So I had quite a nightmare unfold last night. I was eating a salad and my front crown fell out. With it being late Friday night going into Saturday I was mortified of the thought that I wouldn’t be able to get it repaired by a qualified dentist till at least Monday. Boy was I wrong! They got me in right away, assessed the situation and had me on my way in maybe 20-30 minutes. My crown and smile have been restored and it could not have been a better experience. I would highly recommend!

I actually had a wonderful experience with Hampden Dental Group. My sister referred me when I started having tooth pain again, and everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic and extremely helpful. The receptionist even went out of her way to make sure that I would be able to have all my dental work taken care of before my insurance runs out in a few days. I highly recommend coming here if you need a great dentist!

After two bad experiences with other dentists it was hard for me to go find a new dentist and make myself go. I have now come here 3 times (for fillings and cleanings) and even have my two young kids come here. I can tell you Hampden dental group is absolutely the best. They are great with adults and kids. They are always respectful and polite. I also appreciate that they don’t pressure you to get stuff done that day. They tell you what’s going on and have you make an appointment. Having unnecessary work done was one of my last dentists issues so I never returned. These gals are all about being up front and if you don’t want to do something they will just let you know what’s what but not threaten you or use scare tactics. Over all very trustworthy.

I cannot say enough great things about this office! Easy to get an appointment and friendly front desk staff. I enjoyed my cleaning with the hygienist and Dr. Kaploe was honest and gentle. She offered to shave down a chip in my front tooth (at no cost!) while she was taking care of a filling. My previous dentist wanted to charge $300+ to fix this chip with a filling which most likely would have fallen out shortly after. Dr. Kaploe called to check up on me the following day AND the office mailed me a thank you with a Starbucks gift card. I will be referring all of my friends and family here. Absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Very pleasant visit. I was apprehentious at first as with all Dentist visits. Jasmine was very professional and so sweet to me. Dr. Ashley Kaploe was so nice and thorough. Just a great visit. Everyone was super pleasant and answered all my questions. Great pricing as well with my Delta Dental Oremium insurance. I won’t go anywhere else.

Have you ever seen a 46-year old man whine like a 2- year old because he had to go to the dentist? That was me, yesterday, when I found out I had a dentist appt. I had not been to the dentist in almost 10 years, for many reasons, but mainly because I had bad experiences the last couple times I went. I have played through games with broken bones, but to tell you I was scared like a small child in a dark room, is an understatement. Walking into Hampden Dental Group today, I might as well have been entering a haunted house…WOW, I was soooooooo wrong! From the moment I stepped in it was like I had been a patient for years. The entire staff from the front desk to the hygienists, to Dr. Kaploe was amazing. The family atmosphere is very prominent and the service is outstanding. After 10 years of procrastination, Dr. Kaploe and staff have put the scared child in me to rest and rejuvenated my trust in oral healthcare!
