Yay! Can’t explain enough how grateful I am for Adam and the amazing team at Hale dental. Was looking for a quick squeeze in for some tooth pain and I literally got in same day! They were so accommodating and I was able to get my cavity filled in the same appointment! Adam is great! I’ve had multiple dentists of the years and I truly think I’ve found my home. Incredibly kind, GENUINE and HONEST about what the best options are for you! Having this experience makes me realize how subpar any other offices I’ve been to has truly been. (Not meaning time poke but it’s the truth – you don’t know how blah your previous experiences are until you have an AMAZING one) I love out of state and truly think I’ll make it back twice a year for visits of course but also for my bi annual dentist appointment! Thank you guys so darn much!

I typically have anxiety surrounding dentist appointments, but not since becoming a patient at Hale Family Dental two years ago. The staff is kind and attentive to how I’m feeling, I’m able to receive nitrous for a pain-free experience, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the care. My son, who is 5, also loves going to see Dr. Adam!

My dentist retired and he dumped his patients off on another area dentist. I was not happy with him. I tried two more and still didn’t especially like what I was seeing/hearing. Then one summer day, I’m at the Diamond Lake Community summer event and I run into this guy with his two kids who has a dental practice in the neighborhood. I began telling him about my issues and he began giving me options without even looking in my mouth. Everybody else was trying to force me down one path or another. So I decided to give him a try. It’s the best decision I’ve made on dentists in my life. I now have my mother and friends going there as well. I hope Adam is still practicing when I die because I don’t want to have to go looking again. And BTW, Courtney, the woman at the desk is great (as are Rhonda and Jamie -the cleaners and Jen his assistant), if you’re new to a dental practice, you better expect you’re going to need to spend some time filling out forms, I’ve been there a few times.

LOVE this dental office and doctor! My situation with coming to Dr. Podratz (or Adam, as he’d intro’d himself) could’ve been awkward and uncomfy. After all, my first visit was for a second opinion on another dentist’s recommended treatment plan for myself and hubby. (Y’all can see my review on here of the other doc if you want the details). I shouldn’t have worried. From the initial phone call to the full exam by Adam, everyone put me at ease. All my questions were explained in detail and all my concerns were put to rest. Adam even did the cleaning himself! (He’s very thorough and gentle.) The biggest difference with this office: they care about patients and their dental health! They’re not going to try to ‘sell’ unnecessary treatments or push patients into doing anything that isn’t clinically warranted. I have full confidence and trust in Adam and his staff to do right by my teeth. That’s a huge relief. The front office — sorry, I suck that I didn’t get a name! — was so helpful too. She emailed me the forms I’d need to release my x-rays from the other doc in plenty of time to have them available for Adam to review AND she even dug into my insurance to reassure that this new exam should be covered. Although, I would gladly pay out of pocket to be seen by this office! Oh — and get this — If the exam wasn’t covered due to insurance limitations, Adam was willing to try to get them to cover a ‘limited exam’ at a lesser charge. That, folks, is a doc who’s not out to make a buck, but to make a patient for a lifetime. And he’s got one in my hubby and me. Highly recommend!!!
