Great treatment as always. The staff was ready to receive patients outside to screen for possible Covid-19, took maybe 2 minutes (I’m a slow reader). By the time I was done with the form I was checked in and went straight in for my scheduled treatment. Treatment was accomplished quickly and professionally, just what I’ve come to expect and have always seen at Harbour Dental Care. I would recommend anyone looking for dental care of looking to change dental care facilities to definitely check out Harbour Dental Care.

I was in pain and they were able to see me right away, which was great. It is a very nice, comfortable place, and I LOVED my technician. She was awesome, patient, understanding, etc. Dr Snyder is very good and I liked him as well. However, I would NOT recommend anyone having the procedure that I had done (extraction of two teeth and bone graft) under a local. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would have preferred possibly nitrous oxide or even being put under. It was my fault for agreeing to go forward with this, but had I known and if my pain at the time had been more manageable, I would have possibly insisted on a different anesthesia here or possibly have gone elsewhere.

Dr. Snyder and his team are AMAZING! There is no one better. The office is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! I honestly look forward to going to the dentist now because I always have a great time, and receive A+ service. As a Realtor, I recommend Harbour Dental Care to all of my clients who are new to the area. Thank you for being awesome.

I am a first time Patient with Harbour Dental. I, like a lot of people, have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. Upon arrival, I expressed my fears and the staff was immediately understanding to my needs. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable, they made me aware of everything that was going on and gave me many options to help me along. I could not be more impressed with the staff and Doctors at Harbour Dental. So much so that I am going back! I haven’t even touched on how delightful the office ambiance is. Tastefully and “spa like” decor. I was scheduled immediately with a chipped tooth and after leaving the office, you would never be able to tell! This practice is heaven sent. I drive just over an hour for my visit, but it is so worth the quality treatment I receive!!! I have referred 3 of my family/friends who all drive that same hour to this office. They are compassionate, they care about your feelings/fillings (lol) and will do whatever they can to help you…whether its major or minor, THEY CARE! On top of it all, they make you feel SO COMFORTABLE with any procedure. How many places can you got to and have an abscess, treatment, painless root canal, the tooth and safe eating all in the same day??? Hands down, I love them

The team at Harbour Dental is top-notch.  I receive dental services there, but am even more impressed with the care my children receive.  My 5-year-old had a cavity filled today with state-of-the-art equipment (laser) and compassionate and efficient care.  Her nerves and strong gag reflex didn’t stand a chance against their quick work and calming presence.  The administration is also stellar.  We were seen right on time, services/payments processed accurately, and all questions answered.  Thank you Harbour Dental!  My entire family will continue to utilize your wonderful business.

So far my experience with them has been great. I didn’t get the news I was hoping for, but they were great in explaining everything. There wasn’t a single moment during my visit in which I felt like I was being forgotten for another patient as they constantly asked me if I had any questions, any concerns, or needed anything. I’ll have to write another review after my root canal, crown lengthening, and crowning are done. I think I have found my dentist for while I’m still in the Jacksonville area. BTW… I called due to tooth pain yesterday at 8am, and they were able to see me at 2pm that day. Talk about a quick appointment, and much needed one.

Dr. Snyder and his team are the most professional and friendliest dental office I have ever been in. Dr. Snyder takes his time to explain your options and what the procedure will be. Mary Ann is my hygienist. She is so geentle and makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. The facility is exceptionally clean, bright, beautifully decorated and very state-of-the-art. I highly recommend Harbour Dental for all your dental needs.

After having a bad experience, I had stayed clear of dentists for 3 years.  I had an abscess and needed treatment. A friend recommended Dr. Snyder at Harbour Dental Care. Needless to say, I was very anxious and explained my anxiety to Dr. Snyder.  He was very understanding, noted the issue in my chart, and quickly put me at ease. That was two years ago. My son and I now visit Harbour Dental Care regularly. I highly recommend Dr. Snyder and the entire staff at Harbour Dental Care.

A medically and patient-service sophisticated dental practice. I’ve been treated by Dr. Snyder and Dr. Perez and they are excellent at explaining the situation and performing the work (Dr. Snyder once gave me a hand mirror so I could see what he was doing on a cosmetic thing, after I wondered what it looked like from his perspective. Neat!). They are always engaged with you. The staff is completely friendly, plus efficient, and I have particular regard for the hygienists and other clinical professionals who inform and treat while making me comfortable. I like going there.
