Indy this would be my regular dentist!!!

I took my 3 year old daughter (E) to Hadley Family Dentistry and the experience was above and beyond my expectations! Lesa was phenomenal. She carefully explained what each instrument was for and let E know why she had to wear gloves and a mask (which can be quite scary for younger kids) before she ever began cleaning E’s teeth. While Lesa went to get the doctor, she showed E a video on the tv that is attached to each individual patient chair, about a monkey brushing his teeth. E ended up watching it 3 times and Lesa never minded restarting it for her. Before leaving, Lesa gave E the option of 2 toothbrushes and then directed E to the Toy Box to pick out a small toy. E keeps asking when she can go back! I couldn’t recommend this office more. Their modern technology and extremely nice staff make this office the best one you could ever choose.

My experience with Hadley Family Dentistry: Picture it… 10 days before your wedding and you crack one of your FRONT veneers. You need (demand) an ENTIRELY NEW veneer. The worst has happened. You know from prior experience that getting a new tooth in takes much much longer than 10 days & you feel defeated. *Enter Dr. Hadley* “I will make it happen for you.” AND HE DOES!! Not ONLY did the (WELCOMING, clean, funny, and genuinely caring) team at Hadley Family Dentistry get me my new tooth the day before my wedding but they went the extra mile to have it shaded to my PERFect shade of white and sized to fit my bite ALL WITHIN 10 DAYS!!!!! Did I mention Dr. Hadley came in on his day off to make sure it fit and everything went smoothly!?! The team at Hadley family dentistry are unparalleled in their dedication to putting the patient first! I highly recommend that any/every individual in Indiana go to Hadley Family dentistry! I must say I love this Dentist office! Everyone here is so friendly, and the facility is so nice and clean. They treat you so well, and they want to make sure that you are comfortable at all times… They make you feel like you really matter to them. Dr Hadley is a great dentist, and his assistant Cheryl that has been working with me as they have worked on two crowns in the last two weeks, so so friendly, and when I leave that office, I feel like I just got good quality dentistry done by people that really care about their patients. Dr Hadley has been my dentist for years and is great. I had he opportunity to have Dr Hoover work on me. She is a real winner! Everyone was politeful and helpful. They not only listen but they communicate with you. There’s a big difference. Most people listen-it’s in one ear and out the other. It stops between ears at Hadley Dental, and they give intelligent answers, knowledgeably and politely. If they’re not sure they’ll ask you to be sure. The dentist’s name Mr Sloan I think it is, He was very informative explaining everything and gave me different choices and would answer any question I had about each of my choices before I would make up my mind and he would proceed. Boy I wish my auto mechanic was as good as these guys. LOL But seriously I would never think of going anywhere else, Ive been coming to Hadley Dental for a couple of years now.
