My family and I have gone to Hartford Dental Group for 15 years. They are the most lovely office to visit. I can’t say enough nice things about this office and staff. My favorites are Dr. Arbuckle and the Dental Hygenist Kelly. Good, honest people and office. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

One of the best dentists I’ve ever had in my whole life! Everyone from the hygieneists to the doctors and to the office staff is always very friendly and professional. When my former dentist retired, I was in search of a new dentist which could adequately address several dental issues I’ve had for mos t of my life. There were a couple crowns which I needed replacing, in addition I’ve always had very sensitive teeth. Dr. Arbuckle has always been very kind and has great patient service. The hygieneists named Kelley and Melvon are also very nice and I enjoy coming here. Another nice thing about Hartford Dental Group is they accept most insurances. This was an issue for me in finding the right dentist as not all dentists offices accept all insurances. Hartford Dental group has been around for many years and I would highly reccommend them to anybody!! Not only is the office environment professionally manged, but all of the staff are wonderful and charming!!

Dr.A is the only dentist I trust to touch my teeth, he does not hurt me and is always very attentive to my nerves, he and Antonio even get me a warm blanket, they always make me feel as good as possible sitting in a dentists chair 🙂 and they always make me laugh. The entire staff has been there for years, it is great to walk in and everyone call you by your name. From Keisha at the reception to Holden who cleans my teeth with a story, all the way to Doreen at the check out desk. They are all wonderful 🙂 You will not regret joining there care. I have referred many clients over the past years and will continue doing so.

The whole dental staff here is very caring and have a great patient care model to giving you the best smiles. Ronald Arbuckle is my dentist but others have also provided dental care for me in his absence. This has been my dentist for like about 4 years right now. I can honestly say I have only positive experiences here. The doctors know what they are talking about and have thorough knowledge of the dental field. I would highly recommend you visit Hartford Dental Group because it’s a very family atmosphere here. Everyone makes you feel welcome and always very warm and engaging. The dentists and dental hygieniests are also very patient especially for someone like me who have dental anxieties. This place is A++ rating all the way! I have been treated at the Hartford Dental Group for around twenty years now, and the single most important item I must comment on is that every treatment, every crown, and every filling is still in place after all this time. The staff, every single one, is professional, courteous, and very cognizant of any issue, and works together as a team to make one’s experience as pleasant as possible. I’ve been going to see Dr. Arbuckle for as long as I can remember and I only made a yelp account to review the office. I work in dentistry and can get dental work done by my employer, BUT I will always go back to Hartford dental group. My hygienist is awesome too (Jovin) but all of the staff is great. The only time a cleaning hurts is if you’re not flossing/brushing and the hygienist maybe needs to do some extra work. lastly, THE HYGIENIST does the exam, the doctor comes in to check. If you have no cavities and no work needs to be done…you don’t need to see him and should be happy all you need is a 6 month appointment. Don’t complain so much. Brush and floss. As Good as it Gets!”, says Yelp. Yeah, but here we are talking about a dentist. Okay, everyone needs to go, right? So I finally did. This was the place I chose thanks to Groupon.com . They offered a full cleaning, dental consultation, and x-rays for $49. As a young woman with little to no insurance, this was the jackpot for my sensitive, food-loving teeth. They were happy to take my request for an early Monday morning appointment on the day I bought my Groupon. The building is easy to find, and upon entering the office, I was very impressed. I have never been in a dentist office that was so nice. The chairs were plush and comfy, and there were big TV’s and a very calming color of blue painted on the walls. Every person I interacted with was super friendly, from the x-ray tech to the dentist himself. They were easy to talk to, and very understanding of my nerves. After all, who really likes to go to the dentist!! When those chompers need a cleaning, this is an excellent option. I felt very comfortable here!!

These are the best dentists in all of Hartford!! Every visit which I’ve had here has been really good. There’s never a long wait period to be seen and they also accept most insurances. Unlike, other dentists who just accept the popular insurance companies. Plus, I feel like the dentists and the hygienists really care about their patients a lot!!
