initial visit was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. My dental assistant, Diane, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable as she was aware of my nervousness at the dentist and explained what my visit would entail. She was very gentle. Dr. Harlow was thorough in his review of my x-rays and the recommended treatment plan. I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Went for a new patient consultation. I have anxiety attacks just knowing I have to go to the dentist. my dental hygienist both times were very patient with me. Megan talk me through everything she would be doing for my deep cleaning. She made me comfortable

I have found my life Dentist! Not only are they excellent at completing any dental service you need , they are super gentle and kind.. I just love the experiences I’ve had and they did major work on my mouth with minimal pain.They are also one of the thorough offices that specializes in the various parts of dental examination. Shonna the head dental asst. immediately made me feel like I was in the right place after having so many bad dental experiences over the years. She could tell from our initial visit I was a ball of nerves and that TLC was required. I strongly recommend this office and stand behind their work 100%.

Dr. Harlow and his staff are great! The administrative staff go above and beyond to get you into the office in a timely manner and are accommodating to schedule restrictions such as school or overseas trips. The dental hygienists are very professional and make sure they are not hurting you and that you are comfortable. Dr. Harlow is great at explaining all dental procedures and does great dental work. The root canal he did for me was painless and hasn’t given me any problems since. He even called to check up on me during the root canal process to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. The staff is great at being completely honest about the costs of dental procedures and are endlessly patient with explaining your dental insurance benefits to you. This office also is very reasonable with what they charge for cleanings, root canals, and other dental procedures. Dr. Harlow is also able to do everything you need in this one office. I’ve been to dentists who weren’t able to do some procedures and sent you to another office, which is very inconvenient. This dental office is the best I’ve been to, and I highly recommend it.

This was my first visit and everyone had a smile which is an indication they like their jobs. It was by far the most thorough exam I have ever had and since I turn 80 this year I have visited a large number of dentist offices in my life and this one is right at the top. Meeting Dr Harlow for the first time I was impressed with his very professional and pleasant demeanor. His exam was thorough as was the work of his hygienist and the young lady that took 16 X-rays of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Harlow and his staff.

I have been going to Harlow Dental for over a year now! My mom found the office on a google search as it was close to our old home. We continue to visit the office even though it almost 30 minutes from our new house. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Yolanda was my hygienist today and she was FABULOUS!!! Overall very pleased with our experiences!

Awesome staff! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and their staff really worked to get my oral health back on track. I left my first appointment with a care plan and reassurance. Three appointments later, my gums feel much better, my cavity was filled, and I even got a chipped tooth fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Harlow and his team.

My experience was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice. One of the nurses was like I’ve been knowing her for ever. Shohha she was so personable yet very professional at the same time.I feel comfortable with Harlow Dentistry taking care of my dental needs.

Let me preface this by saying that I have always been extremely uncomfortable at the dentist due to a childhood accident which left me with a broken tooth and many root canals and caps later, I am still nervous when it comes to any dental work. However, immediately upon entering Dr. Harlow’s office, I was welcomed with a kind smile and a friendly greeting by the front office staff. When I was called back, Yolanda, my hygienist, made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and professional. She took care of my cleaning and was able to remove a stain that I have had for years and instantly boosted my confidence in my smile. When I returned for a crown, the office staff remembered my name and made me feel like family. Shauna, was so kind and informative while she got the process started and put in my temporary crown. She was such a pleasure to talk with and has a bubbly personality that makes you feel at ease. She is wonderful and made me feel comfortable the entire time which is so important to a nervous patient. Dr. Harlow is so friendly and extremely thorough with his work and set me up with a treatment plan to have my front teeth fixed, something that I have wanted for 15 years now. For the first time, I actually enjoy going to the dentist and have complete trust in their work. Thank you Harlow Dental for helping me feel confident in my smile and for taking such good care of me.

Outstanding service! The whole staff was totally awesome make you feel comfortable warm like you’re at home getting dental work. I wish I could have gave them 10 stars but this app would not allow me. If you need great dental work you won’t go wrong! I’m very satisfied!!

My 14 year old daughter is a new patient here and had 2 great experiences. One was for a minor problem and the other was for a cleaning. The staff was extremely thorough and one of the registered hygienists, Yulonda was very personable, thorough and attentive. My husband and I are planning to become patients here as well.

It looks like the older reviews here are for the previous owner. The current owner, Dr. Harlow, is really great. He’s the first dentist I’ve ever liked enough to review on Yelp, if that tells you anything. I’ve visited Dr. Harlow’s team at this location and at Steele Creek, and I had great experiences at both. The 7th Street office is super clean, but it manages to feel warm and not scary sterile like most dental offices. I’ve yet to have a Harlow Dental experience that isn’t quick, painless, and just generally pleasant. I recommend Dr. Harlow to everyone. If you’re thinking about trying a new dentist, give this location a try.
