I have been to several dentist in Los Angeles till s friend referred me here. We love this office. Not at all stressful to get a cleaning. To hygienists and doctors are amazing here and so gentle.We used to live close by but now drive from Thousand Oaks because we like the office that much

I’ve been coming to Dr. Hale’s office for over 4 years…and I will keep coming even though my job moved from Santa Monica to Burbank. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. Appointments almost always start on time (when does that ever happen?!), and Dr. Hale is super funny! I recently chipped my tooth and they got me in the office the next day. You can’t even tell I chipped it because Dr. Hale is like Picasso for teeth. This is your dentist!!

I have just move the area and was referred to Dr.Brian and Susan Hale by a friend. I had what I thought was a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment on the day I called. The entire staff was friendly and gracious .After a X-ray  was taken, Dr. Brian Hale examined my mouth and found no serious condition, my pain was related to my Trigeminal Myalgia. I was only charged for the x-ray. I have found a new dental office and made an appointment for cleaning. I am pleased to be a part of this dental office

Love this dentist office! This is a dental practice with a two dentist team. You can get an appointment with either Dr. Brent or Dr. Susan Hale I honestly don’t know at this point who “my” Dentist is, whether it’s Brent or Susan Hale. I’ve seen both and they’re both fantastic. Their front desk staff is helpful and professional. All of the hygienists are great. Because they have two dentists and multiple hygienists I’ve never had any difficulty getting appointments here. They also offer early morning appointments which is HUGE, especially if you work. So I’m usually able to go to the dentist early and not have to miss work. I’ve had several night-guards made here and Dr. Brent has always been extremely helpful with ensuring that I had a good fit and the night-guard was doing what it was supposed to be doing. There is parking under the building, but it is independent from the dentist office and you do have to pay. It is a cash only lot and unfortunately the dentist office doesn’t validate. It’s a little bit of a bummer that it’s located in Santa Monica which (for us) is difficult to get to, but I think that’s even more of a testament to how much we like going here, that we’re willing to make the drive. Seriously love this dentist office. Can’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Dr. Hale and his staff to anyone that is in need of a dentist. I have never been to a dentist office where the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They make you feel comfortable, explain everything thoroughly, and overall do a fantastic job. I went in for a regular cleaning and set of x-rays only to find out that I had cavities for the first time ever. They explained all of my options to me and made me feel at ease through the whole process

I have been going to this dental office for over 25 years….discovered them on 1-800-dentist of all places. I look forward to my dental appointments every 6 months…Dr. Susie is so amazing, always has been. We did Invisaline… Best thing I ever did! And she made it such a pleasure. So encouraging. Stephanie and Deborah her assistant and hygienist are the best. I cannot endorse these professionals enough…and when Dr. Susie isn’t available, there is always her husband, Dr. Brent who is equally as awesome! The only thing I don’t like are the Florida treatments, which they stopped doing because I told them I didn’t like it! Such a fabulous experience!

The doctors Hale are knowledgeable and thorough professionals, one of the reasons my husband and I have been returning for more than 20 years.  There is never a feeling of being rushed and explanations are presented in terms that are specific yet not in medical jargon unless it is spelled out for us who do not have medical degrees.  My questions are answered fully. There office is a positive model of what starts at the top, trickles down.  The entire professional staff and office staff are welcoming and helpful in everything they do. I feel fortunate we were introduced to the office by our dentist when he retired

For years I have received excellent care from both Dr. Hales as well as the dental hygienists (especially Debra). Additionally, when needed I have gotten appropriate referrals to other excellent providers. All of the staff are friendly and professional and I very much appreciate when Dr. Susie takes the time to explain my options and provides me with general knowledge that helps improve both my oral and overall health

Here’s a warm “thank you” to Ada Lee for the care and expertise. she’s given me over the years. Seldom is it said that a dental visit is enjoyable,  but in her case it really is.  Excellent dental care combined with an old friend’s warm concern for the owner of the teeth. Her glass menagerie deserves all the space it can get!

I love this dental office.  I was referred to this office by friends who run a dental lab.  They assured me that I would get the very best care here and I did.   When I talked to Sochi and made an appointment I felt very welcome here.  She went out of her way to accommodate me. A lot can be said of first impressions. The front desk sets the tone for how you perceive how professional the office is.  Sochi’s greeting is very warm and welcoming. Then when I met Dr. Susan Hale and Dr. Brent Hale, I knew I was going to get the very best dental service.  They are both very personable and got right to my problems. Last year,  I saw Dr. Susan Hale for the first time.  She gave me a terrific examination.  This year,  I saw Dr. Brent Hale, I had broken a tooth and he took me as an emergency appointment.  He referred me right away to an excellent dental implant center because I needed an extraction and implant.  He made sure I got the immediate care I needed. I would highly recommend both of them. I have already referred my relatives to this office.
