This was by far the best dental experience of my life. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The hygienist Miss Veronica was equally so. Her cleaning was fantastic – gentle and comprehensive. I was not comfortable with the x-ray process and she put in additional efforts to move as quickly as possible. Doc Faircloth was super cute and bubbly + had super great energy and was thorough in her exam. She made great observations, gave great compliments, and provided great recommendations. I’ve found my forever Detroit Dental crew. Grateful grateful.

I live 30 minutes south of this dentist, and normally don’t travel that far away from home for dental care, but they came highly recommended by a friend so I decided to check them out. I have to say this was by far the best dental experience that I have ever had! Cynthia was warm and friendly when I arrived, Victoria provided a great teeth cleaning and Dr. Faircloth was so friendly and professional. I would drive more than 30 minutes to come back for my next visit.

I had a great experience at this dentist. For a person who has anxiety and a fear of the dentist, Miss Veronica took excellent care of me, she was patient and understanding. The dentist was very pleasant and took the time to go through options and answer questions. Cynthia is the warm and friendly face you see when you come in the door! 

I had been seeing Dr Stefan for the past three years. I received an announcement from Dr. Stefan that Dr. Faircloth would be taking over the practice. This reminded me I needed to book an appointment to have a filling repaired. I got an appointment in under a week. I arrived 10 minutes early and was promptly taken back to an exam room. Dr. Faircloth was up to speed on my prior dental history and asked about my current symptoms. She quickly outlined a plan and she and the tech got to work. The whole procedure was painless and went smoothly. Dr. Faircloth explained the steps and walked me through the process and future plan. A change of physicians can be awkward, but I’m happy to be in good hands with Dr. Faircloth and her team.

Dr. “Frank” is professional, funny, and experienced. After my 2nd visit, I already know he’s probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. That’s due to his technique and perfection and he’s very thorough when he explains things. He seems to have modern tools and equipment that makes everything a better experience. And please don’t let me forget the staff. All are friendly and comforting. I am now on a dental journey.
