My daughter is currently a patient of Dr Lee and she looks forward to her orthodontic visits every month! I appreciate that she educates her patients on good oral health/care in addition to the care they should take with their braces. Her instructions and treatment plan are clear and easy to understand. She is very enthusiastic and her assistants are friendly and gentle. Great central location. Great care!

Hanh was my hygienist and she was absolutely incredible. In the past 6 years before coming here, i had miserable experiences at the dentist. To start, I arrived 40 minutes late and the receptionist and her were so understanding. Rather than have me rebook she stayed late so that I would be seen. Hanh had given me so much useful information for keeping my gums and teeth healthy during this process, that I could tell I finally found a good place to consistently go to check my dental health. I plan to come back next month to get a retainer, and 5 months after that for my next cleaning. I hope that she will be my hygienist/dentist again. Hanh is smart, professional and cares about her clients. If you need a reliable place to get routine cleanings, and want advice that will save you both physically and financially in the future, this is it.

I’ve got a crazy schedule, but they are always great at finding me last minute appointments. Just got squeezed in for an appointment today when I called this morning! I’m currently on Medicaid because of my job losses due to covid. HDL are very professional, very friendly, I’ve been coming here since it opened about 2007. they’re very interested in your happiness and satisfaction and they give you the time of day and speak to you like an individual. If I ever had issues regarding a previous appointment or had an toothache emergency, They would see me either that day or the next. They are very gentle and tell you what they’re going to do before they do it so it doesn’t hurt. They always arrange a very reasonable payment plan in case I can’t pay all at once. It’s a very pleasant place. My teeth look and feel great. Again they’re very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hampden dental loft.

What normally is an uncomfortable experience isn’t too bad with a great dentist. Great rates, they accept multiple insurances, and have always kept on top of appts and reminders. Hanh is a great hygienist and cares about her patients! Deep cleanings are not enjoyable but she did an effective and efficient job. I’ve recommended my husband and will continue to recommend others!

People are friendly and prompt. Details of what treatment you need and what it will cost is up front and they have payment options. My daughter is afraid to go to the dentist (especially getting numbing shots) but they fixed her tooth in no time with no shots. She actually likes going and it isn’t a struggle anymore. This will be our dentist for life!
