Dr. Hall, and the entire staff, is exceptional. My family of four, including teenagers, are all very happy with our care and experience at Hall Family Dental. The office is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. I am especially impressed with their communication. They are very “on it” with managing insurance and billing. They operate with integrity and a focus on the best patient care. Dr. Hall is excellent at explaining treatments and procedures. He listens and discusses options and I have never felt pressured or rushed. Every hygienist we have interacted with, from cleanings to x-rays, has been thorough, kind and professional. I have been very happy with a painless (including the anesthetic shot) partial crown–especially as I had been told by a previous dentist that I needed a full crown and am happy that Dr. Hall emphasizes keeping as much of the tooth as possible. My son, who is generally not a fan of dental visits, feels at ease here and was especially happy when Dr. Hall introduced him to a less invasive procedure for a treatment. My daughter enjoys her visits and feels empowered and motivated with regard to her at-home care. She is comfortable and supported as she takes ownership of her visits and dental care. My husband, who can be a bit anxious about dental procedures, appreciates that Dr. Hall meets him where he is, takes the time to talk through things thoroughly without any pressure, and listens. *In terms of COVID-19 concerns, Hall Family Dental truly sets the bar for safety practices. They have gone above and beyond in maintaining a safe environment while providing excellent dental care!

I have nothing but good words to say about this dentist, and all of his employees! Dr. Hall is very personable, and an attentive dentist. He took the time to explain procedures, and options for myself that actually made sense, rather than using terms someone like myself who isn’t in the dental field would understand. I feel very taken care of when seeing this practice for my dental health. All the hygienists, assistants and people up front are also great! My hygienist Chloe always makes me feel extremely comfortable while doing any type of procedures, and always finishes so quickly! I highly recommend seeing this office 🙂

Best people around. I love this place. It’s a warm and friendly atmosphere where you will have a positive experience. I love that it has more of a home like atmosphere as you come up to the office and then when you enter the office you are greeted by a very friendly receptionist.  You feel at ease with Dr. Hall who is exceptional at what he does and very personable.  🙂 This one is a keeper.

Dr. Hall is very skilled, knowledgeable, and confident in his work. He has been very thorough in his examinations and procedures with me, explains things precisely and answers all questions, and constantly checks and adjusts for my comfort. I feel like he treats me as a person and not a patient file. His assistant Susan is wonderful and easily relaxes and sets me at ease. Meli and Miguel at the front of the office are extremely friendly and helpful. The care and attention given by everyone on staff here makes the atmosphere here feel less clinical and more warm and comforting, which is something I never thought I would associate with a dentists office. I don’t dread my appointments here!

Having recently moved to the Sacramento area, we needed a dentist. We chose Dr. Hall because of location; however, I would recommend him to everyone! Dr. Matt Hall is very pleasant, detail oriented, and attentive, especially with regards to his patient’s comfort. In addition, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant as well. Both my wife & I have made Dr. Matt Hall our family dentist. His office opens at 7:30 in the morning, perfect for a before-work appointment. As an added bonus, his office is right across the street from Selland’s Family Market, and immediately behind Cafe Rolle! The office is on the corner of 53rd & H ST in East Sacramento. He is very conveniently located for any patients in the East Sac (East Sacramento), Mid Town, Downtown, McKinley Village, Sacramento State (Sat State) Students, or Arden Arden-Arcade areas.
