I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been going here ever since I was a teen and I have always felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Terhani genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. I have had all sorts of procedures done here, from a regular filling to braces, and not one bad experience. I’m a dental student at UCLA and it was my positive experiences at Hastings Ranch Dental Group that led me to pursue dentistry as a career.

Great team and staff ! Thank you Dr Tehrani and team for making my dentist appointment such a breeze and actually enjoyable ! Been seeing Dr T. I was a first time patient when I was recently seen on 1/16/2020and I got x rays done and over all my years going to different dentist locations I have finally found the perfect place which is hasting ranch dental group because my previous dentist just kept telling me that my teeth are fine but when I went to this new dentist I found out that I needed so much work on just one tooth such as a root canal and also a crown. Everything is done at the office, they do crown modeling, night guards, teeth cleaning and so much more. They also provide perfect payment options for people who don’t have a lot of money on hand. I love this dentist!!! My treatments are now in progress and I can’t wait till I can smile knowing my teeth are as good as they can be.

This is the best Dental office in the country!!!!! All of the staff were so nice, funny, & amaincluding the Doctor(Ezra Tehrani)I made an appointment for just a check up & ended up getting so much stuff done from deep cleanings & fill ins!!!! Usually dental offices make you come back a few weeks later for that but no, I got multiple treatments in a few hours!!!!!plus since my insurance didn’t cover everything!!!They got me approved for 18 months with no interest!!!!I felt like I was in Beverly Hills.If you don’t go here, your missing out on hitting the lotto. P.S. I usually don’t do reviews but I had to with this Dental Office or should I say the Office of Dental Heaven Thanks again for a great experience ! Today was my second visit ! Still awesome !

It does not get any better than Hastings Ranch Dental!! Dr. Tehrani is amazing and his staff is the kindest. They have the most welcoming environment and everyone does their best to ensure you have a positive experience from the moment you walk in the door. Dr Tehrani has the best bedside manner – kind honest and genuine , knows how to make you laugh and be calm when undergoing difficult procedures! I researched high and low and I am confident I made the right decision in choosing this place. I chose to come here after reading all the positive reviews and within my first appointment, I realized this place was not too good to be true. They are an exemplary team for anyone who works in customer service. They truly exceed the expectations of their 5-star rating. 10/10 recommended!

Dr. Tehrani is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist. Dr. Tehrani listens to his patients and does not recommend unnecessary dental procedures that many other dental providers talk their patients into because the dental provider receives the profit. For example, I have a “temporary” crown from childhood. Most of my prior dental providers have tried talking me into replacing the crown at quite a high expense to my pocketbook. Dr. Tehrani has consistently discouraged me from removing the crown since I’ve had no problems with the crown to date. I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Tehrani and his staff. Dr. Tehrani’s dental office is also very beautiful and creates a relaxing ambience prior to any procedure being performed. I find this to be a must have for those who do not like going to the dentist!

I’ve been going to HRDG for a couple of years now and hope to continue making them my Dental group for many more years to come. I always feel they are providing the best service and am impressed with their latest “state-of-the-art” Tech scan devices. They have 3D print devices to print the crowns and they can take a 3D scan of the teeth that will help create a better fit of the crown.

Literally EVERYONE at Hastings Ranch Dental makes you feel comfortable, has a great attitude and are clearly focused on taking care of their patients . They do the easiest xrays I have ever experienced, the staff are all excellent at what they do & their facility is spotlessly clean & comfortable. I recently had a tricky dental issue that needed to be resolved, and was also cosmetic as it was on a front tooth. It was an expensive procedure requiring an endodontist for part of the treatment and a crown. Dental Insurance was not helpful in this situation but dr and staff explained all the options, gave recommendations for the best plan then completely worked with me on figuring out the financing. I was able to sign up for an amazing discount dental plan that already more than paid for itself and finance the remaining amount with easy terms that totally worked for me. No dental office I have been to has ever offered me so many options. This was a huge relief! My required treatment/repair, along with some underlying health issues that complicate dental work for me, had to be done in several visits but they took such amazing care of me, I never dreaded going in & that is the first time I can say that about the dentist. Not once did I experience any actual pain or discomfort even though the treatment was invasive and on a difficult front tooth. I cannot recommend Dr Tehrani, and the endodontist, Dr Grigorian, enough – in addition to being highly skilled, patient and friendly…both were very “present” during each step of my procedures making sure the work done was thoroughly, precisely and comfortably. Dr Tehrani also made significant efforts to ensure my new crown was not only comfortable but aesthetically superior by matching it to my natural teeth so well that you would never guess its a crown! I could not be happier with the experience & I never dreamed I would say that about any dental work!

My experience there was a blessing, everyone was not only professional and friendly but cared about my comfort at all times! I was having problems with my husband and the payment of my treatment and Dr. Tehrani worked with me and my fees I almost cried because nobody really knows what I’ve been going through! Everyone there works as a team and in sync to get the job done, I feel so blessed I found them thank You Dr. Tehrani for all your doing for me!

Leslie and Alyssa (spelling) are real awesome people and I’m not being hyperbolic. I’ve always hated the dentist as most human beings do, but I always end up having a good time with the people at this place. Dr. Ezra is a straight shooter and it’s been A comfort to have the same dentist for a couple of years. So you can obviously see it’s a good place because who would really take the time to leave a yelp review for a dentist. If you need your teeth cleaned ask for Alyssa (spelling).

I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Noor Rahimi DDS at the Awesome 80’s Run! After explaining how I worked with children, who come into the foster care system, she demonstrated her generosity and selflessness by donating quite a few dental hygiene kits to our agency! Although I only asked for a few, she sent me off with handfuls of kits! I was beyond thankful. I was also humbled by her reenergizing my hope in humanity. I can’t thank you enough for how your donation will greatly impact our children. Keep up the great work!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Tehrani for several years now. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, and Dr. Tehrani sets bar high when it comes to honesty, empathy and clear communication with his patients. He reviews his treatment and clearly illustrates everything with digital X-rays and pictures – showing you black and white what the problem is and what your options are to treat it. I never felt pushed or rushed at any point. He clearly outlined the pros and cons of each option and helped me chose the treatment which best suits me. When it comes to treating my kids – he is always sure to bring either me or my husband in the room and show us and our kids in their mouths exactly what he is talking about. I’ve always told him I trust him but he insists on 100% transparency. As a healthcare provider myself I find this exemplary. This is from having done 2 crowns, a bridge and a few fillings between my husband myself and my kids. But don’t take my word for it – schedule an appointment and see for yourself!

I’ve been going here for almost three years now and am very happy with Dr. Tehrani and his staff. (Much more so than the previous group.) The staff is very friendly and professional, whether its managing the front desk, taking care of my insurance company (now there is a two star operation), cleaning, x-rays, or helping to build and fit crowns. Dr Tehrani really cares for his patients: full explanations, very detailed and concerned about the final results. Very professional in the best sense of the word. Besides the normal exams and cleanings I’ve had three crowns. Two were from chipped teeth that started acting up just before a long vacation. No problems. And if you like technology, he fabricates his own crowns in about an hour. Very impressive 🙂

I usually don’t bother giving reviews or surveys, but these guys truly deserve one. I went to my first appointment in 3 years here and in one visit, they reversed all the trauma and panic caused by prior dental offices. They were courteous, and took my concerns seriously. The assistants, hygienists, and dentist, were all friendly, and it seriously helped me relieve myself of the feeling of impending doom. During my appointment, the receptionists informed me my insurance coverage was unable to be confirmed. Instead of turning me away, they accommodated me by continuing my exam and cleaning. and refused to generate an invoice until my insurance was confirmed, which Ellie had managed to do, like a ninja receptionist. Dr. Tehrani was phenomenal as well. My last dentist had instilled a severe distrust of dental offices by trying to sell me treatment for 7 cavities that I know didn’t exist in addition to trying removing all 4 wisdom teeth without sedation, just further instilling the fear I already had. Dr. Tahrani and his assistants (I wanna say Patrick and Eddie?) were pretty great at giving me the rundown in the best way possible. although they did find my very first cavities, they assured me there was not 7, and they’re easily treatable. Just a relief all around. After that, the hygienist, Malika, came in for my cleaning, and she did such amazing work. She was genuinely caring and gentle on my teeth and kept me informed and entertained while getting things done. She’s got the hands on an angel. This office single-handedly undid years of fear and trauma caused by priors. I’ll definitely be going back for my exam and cleaning every six months now that the dread is gone. Office Manager, Renee, knows what she’s doing and I’m happy to return… As long as they don’t find anymore cavities. On a sidenote, If you’re worried about costs (which I definitely am), They’re not the worst I’ve ever seen… I’m sure I could have avoided the bulk of my expenses if I had I mustered the courage to get myself to the dentist in a timely manner.
