Hello my fellow Yelpers I felt compelled to write a review for this place because it’s rare I see kindness shown by a business, especially in these times of economic hardship . In a nutshell, Dr. Hanna may be one of the kindest people I have ever met, and I have been to plenty of dentists in my day. Yesterday, I gave a ride to someone to their dental appointment. This person was developmentally delayed and needed a dental procedure that they must repeat every 6 months due to the medication they were taking. Unfortunately, the insurance only covers this procedure 1 time per year, and didn’t even cover the full amount. Dr. Hanna did not charge the patient anything out of pocket, and also does the 2nd treatment that he really needs for FREE! I WAS SHOCKED!! FREE & DENTISTRY never go in the same sentence, unless it’s something like “free toothbrush”. I am in the medical field (MD) and see how doctors sometimes bend the rules for patients or do a little extra, but I RARELY see this in dentistry, since they are driven by what an insurance will cover, and making patients pay a little extra beyond that. I can’t review anything about Dr. Hanna’s work (although I spoke to a few people in the waiting room while waiting for my friend to finish, and they all said the same thing: He’s very gentle & trustworthy), I was so impressed. I was so impressed, I’m actually making an appointment. I plan to write a review as soon as I see him. Stay tuned!
