I received Invisalign treatment from Dr. Hatcher and Dr. Frey. Any time there was an issue that came up they addressed it and worked with me to get it right. They were experienced, attentive, responsive, caring and compassionate. The staff was similar – pleasant, caring and competent. I am convinced my results were much better than if I had pursued the widely advertised DIY treatments.

Dr. Hatcher appears to be a man of the highest character.  We paid him for my wife’s braces, and she was in them for over two years. Her back teeth were not completely together and we had to move to the other side of the country.  Dr. Hatcher removed the braces with the expectation of her retainer drawing them to where they needed to be. However, when we got to Hawaii, she began having pain in her front teeth, and we went to a Orthodontist down here. This Orthodontist informed us that the braces came off too early and we had to get braces back on to fix her teeth in order to prevent tooth loss. We are now spending the amount for braces again. When I informed Dr Hatcher of the issue of me having to spend the money twice, he refunded the amount I paid him. His exact words were, “Reputation is important, but a man’s character is more important!”  I am blown away by the generosity and humility he has shown my wife and me. I would encourage anyone who is looking for an Orthodontist with character, and one who will treat them right, to trust Dr. Hatcher. While I believe that he is in no way obligated to refund the entire amount, especially since he spent time and resources on my wife, he has insisted to refund the money. Incredibly generous.

We highly recommend Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics. From our first consultation to the day my daughter finished her treatment, they offered us top notch service. Everyone in the office is so nice and professional but fun to work with. I felt they listened to our concerns and completely eased our minds. My daughter had traditional braces for her first round and Invisalign for the second round. The results are amazing! Thank you Dr. Hatcher & Dr. Frey for transforming my daughter’s smile!

Dr. Hatcher and Dr. Frey are an awesome group of doctors, along with their staff. They were always accommodating to our needs and always smiling and very friendly and attentive to my child’s needs during her visits. I would recommend this group to anyone interested in getting braces or Invisalign.

I have been very impressed with this office so far!! Every employee I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. My daughter was thrilled to be able to get Invisalign when we were told elsewhere she would have to do traditional braces. The pricing was very competitive, and the office is just a great atmosphere. I love that they always answer the phone when I call. That isn’t the case with all offices. Erin from their billing department truly went above and beyond to help me out and ensure we get our full benefit from our insurance company. I’m very happy with my decision to choose Hatcher & Frey.

This has been the best experience I’ve had with a dental office. The girls are friendly and the doctors are such a joy to be around. Everyone there is knowledgeable in their job and willing to help you with whatever. Best orthodontist in the 757 HANDS DOWN! Highly recommend. Chante was such a sweetheart as well! I enjoyed seeing her for my visits.

Dr. Hatcher and his staff are absolutely the best. They are a very caring and compassionate team, that I have recommended to everyone. They go above and beyond when it comes to patient care. They put your mind at ease when your nervous and answer all of your questions. I really cant say enough great things about Dr. Hatcher and his team.

Amazing place for dental treatment. Was told by many other orthodontists that teeth would need to be removed in order to start the Invisalign process. Hatcher and Frey said that wasn’t necessary at all, we can shift everything in place. And what do you know, a year and some months later I’m walking out with straighter teeth and a bottle of wine! Would recommend 20/10!
