I’ve been going to Dr. Hansen since February of 2016. I was referred to him by my dentist, Dr. Phen. When I had my consultation in 2016, I was more than welcomed! I have my appointments at their Buffalo location, but I have went to their Rainbow location which was kind of hard to find at first. The staff in the front & back are super friendly. In the waiting room, there’s a TV & some iPads for the kids. Lately, the wait has been 15+ minutes after my appointment time. I know their appointments are back to back so if one person is late, the rest of their appointments are pushed back. Be courteous & show up on on time or early to your appointment! When you’re in the back getting your braces tightened, they have a TV to watch. Four seats total that are occupied with clients. They have seats on the sides where parents can sit while their child is getting their braces tightened. They’re VERY clean! Either Dr. Hansen or Dr. Miller will check out the progress & tell the assistant what to do. They tell you what they’ll be doing next to keep your progress on track. If you have any questions or concerns they’ll be addressed right then & there. When your appointment is over you set up your next appointment in the front. They also have extra perks such as a loyalty program, movie nights, etc!!! Overall this place is highly recommended! Don’t hesitate & set up a consultation!

I’ve been a patient at Hansen Orthodontics since 2017 and I got my Invisalign treatment completed here from start to finish. I had a great experience for the following reasons: – The results were fantastic. My teeth were fixed and additional trays were ordered until I was completely satisfied with my smile. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Tyson listen, they’re experts in Invisalign, and they were very friendly – The staff is top notch; friendly, accessible, accurate, and very accommodating. Everything from scheduling appointments to shipping my aligners to another state was done correctly and in a timely manner. I haven’t had a single bad interaction with anyone on the staff which says something because I have high standards. I had a billing error from switching insurance and they fixed it immediately without any hassle. – Facilities are top notch; clean, easy parking, great neighborhood, and have state-of-the-art equipment. I compared them to other orthodontists in the area and confirmed that they are slightly pricier but the service and results were worth every penny. I’m very satisfied with my smile and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

All three of my daughters have had work done at Hensen Orthodontics. Invisalign, braces and permanent retainer…giving all three of them gorgeous teeth and smiles!! Friendly, prompt and always a comfortable atmosphere. We love the whole staff!

Hanson orthodontics has been exceptional. I was a revision case, as I’d had Invisalign through my regular dentist and he transferred my case here to close one last, resistant gap! So far I’m on my second set of trays and hopefully the last, but the office staff has been warm and friendly each time I’ve gone in and the dr’s have both been so friendly and nice. Dr. Hanson is a perfectionist and though I was thinking my teeth were “good enough,” he encouraged me to get one more set to make them perfect. I’m glad I took his advice, because I realized the tiny gap would drive me crazy, and frankly, after paying for Invisalign, your teeth should be perfect! I’m confident my teeth will be just right by the time I am finished.

First impression: Very well designed orthodontist building & friendly staff. They accommodate kids with video games, kid toys, and play disney movies on the television. The place is decorated with the Christmas theme (which makes me feel joyful) and when you step into the offices and other rooms, they display sport memorabilia in each room (which makes me feel fascinated) The staff is very welcoming & they do as much to get what you want done on the lowest possible cost. They also provide small useful things when needed. Like Chapstick, for when your lips dry up as they work around your mouth. And when your done, you can brush your teeth with already added toothpaste brushes (very interesting) The staff is very welcoming & as they work with you, good conversation is appreciated and makes me feel like my visit isn’t uncomfortable. Overall, I actually enjoy coming here, its foot steps to a happier me & the staff is all for it.

I am so happy my dentist (Dr Wright at Four Seasons) sent me here for a second opinion on my open bite. I spent 3 years in Invisaline and when I was “done” I was left with a gapping open bite on both sides (my molars didn’t touch, only 1 of my front teeth hit the one below it, that was the ONLY contact my teeth made) My other orthodontist told me it would fix itself over time. I didn’t really buy that because it just didn’t make sense how it could. Well, I was right, that wasn’t going to magically go away! Luckily Dr Miller knew exactly what to do and made me feel confident that he was going to get my mouth back in tip top shape (I mean, I was able to chomp my teeth together before I started invisaline, I didn’t think it was too much to ask for – and luckily neither did Dr Miller) So for $500 I spent a couple months with metal brackets and elastic bands (which yes, totally sucked) and now my mouth is perfect! Now I’m settled into my retainers and I’m very, very happy with my results – FINALLY!! Its been a long 4 years, with 3 orthodontists – I wish I had just started with Hansen from the start. I’ve heard they might cost more than other spots, but take it from me, all orthodontists are not the same! I can’t say for sure, but I think Hansen would’ve had me out of Invisaline in less time and I know with way less hassle than what I went through, and that would’ve been worth an extra grand or so IMHO Both Dr Hansen and Dr Miller are great, and the staff is always so happy and supportive. I’ve been to all the offices a couple times and have found the staff at each to be awesome. The only thing I’m hoping to improve is that the sensitivity from taking my brackets off dissipates over time. Other than that, my teeth are better than ever and I owe most of it (if not all) to Hansen Orthodontics – THANK YOU DR. HANSEN, DR. MILLER, LIZZY, and the rest of your fabulous team – you literally changed my life!!
